Description

Advertisement point location margin scheduling method and device and computer equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of offline advertisements, and particularly relates to a method and a device for scheduling margins of advertisement spots and computer equipment.
Background
The advertisement player is a new generation of intelligent equipment, forms a complete advertisement broadcasting control system through terminal software control, network information transmission and multimedia terminal display, and carries out advertisement propaganda through multimedia materials such as pictures, characters, videos and/or small plug-ins (such as weather or exchange rate).
With the continuous development and application of the advertisement machine technology, the advertisement machine gradually enters office buildings, communities and other places, the advertisement information acquired through the advertisement machine becomes an essential part in the life of people, and in order to meet the demand of advertisement putting, point placement is realized through margin scheduling and point selection. The point location is a place provided with the advertisement machine, one point location corresponds to the advertisement machine, and the point location has a unique number, so that the background server can screen the specific point location through the number and can send information to the specific advertisement machine, and the advertisement machine plays the set advertisement.
The existing advertisement player adopts a play amount upper limit rule to play advertisements, the play amount is a time value, the same play time of all different advertisements needs to be superposed without exceeding the set play amount, the advertisement player plays the advertisements circularly, so the residual play amount or the margin of the advertisements can be inquired before the advertisements are added to the advertisement player, if the play time of the advertisements to be added is less than the margin, the advertisements can be added to the advertisement player to participate in the circular play, and if the play time of the advertisements to be added is greater than the margin, the advertisement player cannot play the advertisements. Therefore, when the advertisement is added, the advertisement occupies a certain amount of margin, and the adjustment of the margin of the advertisement player is called margin scheduling. And after the allowance scheduling is finished, sending a piece of publication loading information to the advertising machine, reading the advertising information and the playing information in the publication loading information by the advertising machine, and playing the advertisement within set time.
The process of the existing margin scheduling method is exemplified as follows: advertisement a, advertisement B and advertisement c, there is a demand for putting on advertisement machine A, the margin of advertisement machine A is 30S, advertisement a needs 20S for playing, advertisement B needs 10S for playing, advertisement c needs 15S for playing, when the margin scheduling request of advertisement a is received, it is regulated once to make advertisement a occupy 20S margin of advertisement machine A, then when the margin scheduling request of advertisement B is received, it is regulated once again to make advertisement B occupy 10S margin of advertisement machine A, and when the margin scheduling request of advertisement c is received, because the margin of advertisement machine A is not enough scheduled to advertisement c, it can not schedule margin to advertisement c, at this moment, according to all scheduling conditions in a period of time, it can send information of publication to advertisement machine A, but after the margin scheduling of advertisement machine A is completed and before publication, if advertisement A is withdrawn, it needs to modify the schedule, such as reassigning the remaining amount of advertiser a to ad b and ad c. The foregoing is only the case of one advertisement machine, and when an advertisement is suddenly dropped from a shelf in the whole city, the scheduling plans of a great number of advertisement machines need to be modified, so that the margin scheduling becomes chaotic, a great amount of redundant data calculation is increased, a great amount of data processing resources of the server need to be consumed, and the cost of the server is increased.

In the current advertisement push service selling system, the following two scheduling schemes of advertisement sites mainly exist: the system comprises a common scheduling scheme and a margin scheduling scheme, wherein for the common scheduling scheme, the latest advertisement point location scheduling scheme can be obtained in the advertisement push service selling system through operations such as creation, modification, editing, deletion and the like, the required point location quantity of advertisements can be set according to needs, and the flexibility is highest; for the margin scheduling scheme, a margin scheduling request (which can be withdrawn/deleted) can be created according to a specific request template in the advertisement push service selling system, and then the server responds to the margin scheduling request to obtain an advertisement site scheduling scheme which cannot be edited and deleted, so that the flexibility is limited. The invention provides a technical scheme aiming at the allowance scheduling scheme in the advertisement push service selling system.
