The outer cylinder 2 is gradually melted under the redox reaction of the primary battery in the horizontal well, so that the ball blocking device can be conveniently lifted out of the horizontal well.

as shown in fig. 4, the ball-throwing and selecting injection pipe column of the present invention includes a steam-injection sieve pipe 13, and a ball stopper 11, a ball-throwing device 12 and a ball-collecting device 14 are sequentially sleeved on the steam-injection sieve pipe 13. The steam injection sieve tube 13 is provided with air holes, and steam can flow out of the air holes so as to achieve the purpose of heating and viscosity reduction of an oil layer.
The ball injector 12 is located between the ball injector 11 and the ball collector 14 and used for injecting the blocking balls to block perforation holes of high-permeability oil layers, the ball collector 14 is located at the downstream of the steam injection screen pipe and used for recovering the blocking balls in the annular space, and the ball stopper 11 is located at the upstream of the steam injection screen pipe and can prevent the blocking balls released in the ball injector from moving along with the liquid level. The tubular column is used in a horizontal well, when the tubular column is used, the tubular column is wholly lowered into the annular space of the horizontal well, the ball injector 12 corresponds to the high-permeability layer 15, the tubular column can be tightly attached to the side wall of the casing pipe in the downward casing pipe by the ball injector 11, the tubular column is centered, and the smooth lowering of the tubular column is guaranteed.
The structure of the ball injector in this embodiment is the same as that in the ball injector embodiment, and when the blocking ball is released from the ball injector 12, the blocking ball can block the blasthole of the high permeable layer 15, so that the steam absorption amount of the high permeable layer 15 is reduced or not, and further the steam absorption amount of the low permeable layer 16 is increased, and the using degree is obvious.

Claims (10)

1. A ball injector, its characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the central sleeve is used for being connected with adjacent pipe sections in the pipe column, and steam passes through the central sleeve;
the outer cylinder is sleeved outside the central sleeve, a ball storage space is formed between the outer cylinder and the central sleeve in a surrounding mode, and the ball storage space is used for storing the plugging balls;
the side wall of the central tube is provided with an overflowing hole, and steam enters the ball storage space from the central sleeve through the overflowing hole;
the outer barrel is provided with a ball outlet end, the ball outlet end is provided with an opening, a fusible baffle for plugging the opening is arranged between the ball outlet end and the central sleeve, the fusible baffle is made of a hot-melt material and can be melted at high temperature of steam, and therefore the plugging balls in the ball storage space are released.
2. The pitch thrower of claim 1, wherein: the outer cylinder is made of a hot melting material, and the melting point of the fusible baffle is lower than that of the outer cylinder.
3. The pitch thrower of claim 1, wherein: the outer barrel is made of a corrodible material and is used for melting underground under the action of redox reaction of the primary battery.
4. A pitch device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the fusible baffle is provided with a through hole, the through hole is communicated with the two sides of the fusible baffle, and the through hole is used for steam to pass through.
5. A pitch device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the ball outlet end of the outer barrel is provided with an outer barrel support, the outer barrel is supported and fixed on the central sleeve through the outer barrel support, and the outer barrel support is provided with a ball throwing channel for the blocking ball to pass through.

The pitch thrower of claim 5, wherein: the urceolus support comprises last supporting ring, lower fender ring and diagonal bracing, it is used for supporting urceolus and fusible baffle to go up the supporting ring, keep off the ring down and be used for fixing to central sleeve pipe, diagonal bracing connects the upper support ring and keeps off the ring down, space between the diagonal bracing constitutes the bowling passageway.

The pitch thrower of claim 6, wherein: the upper supporting ring is provided with a first annular step back to the central sleeve, one end of the outer barrel, close to the fusible baffle, is provided with a second annular step facing the central sleeve, and the fusible baffle is clamped between the first annular step and the second annular step, so that the upper supporting ring supports the outer barrel and the fusible baffle.

The pitch thrower of claim 7, wherein: and one end of the central sleeve, which is close to the outer barrel support, is also provided with a limiting joint, one end of the limiting joint is in threaded connection with the central sleeve and is in stop fit with the lower retainer ring, and the other end of the limiting joint is used for connecting the lower joint.

the ball stopper is used for stopping the blocking ball from rising along with the liquid level;
the ball collector is used for recovering the blocking balls in the annular space;
the ball injector is used for injecting a blocking ball to block the perforation of the high-permeability oil layer;
the method is characterized in that: the pitch injector as claimed in any of claims 1-9.
