Abstract
The invention discloses a display device, comprising: a display screen; the two winding drums are respectively arranged on two sides of the display screen, and the central axes of the two winding drums are on the same straight line; and a control member for controlling the curling of the roll. Background
Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diodes (AMOLEDs) are expected to replace liquid crystal as the mainstream choice of next generation displays due to the characteristics of high contrast, wide viewing angle, fast response speed, flexibility and the like.
At present, various large manufacturers of flexible panels capable of being curled can manufacture the flexible panels, the curling diameter can be 10 mm-5 mm, but the curling technology breakthrough is not realized by accessories such as a driving main board, a battery and the like, and the application field of the curled display panels is seriously limited. The curl display began to be widely used after 2023 as estimated by industry professionals.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, which includes a display screen 1, a winding drum 2, and a control member 3. In this embodiment, the display device is a curved display device.
The display screen 1 includes a display area 11, and the display area 11 is a front display area.
Two mutually disconnected and identical reel 2 locate the both sides of display screen 1, and the cross-section of reel 2 is the heliciform, and the central axis of two reels 2 is on same straight line.
The interval that is close to between the one end of display screen 1 with two reels 2 defines interior interval 21, and the interval that is kept away from between the one end of display screen 1 with two reels 2 defines outer interval 22, and is very obvious, and outer interval 22 is greater than interior interval 21, and the width of display area 11 is less than interior interval 21, prevents at the curling in-process of reel 2, and display area 11 is rolled up to reel 2 on, simultaneously, prevents that display area 11 from receiving the pressure of reel 2, effectively protects display screen 1.
The width of the display screen 1 is larger than the inner space 21 and smaller or larger than the outer space 22, so that the reel 2 can be rolled up.
The control member 3 is disposed outside the roll 2 to control the curling of the roll 2. The control member 3 includes a pulling member, a driving member, and a control member.
The traction part is arranged on the outer side of the winding drum 2 and at the starting winding end of the display screen 1 and serves as a main part for winding the winding drum 2, and the traction part refers to a mechanical part combination capable of driving a cylinder or a cuboid to move. The connection between one end of the display area 11 and the pulling member may be made by tape adhesion, mechanical clamping or other means.
The driving part is connected to the traction part, arranged on the outer side of the winding drum 2 and used for driving the traction part.
The control part is connected to the driving part, is arranged on the outer side of the winding drum 2 and is used for controlling the driving part.
When the winding drum 2 is wound up, the control part controls the driving part, the driving part drives the dragging part, and the dragging part drags the display screen 1 to be wound up along a track in the winding drum 2 and moves from a point A to a point B. When the winding drum 2 is unfolded, the control component controls the driving component, the driving component drives the traction component, the traction component drives the display screen 1 to be wound out along a track in the winding drum 2 and move from a point B to a point A, and the complete winding of the winding drum is completed.
The display screen 1 is in the process of curling and in the state of curling and standing, because the distance exists between the display screens, the distance between the inner distance 21 and the display area 11 is the distance between the upper surface of the display area 11 and the lower surface of the partition plate of the winding drum 2 above the display area, the numerical value of the distance is larger than 0, and the winding drum 2 and the display area 11 are not in contact with each other, so that no extrusion force exists between the winding drum 2 and the display area 11, the problem that the display effect of the display screen is poor due to the extrusion force can be avoided, and the display effect of the display device is improved.
This embodiment display device's technical effect lies in, adopts two complete and the not mutually connected reels to locate the outside of display screen, and it is curled to drive the reel through installing the part that drives on the display screen for the reel does not contact with the display area, and the display area can not receive the extrusion of reel, improves the display effect in display area, improves display device's demonstration homogeneity.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, which includes a display screen 1, a winding drum 2, and a control member 3. In this embodiment, the display device is a curved display device.
The display screen 1 comprises a display area 11 and a side auxiliary area 22, wherein the display area 11 is a front display area, and the side auxiliary area 12(dummy) is not a real display area and is an outer edge area of the display area 11.
Two mutually disconnected and identical reel 2 locate the both sides of display screen 1, and the cross-section of reel 2 is the heliciform, and the central axis of two reels 2 is on same straight line.
The interval that is close to between the one end of display screen 1 with two reels 2 defines interior interval 21, and the interval that is kept away from between the one end of display screen 1 with two reels 2 defines outer interval 22, and is very obvious, and outer interval 22 is greater than interior interval 21, and the width of display area 11 is less than interior interval 21, prevents at the curling in-process of reel 2, and display area 11 is rolled up to reel 2 on, simultaneously, prevents that display area 11 from receiving the pressure of reel 2, effectively protects display screen 1.
The spacing between the side auxiliary areas 12 is greater than the inner spacing 21 so that the roll 2 can be wound normally.
The width of the display screen 1 is larger than the inner space 21 and smaller or larger than the outer space 22, so that the reel 2 can be rolled up.
The control member 3 is disposed outside the roll 2 to control the curling of the roll 2. The control member 3 includes a pulling member, a driving member, and a control member.
The traction part is arranged on the outer side of the winding drum 2 and at the starting winding end of the display screen 1 and serves as a main part for winding the winding drum 2, and the traction part refers to a mechanical part combination capable of driving a cylinder or a cuboid to move. The connection between one end of the display area 11 and the pulling member may be made by tape adhesion, mechanical clamping or other means.