As shown in fig. 1, the margin scheduling method for advertisement spots provided in the first aspect of this embodiment may be, but is not limited to, applied to a server communicatively connected with a mass advertisement machine (that is, having a mass of advertisement spots), so as to respond to a new margin scheduling request that is received after an initial margin scheduling scheme for responding to a previous margin scheduling request has been established for a certain future advertisement playing period and before an advertisement is delivered, perform margin scheduling for advertisement spots for an advertisement corresponding to the new margin scheduling request, and further update to obtain a new margin scheduling scheme for an actual advertisement. The allowance scheduling refers to determining an advertisement site location for playing the advertisement and an advertisement player (the advertisement site location refers to the position of the advertisement player, and the advertisement site location and the advertisement player are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship), and according to the single playing time length of the advertisement, scheduling the available playing time which is equal to the single playing time length in the determined current remaining available playing time of the advertisement site location/the advertisement player to the advertisement, so as to avoid re-scheduling the available playing time to other advertisements, and ensure the orderly operation of the plurality of advertisements. The margin scheduling method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, after an initial margin scheduling scheme in a preset time period is established, receiving an advertisement site margin scheduling request.
In step S101, the preset time period is a specified time period in the future, such as the afternoon time period of tomorrow or the weekend time period of the next week. The initial margin scheduling scheme is a margin scheduling processing result obtained by responding to a previously received advertisement site margin scheduling request, and includes but is not limited to an advertisement site which is determined and corresponds to the previous advertisement site margin scheduling request, so that corresponding advertisement loading information is sent to an advertisement machine on the corresponding advertisement site when the advertisement is loaded, and the purpose of advertisement delivery is achieved. The advertisement site margin scheduling request is a message that is initiated by a margin scheduling request terminal (for example, a terminal device held by an advertiser, which may include, but is not limited to, an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and/or a desktop computer, specifically) and requests margin scheduling for a certain advertisement. To standardize all margin scheduling requests, the point of advertisement margin scheduling request may be created based on one standardized request template, which may be presented, for example, by table 1 below, and not allowed to be created by copying, modifying, and tearing down other requests, etc.:
TABLE 1 creation of example tables based on normalization of request templates
Figure BDA0002563762730000071
In table 1 above, the target number of advertisement spots is 0 or a negative number may be used to indicate that the number is unlimited; and the order number to which the advertisement belongs is used for identifying the corresponding advertisement so as to generate publishing information when the publication is published. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, the data structure of the advertisement site margin scheduling request may include, but is not limited to, specific contents such as a request number, an advertisement single playing time length, an advertisement delivery target area, an advertisement delivery target time interval, an advertisement site target quantity, an order number to which the advertisement belongs, and a designated priority. In addition, after receiving the advertisement site location margin scheduling request, the advertisement site location margin scheduling request may be stored in a request library for subsequent response, search, deletion withdrawal, and the like.
And S102, responding to the advertisement site location allowance scheduling request within a preset time length before the starting time of the preset time period, and determining the advertisement site location corresponding to the advertisement site location allowance scheduling request.
In the step S102, the preset time duration should be as short as possible to reduce the probability that the margin withdrawal scheduling request is received after the advertisement spot location is determined and before the advertisement is published, so that the adaptive design may be performed according to the margin scheduling processing speed of the server, for example, 1 minute. Specifically, when the advertisement site margin scheduling request corresponds to an advertisement delivery target time slot (that is, a closed time slot is referred to, when a product is sold, the closed time slot may be used as a sales basis, an advertiser may purchase one or more time slots of an advertisement machine, and one margin scheduling request corresponds to one time slot, and when the same advertiser purchases a plurality of time slots for the same advertisement, it is necessary to initiate corresponding advertisement site margin scheduling requests for different time slots, respectively), before responding to the advertisement site margin scheduling request, the method includes: and screening a request for preparing response according to the judgment result of whether the advertisement putting target time interval contains the preset time interval, so as to respond to the advertisement site location allowance scheduling request of the advertisement putting target time interval containing the preset time interval only and avoid unnecessary scheduling processing. For example, if the preset time period is 2020/5/3 days, the advertisement target time period of a certain advertisement site margin scheduling request is 2020/5/2-2020/5/8, and the advertisement site margin scheduling request is responded; and if the advertising target time interval of the other advertisement site allowance scheduling request is 2020/5/5-2020/5/8, no response is made. In addition, if the advertisement spot margin scheduling request is withdrawn and deleted before responding, the advertisement spot margin scheduling request does not respond.
