On the other hand, as the soil sample of the sampling drill bit rod 118 is to be completely peeled off, the lower end of the sampling drill bit rod 118 needs to be kept to pass through the through hole 123 on the sampling frame 129 upwards, the fixing frame 128 is erected at the bottom of the fixing plate 102, the length of the sampling drill bit rod 118 can be longer or shorter than the maximum length of the left lifting piece and the right lifting piece, and the applicability is high; when the fixing frame 128 is erected on the top of the fixing plate 102, the length of the sampling drill rod 118 needs to be kept shorter than the maximum length of the left and right lifters, so as to keep the soil sample on the sampling drill rod 118 to be sufficiently peeled off into the sample placing box 130.
In the first embodiment, after the geological survey sampling device is assembled, the ground to be surveyed is confirmed, the geological survey sampling device is placed on the ground to be surveyed, the support legs 101 are inserted into the soil layer of the ground to be surveyed to keep the geological survey sampling device stable, then the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are started to rotate forward, the first rotary motor 103 drives the left lead screw 107 of the left lifting member to rotate, the second rotary motor 109 drives the right lead screw 113 of the right lifting member to rotate, the left lead screw 107 and the right lead screw 113 rotate synchronously to drive the fixing base 116 to descend, i.e. to drive the sampling drill rod 118 on the fixing base 116 to descend, and simultaneously, the sampling drill rod 118 is driven by the third rotary motor 120 to rotate, sequentially passes through the sampling frame 129 and the sampling placing box 130 to extend into the soil layer to extend out, and after reaching the sampling layer, the operating position of the sampling drill rod 118 is as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, starting the motors of the first rotating motor 103, the second rotating motor 109 and the third rotating motor 120 to reversely rotate, at this time, the first rotating motor 103 drives the left lead screw 107 of the left lifting member to reversely rotate, the second rotating motor 109 drives the right lead screw 113 of the right lifting member to reversely rotate, the left lead screw 107 and the right lead screw 113 synchronously and reversely rotate to drive the fixing seat 116 to ascend, namely, the sampling drill rod 118 on the fixing seat 116 ascends, the third rotating motor 120 synchronously drives the sampling drill rod 118 to reversely rotate, and in the process of reversely rotating and ascending of the sampling drill rod 118, the scraper strips the soil samples in the intervals of the spiral blades 117 into the sampling placing box 130; when the soil sample on the sampling drill rod 118 is sufficiently peeled off, the sampling drill rod 118 is moved to the operating position shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are turned off, the handle 132 is held by hand, and the sampling placement box 130 is pulled out of the fixed frame 128, so that soil sample detection is performed.
In the second embodiment, after the geological survey sampling device is assembled, the ground to be surveyed is confirmed, the geological survey sampling device is placed on the ground to be surveyed, the support legs 101 are inserted into the soil layer of the ground to be surveyed to keep the geological survey sampling device stable, then the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are started to rotate forward, the first rotary motor 103 drives the first lifting rod 124 to descend, the second rotary motor 109 drives the second lifting rod 126 to descend, the first lifting rod 124 and the second lifting rod 126 descend, the sampling drill rod 118 is driven by the first lifting rod 124 and the second lifting rod 126 to rotate, the sampling drill rod 118 is driven by the third rotary motor 120 to rotate to sequentially pass through the sampling frame 129 and the sampling placing box 130 to extend into the soil layer to extend out, the operating position of the sampling drill rod 118 is as shown in fig. 6, after the sampling layer is reached, the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are started to rotate reversely, at this time, the first rotary motor 103 and the second rotary motor 109 drive the sampling drill rod 118 to ascend, the third rotary motor 120 drives the sampling drill rod 118 to reversely rotate synchronously, and during the process that the sampling drill rod 118 reversely ascends, the scraper peels off the soil samples in the intervals of the spiral blades 117 into the sampling placement box 130; when the soil sample on the sampling drill rod 118 is sufficiently peeled off, the sampling drill rod 118 is moved to the position shown in fig. 5, the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are turned off, the handle 132 is held by hand, and the sampling box 130 is pulled out of the fixed frame 128, thereby performing soil sample detection.
In the third embodiment, after the sampling assembly for geological survey is completed, the sample collecting device can be independently detached; confirming a land to be surveyed, placing the sampling device for geological survey on the land to be surveyed, inserting the supporting legs 101 into a soil layer of the land to be surveyed, keeping the sampling device for geological survey stable, then starting the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 to rotate forward, driving the left lead screw 107 of the left lifting piece to rotate by the first rotary motor 103, driving the right lead screw 113 of the right lifting piece to rotate by the second rotary motor 109, synchronously rotating the left lead screw 107 and the right lead screw 113 to drive the fixed seat 116 to descend, namely driving the sampling drill rod 118 on the fixed seat 116 to descend, simultaneously driving the sampling drill rod 118 to rotate by the third rotary motor 120, sequentially passing through the sampling frame 129 and the sampling placing box 130 to extend into the soil layer to extend out, after reaching a sampling layer, starting the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 to rotate reversely, at this moment, the first rotating motor 103 drives the left lead screw 107 of the left lifting piece to rotate reversely, the second rotating motor 109 drives the right lead screw 113 of the right lifting piece to rotate reversely, the left lead screw 107 and the right lead screw 113 rotate reversely synchronously, the fixing seat 116 is driven to ascend, namely, the sampling drill rod 118 on the fixing seat 116 is driven to ascend, the synchronous third rotating motor 120 drives the sampling drill rod 118 to rotate reversely, after the sampling drill rod 118 exits from the soil layer, the sampling drill rod 118 can be directly detached, and soil sample detection and analysis are directly performed on the sampling drill rod 118.
In the fourth embodiment, after the geological survey sampling device is assembled, the ground to be surveyed is confirmed, the geological survey sampling device is placed on the ground to be surveyed, the support legs 101 are inserted into the soil layer of the ground to be surveyed to keep the geological survey sampling device stable, then the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are started to rotate forward, the first rotary motor 103 drives the first lifting rod 124 to descend, the second rotary motor 109 drives the second lifting rod 126 to descend, the first lifting rod 124 and the second lifting rod 126 descend, the sampling drill rod 118 is driven by the first rotary motor 103 to rotate downward, the sampling drill rod 118 sequentially passes through the sampling frame 129 and the sampling placement box 130 to extend into the soil layer to extend out, after the sampling layer is reached, the motors of the first rotary motor 103, the second rotary motor 109 and the third rotary motor 120 are started to rotate backward, at this time, the first rotary motor 103 and the second rotary motor 109 drive the sampling drill rod 118 to ascend, the third rotary motor 120 drives the sampling drill rod 118 to rotate reversely synchronously, after the sampling drill rod 118 exits from the soil layer, the sampling drill rod 118 can be directly detached, and soil sample detection and analysis are directly performed on the sampling drill rod 118.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in the above with reference to the attached drawings, and the technical scheme of the invention provides a novel sampling device for geological exploration, which is simple in structure, and can automatically peel off soil samples collected on a sampling drill rod into a sampling placing box arranged below a sampling frame in the ascending and descending process of the sampling drill rod by erecting a sampling frame on a fixed plate and simultaneously keeping a soil scraping plate of the sampling frame to be placed on the ascending and descending route of the sampling drill rod, so that the investment of manpower and material resources is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the manufacturing cost is low, and the sampling device is convenient to popularize and use.

