Abstract
本发明公开了一种控油补水双向调节精华水,按质量百分比计,其包括以下组份:小分子玻尿酸、玫瑰花油、葡萄籽提取物、杏果提取物、水溶性羊毛脂、氨基酸保湿剂、苯氧乙醇、氢化蓖麻油、甘油、丙二醇、尿囊素、香精、芦荟提取液、植物防腐剂、动物明胶、余量为水。本发明提供的控油补水双向调节精华水具有补水、保湿、镇静皮肤的功效,温和亲肤,安全无刺激,使肌肤水润光滑、有弹性,可长期使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种控油补水双向调节精华水。
背景技术
由于现代人们生活节奏快,以及受各种环境影响,皮肤经常干燥、暗淡无光泽,化妆品日渐成为日用品被人们广泛地使用。由于精华水具有营养成分含量高、对皮肤刺激小、能调节肌肤细胞活性等特点,更是被广大女性视为皮肤基础护理的必需品。
但是由于有的精华水中含有激素类物质,在使用的过程中会使人们产生依赖等副作用,并且有的时候也会由于使用护肤品不当或使用含有激素类成分的护肤品等因素造成皮肤的不适,甚者会产生严重的过敏反应;
控油指的是调整皮肤分泌的油脂含量,不管是中性皮肤,还是油性、混合性皮肤,一般都会出油,而容易出油的地方就是T区。
补水,是指通过使用保养品和维持身体水分平衡两种手段来维持肌肤,尤其是面部肌肤表皮层的含水量。肌肤的水分非常容易流失,而肌肤缺乏足够的含水量将直接导致肌肤代谢不正常而出现油脂分泌过多、衰老、出现皱纹和色斑等等一系列肌肤问题。
另外,市场上的精华水控油、补水效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种同时具有高保湿、强抗敏、真控油等功效的控油补水双向调节精华水。
为了解决技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种控油补水双向调节精华水,按质量百分比计,其包括以下组份:
小分子玻尿酸1.0%;
玫瑰花油0.1%;
葡萄籽提取物0.6%;
杏果提取物0.7%;
水溶性羊毛脂0.7%;
氨基酸保湿剂2%
苯氧乙醇0.2%;
氢化蓖麻油0.1%;
甘油3%;
丙二醇1.0%
尿囊素0.5%
香精0.05%;
芦荟提取液1.2%;
植物防腐剂0.05%;
动物明胶1%;
余量为水。
优选的,所述植物防腐剂为艾叶和紫苏,所述艾叶和紫苏的质量比为1:2。
优选的,所述控油补水双向调节精华水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取的小分子玻尿酸、葡萄籽提取物、杏果提取物、水溶性羊毛脂、氨基酸保湿剂、芦荟提取液、植物防腐剂、动物明胶、丙二醇和苯氧乙醇,加入纯化水,在转速20-30转/分的搅拌下,分散溶解4-8小时,得水相,备用;
(2)按比例称取的氢化蓖麻油、尿囊素、玫瑰花油、甘油及香精,加入带有搅拌的不锈钢釜中,在转速20-30转/分的搅拌下加热到80-85℃,恒温消毒20分钟,之后冷却到40℃,得油相,备用;
(3)向油相中加入纯化水,分散,均质操作,备用;
(4)将油相导入水相中,于30-50℃温度、400-600r/min的转速下,加表面活性剂,破坏分子间的范德华力,搅拌至物料由澄清变浑浊,再由浑浊变澄清时,得到水包油的处理后溶液;
(5)灭菌:将溶液快速通过120-140℃灭菌管道进行灭菌,得精华水,备用;
(6)灌装:将精华水灌装于瓶中,无菌密封,即得。
优选的,所述葡萄籽提取物经过下列制备:将干燥的葡萄籽粉碎,用蒸馏水经常规冷浸、温浸或超声波辅助提取,再经过滤后取滤液,进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥,得葡萄籽提取物;其中,蒸馏水的加入量是干燥葡萄籽质量的30-40倍,冷浸是在室温下浸泡2-8天,温浸是在50~65℃下浸泡2-2.5小时,提取次数为2-4次;超声波辅助提取是在温度45-55℃、超声功率100-650W、超声频率19-23KHz、超声波输出功率70-100%的条件下进行,提取次数2-4次,每次25分钟;真空冷冻干燥的冷凝温度在-22--45℃下预冻4-14小时,真空度5-20KPa;喷雾干燥进风温度120-280℃,出风温度35-135℃。