And S103, generating a new margin scheduling scheme according to the advertisement point position corresponding to the advertisement positioning margin scheduling request and the initial margin scheduling scheme.
In step S103, through the updating process of the scheme, the new margin scheduling scheme may include both the determined advertisement spots corresponding to the previous advertisement spot margin scheduling request and the advertisement spots corresponding to the advertisement positioning margin scheduling request, so that the corresponding information on the publication may be sent to the advertisement player at the corresponding advertisement spots in real time based on the new margin scheduling scheme, thereby achieving the purpose of advertisement delivery.
Therefore, by the margin scheduling method described in the foregoing steps S101 to S103, only before the starting time of the preset time period, a centralized margin scheduling process responding to the newly received margin scheduling request can be performed once to obtain the latest margin scheduling scheme before the publication, so that the server does not need to respond immediately after receiving a margin scheduling request, and further, in response to the situation that the margin scheduling request is sent first and then withdrawn, the change of the margin scheduling plan and the calculation of redundant data can be reduced, the orderly performance of the margin scheduling is ensured, the data processing resource of the server is saved, and the operating cost of the server is reduced.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect, a first possible design is further specifically proposed for deriving the publication table before the starting time of the preset time period, that is, while generating a new margin scheduling scheme, the method further includes: and deriving a publishing table for confirming the final publishing advertisement site according to the new allowance scheduling scheme. Because there is the time difference after the advertisement point location allowance scheduling is finished to the actual periodical, and some point locations may occur in the time difference and may be unavailable due to some reasons, the actual point locations to the periodical can be confirmed by exporting the periodical table, which is beneficial to the completion of advertisement putting, and meanwhile, because the last periodical table which is finally confirmed once is exported only before the last periodical (namely before the starting time of the preset time period) and is not exported frequently, the data processing resources of the server can be further saved, the validity of exporting the last periodical table is ensured, and the workload of the last periodical confirmation is reduced.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect or the possible design one, a possible design two for responding to a plurality of margin scheduling requests is further specifically provided, that is, when there are a plurality of advertisement spot margin scheduling requests, the advertisement spot margin scheduling request is responded, and an advertisement spot corresponding to the advertisement positioning margin scheduling request is determined, including but not limited to the following steps S1021 to S1022.
And S1021, determining the priority of each advertisement site margin scheduling request in the plurality of advertisement site margin scheduling requests.
S1022, according to the priority of each advertisement site allowance scheduling request, the advertisement site corresponding to the advertisement positioning allowance scheduling request is determined.
In the step S1022, specifically, the advertisement spots corresponding to the advertisement spot allowance scheduling requests are sequentially determined according to the priority ranking.
Therefore, by the second possible design described in the foregoing steps S1021 to S1022, advertisement spots corresponding to each advertisement spot location margin scheduling request can be sequentially determined according to the priority ranking of the advertisement spot location margin scheduling requests, so as to obtain a response processing result, and further ensure the orderly proceeding of margin scheduling.
Based on the second possible design, the present embodiment further specifically proposes a third possible design for determining a priority, that is, determining the priority of each of the multiple advertisement site location margin scheduling requests, including but not limited to the following steps S1021 a-S1021 b.
S1021a, acquiring a receiving time stamp of each advertisement positioning allowance scheduling request and a designated priority corresponding to each advertisement positioning allowance scheduling request.
