The information server is a reminding notification server providing a collaborative platform, and is preferably borne by a mail server, and if other non-mail notification modes are adopted, notification servers such as a WeChat server and a QQ server can be adopted. The information server is connected with each terminal device of the client through the network transmission module.
Further, the personal computer and the workstation adopt a computer configured with more than 8GB of memory, more than 500GB of hard disk and 1000M of network adapter. The backup device 24 will regularly backup the system and data of the main server 21 or the storage device 23 at ordinary times, and when the backed-up device has a serious failure, the failed device can be restored to the previous normal and stable state through the backup device 24, so as to ensure the minimization of data loss. At present, mature backup solutions exist in the market, and can be directly used, so that redundant description is omitted.
The network transmission module 3 is used for information interaction between the client 1 and the server 2. The network transmission module 3 includes a network switch 31, a wireless access point 32, and an integrated wiring system 33. The network switch 31 is the core of the cooperative platform network, and provides a 1000M switching port for high-speed access of the personal computer 12 and the wireless access point 32 which are connected to each server and client of the server 2.
The wireless access point 32 provides wireless access services to the handheld mobile terminal 13 of the client 1 or the client device 14 using a wireless network adapter. Due to the limitation of wireless access speed, wireless access is not recommended when designing large amount of exchanges.
The integrated wiring system 33 is a foundation of a network system, and provides a uniform planning and designing structural wiring for the whole network system, and the adopted technical types and quality directly affect the speed and performance of the whole network. To meet the requirements of the collaboration platform 1000M switch, the integrated wiring system 33 is an existing integrated wiring system that can meet the integrated wiring system standard of CAT-6.
As a preferred scheme, in order to ensure the network security of the cooperative platform, the invention installs virus firewalls, network firewalls and the like at each server and each client to ensure the file and system security of the local computer.
