Abstract
一种用于聚合酶链式反应的芯片及其操作方法、反应设备,该芯片(100)包括依次设置的加样区(110)、混合区(120)和温度循环区(130)以及至少一个驱动单元组(211)。至少一个驱动单元组(211)包括多个驱动单元(210),配置为驱动液滴移动并使液滴依次通过加样区(110)、混合区(120)和温度循环区(130)。该芯片(100)将核酸扩增过程中的样本混匀、温度循环扩增、产物收集等过程集成化,降低了实验环境要求,减少了人工操作,且具有流动式温度循环功能,简化了***构成及仪器体积,降低了操作成本,而且有助于实现即时检测。