In the step S1021a, the receiving timestamp is automatically recorded and saved when the corresponding advertisement positioning margin scheduling request is received. The assigned priority is assigned by the margin scheduling request terminal when creating the request, and as shown in fig. 2, the assigned priority can be, but is not limited to, divided into three forms, i.e., a high level form, a medium level form, and a low level form. In addition, the assigned priority may be classified into three levels, i.e., a first level, a second level, and a third level (where the first level is the highest in rank and the third level is the lowest in rank), or may be classified into five levels, i.e., a 1A level, a 2A level, a 3A level, a 4A level, and a 5A level (where the 5A level is the highest in rank and the 1A level is the lowest in rank), and so on.
S1021b, determining the priority of each advertisement positioning allowance scheduling request according to the first-to-last sequence of the receiving time stamps and the high-to-low sequence of the designated priority.
In step S1021b, requests with different assigned priorities are prioritized according to the order of the assigned priorities from high to low, the higher the assigned priority is, the earlier the requests are ranked, and a plurality of requests with the same assigned priority are prioritized according to the order of the receiving timestamps from first to last, the earlier the receiving timestamp is, the earlier the requests are ranked. For example, for request a, request B, request C, request D and request E, if their assigned priorities are low, high, medium and high, respectively, and their receiving timestamps are 10 point, 12 point, 14 point, 15 point and 18 point, respectively, the priority order may be: request B, request E, request C, request D, and request A.
Therefore, through the third possible design described in the foregoing steps S1021 a-S1021 b, the scheduling requests of each margin can be comprehensively ordered from two dimensions of request time and assigned priority, and the rationality of determining advertisement spots one by one in the following process is guaranteed. In addition, a plurality of advertisement site margin scheduling requests may also be transmitted to the advertisement facilitator terminal (that is, a terminal device held by the advertisement facilitator may include, but is not limited to, an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and/or a desktop computer, which may also be used as the margin scheduling request terminal), and the advertisement facilitator determines the priority ranking of each advertisement site margin scheduling request one by one.
Based on the second possible design, the present embodiment further specifically proposes a fourth possible design for determining an advertisement spot, that is, determining an advertisement spot corresponding to the advertisement positioning margin scheduling request, including but not limited to the following steps S1022a to S1022d.
S1022a, obtaining the single playing time length of the advertisement, the advertisement putting target area and the advertisement site target quantity corresponding to each advertisement site margin scheduling request.
In the step S1022a, the advertisement delivery target area may be a city unit, such as a metropolis; the target quantity of the advertisement spots can be a specific number or an unlimited number.
S1022b, taking all the advertisement spots of which the advertisement playing allowance time length is greater than or equal to the advertisement single playing time length and which belong to the advertisement putting target area as available advertisement spots.
In S1022b, the advertisement playing margin duration is the remaining playing amount of the corresponding advertisement player, and only when the advertisement playing margin duration is greater than or equal to the advertisement single playing duration of a certain advertisement, the margin corresponding to the point location is allowed to be scheduled to the advertisement, otherwise, there is a margin shortage problem.
S1022c, according to the target quantity of the advertisement site, selecting all or part of the available advertisement site as the determined advertisement site corresponding to each advertisement site margin scheduling request.
In the step S1022c, specifically, if the target number of the advertisement spots is smaller than the number of the available advertisement spots, randomly selecting a part of the available advertisement spots, the number of which is equal to the target number of the advertisement spots, as the determined advertisement spots corresponding to the each advertisement spot allowance scheduling request; and if the target number of the advertisement spots is greater than or equal to the number of the available advertisement spots, or the indicated number of the target number of the advertisement spots is not limited, selecting all the available advertisement spots as the determined advertisement spots corresponding to the margin scheduling request of each advertisement spot.
S1022d, subtracting the single playing time length of the advertisement from the remaining playing time length of the advertisement with the determined advertisement point position.
In the step S1022d, for example, if the determined advertisement playing margin duration of a certain advertisement spot is 40 seconds and the advertisement single playing duration is 15 seconds, the advertisement playing margin duration of the certain advertisement spot is updated to 25 seconds, so as to determine whether the advertisement is available or not according to the step S1022b for the next margin scheduling request.