Claims (10)

1. A sampling device for geological survey is characterized by comprising a supporting component, a left lifting piece, a right lifting piece and a sampling component;
the supporting assembly comprises supporting legs and a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is arranged at the tops of the supporting legs;
the left lifting piece is arranged on the left side of the fixing plate and comprises a first rotating motor, a first driving belt and a first support frame, a driving wheel of the first rotating motor is in transmission connection with a first driven wheel through the first driving belt, the first driven wheel and a left lead screw are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the left lead screw are arranged in a first sliding groove in the front of the first support frame in a semi-embedded mode;
the right lifting part is arranged on the right side of the fixing plate and comprises a second rotating motor, a second transmission belt and a second supporting frame, a driving wheel of the second rotating motor is in transmission connection with a right second driven wheel through the second transmission belt, the second driven wheel and a right lead screw are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the right lead screw are arranged in a second sliding groove in the front of the second supporting frame in a semi-embedded mode;
the sampling assembly comprises a sliding plate, a fixed seat, a sample collection device and a sampling drill bit rod provided with a spiral blade, sliding connecting pieces at two ends of the sliding plate are respectively sleeved on the left screw rod and the right screw rod, the fixed seat is arranged in the middle of the sliding plate, a third rotating motor is arranged at the top of the fixed seat, a driving wheel of the third rotating motor is connected with a third driven wheel through a third driving belt, the sampling drill bit rod coaxially arranged on the third driven wheel penetrates through the fixed seat, the sample collection device is arranged on the fixed plate, and through holes for the sampling drill bit rod to pass through are formed in the fixed plate and the sample collection device;
the first rotating motor, the second rotating motor and the third rotating motor are driven by positive and negative rotation of the motors.

The sampling device for geological survey of claim 1, wherein the left lifting member comprises a first rotary motor, a first driving belt and a first lifting rod, the driving wheel of the first rotary motor is drivingly connected to the first threaded rod inside the first lifting rod through the first driving belt and a first driven wheel, the lifting rod comprises a second rotary motor, a second driving belt and a second lifting rod, the driving wheel of the second rotary motor is drivingly connected to the second threaded rod inside the second lifting rod through the second driving belt and a second driven wheel, and two ends of the sliding plate are fixedly connected to the tops of the first lifting rod and the second lifting rod respectively.

The sampling device for geological survey according to claim 2, wherein the sampling device comprises a fixing frame, a sampling frame and a pull-out type sampling placement box, the inner side surface of the sampling frame protrudes inwards, a scraper is obliquely and vertically arranged, the scraper is placed between the spiral blades, the fixing frame is arranged above the sampling placement box, and the bottom of the sampling placement box is provided with the through hole for the sampling drill rod to pass through.
4. The sampling device of claim 3, wherein the fixed frame is provided at a bottom of the fixed plate.
5. The sampling device of claim 3, wherein the fixed frame is disposed on top of the fixed plate.
6. A sampling device for geological survey according to claim 3, characterized in that the exterior of said sample application box is provided with a handle and the interior surface of said sample application box is provided with an inert coating.
7. The sampling device of claim 1, wherein the first rotary motor, the second rotary motor, and the third rotary motor are all connected to a switch plate, and a splash guard is covered on an outer side of the switch plate.
8. The sampling device of claim 1, wherein a damping plate is disposed on each of the fixing plate and the fixing base.
9. A sampling device for geological exploration according to claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the upper surface of the spiral blade is extendedly provided with an upwardly protruding strip.
10. The sampling device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the support leg and the bottom of the sampling drill rod are both provided in a conical structure.
