Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for endodontic treatment, and more particularly, to a root canal paste applier for endodontic treatment.
Background
Root canal therapy, also known as endodontic therapy, is an operation in dentistry to treat pulp necrosis and root infection. This procedure preserves the teeth and is thus complementary to the extraction procedure. Root canal therapy is the most effective and thorough method for treating endodontic and periapical diseases. The infected nerve tissue in the infected pulp of the tooth is removed, and in order to prevent further infection of other sources of infection in the infected area of the canal, a filling is applied to the wall of the canal, and then a gutta-percha point of suitable size is inserted into the canal and the filling is fixed in the canal.
Chinese patent No. CN201052189Y discloses a root canal paste filling device, which comprises an injection tube and an injection head located at the front end of the injection tube, wherein a push rod is installed in the injection tube, and the connection part of the injection tube and the injection head is connected with a magnifying lens through a connecting piece.
When the filling device in the prior art is used, the paste needs to be mixed in the container and then is filled into the injection tube, the paste is pushed into the injection head by the push rod, but in practical application, the pipe diameter of one end of the injection tube, which is close to the injection head, is smaller, the inner cavity of one side of the injection head, which is close to the injection tube, is larger, when the paste is pushed into the injection head from the injection tube, a larger cavity of the injection head needs to be filled firstly to enter the thinner end of the injection head, so that more time is needed to push the paste in the injection tube out of the injection head, the time is long, the treatment time is prolonged, the pain of a patient is increased, and the improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a root canal paste filler for root canal treatment, which has the advantages that the paste is quickly pushed into an injection head, the possibility of prolonging the treatment time is reduced, and the possibility of aggravating the treatment pain of a patient is reduced.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
the utility model provides a root canal paste tucker for root canal therapy, is including a paste section of thick bamboo that is used for mixing paste, the one end of a paste section of thick bamboo can be dismantled and is equipped with the adapter sleeve, be equipped with the syringe needle on the adapter sleeve, the internal diameter that the syringe needle is close to adapter sleeve one side is less than the internal diameter of a paste section of thick bamboo, one side that a paste section of thick bamboo kept away from the adapter sleeve can be dismantled and be equipped with the propulsion piece that is used for.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when carrying out the treatment, pour paste into a paste section of thick bamboo in, and mix in a paste section of thick bamboo, install adapter sleeve and propulsion piece on a paste section of thick bamboo respectively again, utilize the propulsion piece to push the paste in a paste section of thick bamboo in the syringe needle, can pour into paste into the syringe needle and treat the patient, be favorable to reducing the time that paste flows, also can shorten the time of filling propulsion piece from a paste section of thick bamboo with paste, reduce the time of extension treatment patient, reduce the possibility of aggravating patient's misery.
Further, the connecting sleeve and the propelling piece are both in threaded connection with the paste cylinder;
one end of the paste cylinder is sleeved with a sealing bottom cover, and the other end of the paste cylinder is sleeved with a sealing cover.
By adopting the technical scheme, when a patient is treated, the sealing bottom cover is sleeved on the paste cylinder, the paste is poured into the paste cylinder to be stirred, after the stirring is finished, the propelling piece is installed on the paste cylinder, the sealing bottom cover is opened, the connecting sleeve is screwed on the paste cylinder, and the paste can be pushed into the needle head from the paste cylinder by the propelling piece, so that the patient can be treated, the time for filling the paste into the propelling piece from the paste cylinder can be shortened, and the time for treating the patient can be prolonged;
after the treatment of a patient is finished, the paste in the paste cylinder possibly has a material storage, the connecting sleeve and the pushing piece are screwed off the paste cylinder, the sealing bottom cover and the sealing cover are used for sealing two ends of the paste cylinder, the paste cylinder is convenient to seal, the paste in the paste cylinder can be stored, and the waste of the paste is reduced.
Furthermore, a plurality of glue grooves for containing glue solution are formed in two ends of the paste cylinder, the glue grooves are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the paste cylinder, an extrusion spring is arranged on the bottom wall of each glue groove, and a sealing ball for sealing the glue grooves is arranged at one end, away from the bottom wall of each glue groove, of each extrusion spring;
a plurality of layers of films are respectively paved on one sides of the sealing bottom cover and the sealing cover close to the paste cylinder, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the side walls of the sealing bottom cover and the sealing cover, the axes of the through holes are collinear with the axis of the glue groove, ejector rods are arranged in the through holes in a sliding mode, one ends of the ejector rods extend into the through holes and abut the films against the sealing balls, the other ends of the ejector rods extend out of the through holes, and one ends of the ejector rods, extending out of the through holes, are connected with a pressing plate;
and the outer side walls of the sealing bottom cover and the sealing cover are respectively provided with a plurality of abutting springs, and the abutting springs are connected with the pressing plate.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the paste in the paste cylinder needs to be stirred, the sealing bottom cover is sleeved on the paste cylinder, the pressing plate is pressed to compress the abutting spring, the film is extruded to one side of the paste cylinder by the ejector rod, the sealing ball is extruded and pressed into the glue groove, a gap can be reserved between the glue groove and the sealing ball, the sealing ball can extrude the glue solution in the glue groove out of the gap, the glue solution can be adhered to the film, the paste cylinder can be sealed, and the possibility of paste pollution caused by the contact of the paste and the inner side wall of the paste cylinder is reduced;
when the pushing element is installed on the paste cylinder, the paste cylinder is reversed, the sealing bottom cover is detached, the connecting sleeve is installed on the paste cylinder, the paste is pushed into the needle head to treat a patient, after treatment, when the paste cylinder needs to be stored, the film which is in contact with the paste on the sealing bottom cover is taken out, the sealing bottom cover and the sealing cover are sleeved at two ends of the paste cylinder, the pressing plate is extruded, the ejector rod presses the sealing ball in a fixed pressure mode, glue solution escapes and adheres to the film, and therefore the possibility of leakage of the paste cylinder can be reduced.