Therefore, by the fourth possible design described in the foregoing steps S1022a to S1022d, on the premise that the allowance of the advertisement spots complies with the upper limit rule of the playing amount, the scheduling request of the allowance with the high priority can be preferentially responded, and the orderly progress of the allowance scheduling is further ensured.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect or the possible design one, a fifth possible design for deleting the margin scheduling request and releasing the scheduled advertisement spots is further specifically proposed, that is, the method further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S201 to S203.
S201, receiving a residual scheduling request deleting instruction.
In the step S201, the scheduling request deletion instruction may be, but is not limited to, generated and transmitted by the scheduling request terminal to withdraw or delete the designated advertisement spot scheduling request.
And S202, deleting the advertisement site margin scheduling request specified in the margin scheduling request deleting instruction.
In the step S202, specifically, the specified advertisement site margin scheduling request is deleted from the request library, so that it is ensured that the margin scheduling request is not responded again in the subsequent centralized response.
S203, aiming at the advertisement site which corresponds to the specified advertisement site margin scheduling request and is contained in the initial margin scheduling scheme or the new margin scheduling scheme, adding the corresponding advertisement playing margin duration to the advertisement single playing duration corresponding to the specified advertisement site margin scheduling request.
In the step S203, for example, if the determined advertisement playing allowance duration of a certain advertisement spot is 40 seconds, and the advertisement single playing duration is 15 seconds, the advertisement playing allowance duration of the certain advertisement spot is updated to 55 seconds, so as to achieve the purpose of releasing the scheduled advertisement spot. In addition, if the corresponding advertisement site has not been determined for the specified advertisement site margin scheduling request, step S203 need not be executed.
Therefore, through the fifth possible design described in the foregoing steps S201 to S203, the margin scheduling request terminal can delete the previously initiated margin scheduling request at any time, and release the scheduled advertisement spots in time, thereby further ensuring the orderly implementation of the margin scheduling. In addition, if the margin scheduling request deleting instruction is received after the advertisement is delivered, advertisement site information corresponding to the specified advertisement site margin scheduling request and included in the initial margin scheduling scheme or the new margin scheduling scheme needs to be sent to a corresponding advertisement player so as to terminate the delivery of the corresponding advertisement in time.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect or the possible design one, a sixth possible design for canceling the margin scheduling scheme and releasing the scheduled advertisement spots is further specifically proposed, that is, the method further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S301 to S302.
S301, receiving a margin scheduling area cancelling instruction.
In the step S301, the margin scheduling area canceling instruction may be, but is not limited to, generated and transmitted by the terminal of the advertising service provider, so as to cancel the margin scheduling scheme of the designated city area, thereby facilitating the re-creation of a new margin scheduling scheme.
S302, aiming at the advertisement point position which belongs to the specified margin scheduling cancellation area in the margin scheduling area cancellation instruction and is contained in the initial margin scheduling scheme or the new margin scheduling scheme, the corresponding advertisement playing margin duration is recovered to be the preset maximum advertisement playing margin duration.
In the step S302, the maximum advertisement playing allowance duration is an initially set playing amount, for example, 180 seconds, and if the advertisement playing allowance duration of a certain advertisement spot location is 40 seconds, the advertisement playing allowance duration of the certain advertisement spot location is updated to 180 seconds, so as to achieve the purpose of completely releasing the scheduled advertisement spot location.
Therefore, through the possible design six described in the foregoing steps S301 to S302, the margin scheduling scheme of the designated urban area can be cancelled, and the scheduled advertisement spots are completely released, thereby facilitating the re-creation of a new margin scheduling scheme. In addition, after receiving the margin scheduling area canceling instruction, the margin scheduling request in the request library is not generally deleted, and if the margin scheduling area canceling instruction is received after the advertisement is delivered, the advertisement point position which belongs to the designated margin scheduling canceling area in the margin scheduling area canceling instruction and is contained in the initial margin scheduling scheme or the new margin scheduling scheme is required to send advertisement delivery information to the corresponding advertisement player so as to terminate the delivery of the corresponding advertisement in time.