优选的,所述小分子玻尿酸的分子量在800-1200道尔顿。
本发明还提供了一种控油补水双向调节精华水在制备具有控油和补水功效的化妆品中的用途。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
本发明采用的小分子玻尿酸,以其独特的分子结构和理化性质在机体内显示出多种重要的生理功能,如润滑关节,调节血管壁的通透性,调节蛋白质,水电解质扩散及运转,促进创伤愈合等。尤为重要的是,小分子玻尿酸具有特殊的保水作用,是目前发现的自然界中保湿性最好的物质,被称为理想的天然保湿因子,小分子玻尿酸是一种多功能基质,小分子玻尿酸(透明质酸)HA广泛分布于人体各部位,其中皮肤也含有大量的透明质酸,人类皮肤成熟和老化过程也随着透明质酸的含量和新陈代谢而变化,它可以改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,在保湿的同时又是良好的透皮吸收促进剂,与其他营养成分配合使用,可以起到促进营养吸收的更理想效果,能够伸入肌肤真皮层进行补水,并在肌肤表面形成保护膜,起到屏障防护的功能,抵御外界不良因素对肌肤的损伤。
葡萄籽提取物具有清除自由基、滋养肌肤美容养颜、提高皮肤抗过敏能力功效:
本发明所提供的精华液对人体皮肤无刺激性作用,且具有保湿、抗皱等作用,效果良好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步阐述。
小分子玻尿酸分子量大小的区别在于:一是大分子小分子玻尿酸,其主要是用于深层凹陷或者是隆鼻、丰下巴、除皱等等来使用注射的。而小分子的话,主要用于全脸的真皮层,作用在于使用部位真皮层缺损的填补。在本发明中分子量小分子玻尿酸可达到最好的效果,且为具有两个苯环的化学结构,小分子玻尿酸的分子量在800-1200道尔顿。
葡萄籽提取物功效:
1、清除自由基
自由基是对人体有害的一种物质,它是人体内氧化作用的产物,这种物质对人体组织细胞的破坏力特别强,能导致人体组织细胞基因突变,也会让人体各器官的功能减退,严重时会诱发多种疾病,而人们使用葡萄籽提取物以后,就能加快身体内自由基代谢,并阻止自由基生成,能把自由基对人体的伤害降到最低。
2、滋养肌肤美容养颜
葡萄籽提取物被人们称为可以吃的化妆品,含有丰富维生素和抗氧化成分,人们使用它以后能保护皮肤中的胶原蛋白,能提高皮肤弹性并能防止皮肤暗淡无光,经常食用可以阻止皱纹生成,也能让人们的皮肤变得光滑细嫩而有弹性。
3、提高身体抗过敏能力
使用葡萄籽提取物以后,能提高皮肤的抗过敏能力,因为葡萄籽提取物中含有多种活性成分,它能抑制人体内致敏因子组胺的释放,同时也能增强人体组织细胞对过敏原的耐受性,并能稳定皮肤血管,从而阻止过敏症状发生。
杏果提取物,英文名称是PRUNUS ARMENIACA(APRICOT)FRUIT EXTRACT,杏果提取物在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是皮肤调理剂,风险系数为1,比较安全,可以放心使用,对于孕妇一般没有影响,杏果提取物没有致痘性。
杏果提取物由杏果实中萃取,对表皮角质细胞有增殖作用,对脑酰胺的生成有促进效果,兼之对弹性蛋白酶的抑制和可较明显地提高角质层的含水量,表明杏仁提取物有不错的活肤、抗皱和抗衰性;杏仁提取物对组织蛋白酶D的活化作用表明有抗炎性,能较好预防和抑制皮炎;杏仁提取物对黑色素细胞活性有抑制,有美白皮肤的作用;动物试验中杏仁提取物对大鼠毛发有促进作用,可能与它内含的高营养物质有关。
杏果提取物成分适合油性皮肤,干性皮肤,敏感性皮肤,耐受性皮肤,色素性皮肤,紧致皮肤,非色素性皮肤,皱纹皮肤这8种类型皮肤。
玫瑰花油提取自花朵,适合所有肤质、防老化、促细胞再生,具有很好的美容护肤作用,能以内养外淡化斑点,促进黑色素分解,改善皮肤干燥,恢复皮肤弹性。
水溶性羊毛脂是一种由精制油溶羊毛脂和环氧乙烷产生加成反应而制得的水溶性羊毛脂;水溶性羊毛脂具有良好的润肤性和调理性,而不会感到油腻,其2%水溶液透明,使用在润肤系列产品中时,可以充分滋润皮肤,维持皮肤的油脂平衡,减轻皮肤的干燥感。由于其优越的水溶性,更适合于各种透明凝胶类和水剂产品中。
氢化蓖麻油可以将香精、精油里面的油性物质均匀的分散到水中,形成稳定、透明的溶液。
氨基酸保湿剂,化学名为三甲基甘氨酸,是一种天然结构物质两性离子型保湿成分,在个人护理产品的应用中,能迅速改善肌肤和头发的水份保持力、激发细胞活力,具有保持肌肤滋润,光滑,防止干燥和发暗的效果。
芦荟提取液主要有营养保湿,防晒作用;芦荟,别名卢会,百合科,芦荟属,多年生常绿植物,叶大而肥厚,基出,簇生,从叶中采汁可入药。芦荟味苦,性寒。芦荟内含蒽醌衍生物、芦荟大黄、皂甙、氨基酸和多糖。芦荟在化妆品中主要有营养保湿,防晒作用。
其主要作用机制:
1、天然的保湿和锁水、效果机制促进纤维聚合蛋白降成NMF,从而增加天然保湿因子,即时增加水含量,通过轻微成膜作用减少经皮水分流失(28天减少20%)。
2、能在皮肤表面形成一层光滑的吸湿膜,在不增加粘度的情况下提升配方的华丽感及柔软性,因富含多糖而且有舒缓作用。
3、消炎和愈合伤口作用,内含生物酶,通过与皮肤缓慢水解,起到消炎杀菌作用,并在氨基酸作用下,与角质层中胶原作用,愈合伤口。
实施例1本发明控油补水双向调节精华水的功效研究
性能测试
1、面部湿度测试:
精华水使用方法:洁净肌肤后,用化妆棉取适量本产品轻拍于脸部或颈部,轻拍打圈,直至该精华水被皮肤吸收。
每组各选取15名试用者,每日用温水洗净手及面部皮肤,将实施例和对照例的制品均匀涂抹于皮肤上,2次~3次/d,持续一月以上,结果听取受试人群的感受和建议,结果见表1。
实施例采用本发明所述精华水,对照例采用市面主流产品。

从表1可以看出,实施例产品试用者中,80%以上认为该精华水保湿效果良好,保湿性持久,且皮肤干爽清透,并且没有明显的刺激性;而对照例产品试用者中,仅仅50%认为该化妆品保湿性和光滑度良好,其余50%试用者均认为该产品保湿性和干爽度一般。由此可以看出,实施例产品呈现出良好的保湿效果,其功效显著优于对照例。对照可知,实施例产品中的活性成分用量与对照例是完全相同的,其差别仅仅在于小分子玻尿酸和葡萄籽提取物是否存在,在活性成分用量相同的情况下,实施例产品的护肤功效明显增强,这足以说明本发明各活性成分的配伍精当,发挥了协同增效作用。
2、面部皮肤补水保湿效果测试:
招募20个志愿者,操作具体步骤如下:
(1)让测试人员在进行面部清洁后,自然风干,在恒温,湿度一定的房间静坐15分钟,对测试者面部进行标记后,进行空白测试,记录皮肤湿度数据。
(2)连续每天涂抹本发明精华水和市面上普通爽肤水,对使用后30min、6h、9h进行数据跟踪记录,计算皮肤湿度的数据。

从表2可以看出,本发明的控油补水双向调节精华水,长期使用能使皮肤的湿度增加,其效果显著优于对比例的测试精华液,说明控油补水双向调节精华水可以显著增加肌肤湿度性,同时皮肤胶原含量增多,角质层锁水能力增强,皮肤弹性增加。因此控油补水双向调节精华水可以紧致肌肤,增加湿度,增加弹性。而对比例中未加小分子玻尿酸和葡萄籽提取物的爽肤水,其在皮肤弹性增加方面显得较为欠缺。
3、质量检测
(1)感官检测:色泽透亮,香气舒服,清爽不油腻。
(2)理化检测:pH:6.1。
(3)微生物检测:细菌总数<100/g;粪大肠菌群、霉菌、酵母菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌均未检出,符合化妆品标准。
(4)重金属检测:汞为0.005ppm,铅为0.2ppm,砷为0.05ppm,均在化妆品标准范围。
4、安全性试验:
按QB-963-85规定的方法进行口服急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激试验和眼刺激试验,结果表明,采用本发明的控油补水双向调节精华水制成的水剂口服急性毒性实际为无毒,对正常人体皮肤和粘膜的刺激强度为无刺激,使用安全。
综上所述,本发明将小分子量小分子玻尿酸、葡萄籽提取物等组份配伍使用后发挥了协同增效作用,明显增强了保湿效果,其护肤作用显著优于单独加入普通小分子玻尿酸的精华水。本发明所提供的控油补水双向调节精华水对人体皮肤无刺激性作用,且具有保湿、抗皱等作用,效果良好。
本发明的实施例仅仅作为本发明所示的举例,并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于本技术所属领域的技术人员,可以在本发明的基础上进行不同形式的变动和变化。这里无法对实施方式予以穷举,凡是本发明技术方案所引申出来的显而易见的变化仍可作为本发明保护范畴。
Claims (6)
1.一种控油补水双向调节精华水,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,其包括以下组份:
小分子玻尿酸1.0%;
玫瑰花油0.1%;
葡萄籽提取物0.6%;
杏果提取物0.7%;
水溶性羊毛脂0.7%;
氨基酸保湿剂2%
苯氧乙醇0.2%;
氢化蓖麻油0.1%;
甘油3%;
丙二醇1.0%
尿囊素0.5%
香精0.05%;
芦荟提取液1.2%;
植物防腐剂0.05%;
动物明胶1%;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控油补水双向调节精华水,其特征在于:所述植物防腐剂为艾叶和紫苏,所述艾叶和紫苏的质量比为1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的控油补水双向调节精华水,其特征在于:所述控油补水双向调节精华水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取的小分子玻尿酸、葡萄籽提取物、杏果提取物、水溶性羊毛脂、氨基酸保湿剂、芦荟提取液、植物防腐剂、动物明胶、丙二醇和苯氧乙醇,加入纯化水,在转速20-30转/分的搅拌下,分散溶解4-8小时,得水相,备用;
(2)按比例称取的氢化蓖麻油、尿囊素、玫瑰花油、甘油及香精,加入带有搅拌的不锈钢釜中,在转速20-30转/分的搅拌下加热到80-85℃,恒温消毒20分钟,之后冷却到40℃,得油相,备用;
(3)向油相中加入纯化水,分散,均质操作,备用;
(4)将油相导入水相中,于30-50℃温度、400-600r/min的转速下,加表面活性剂,破坏分子间的范德华力,搅拌至物料由澄清变浑浊,再由浑浊变澄清时,得到水包油的处理后溶液;
(5)灭菌:将溶液快速通过120-140℃灭菌管道进行灭菌,得精华水,备用;
(6)灌装:将精华水灌装于瓶中,无菌密封,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控油补水双向调节精华水,其特征在于:所述葡萄籽提取物经过下列制备:将干燥的葡萄籽粉碎,用蒸馏水经常规冷浸、温浸或超声波辅助提取,再经过滤后取滤液,进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥,得葡萄籽提取物;其中,蒸馏水的加入量是干燥葡萄籽质量的30-40倍,冷浸是在室温下浸泡2-8天,温浸是在50~65℃下浸泡2-2.5小时,提取次数为2-4次;超声波辅助提取是在温度45-55℃、超声功率100-650W、超声频率19-23KHz、超声波输出功率70-100%的条件下进行,提取次数2-4次,每次25分钟;真空冷冻干燥的冷凝温度在-22--45℃下预冻4-14小时,真空度5-20KPa;喷雾干燥进风温度120-280℃,出风温度35-135℃。
