Abstract

本发明公开一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂及其制备方法,属于纺织印染技术领域,按质量份计,包括以下原料:异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐40‑50份,醇醚羧酸盐5‑10份,有机胺1‑5份,柠檬酸1‑5份,有机溶剂5‑10份,去离子水20‑40份。本发明制得尼龙抗酚黄变剂的pH处于4‑5,为弱酸性,避免了对染整加工设备和管道的腐蚀;经测试整理后布面pH在4.5‑5.5范围,满足尼龙/锦纶织物出口订单对布面pH的要求;抗酚黄变等级达到4.5级左右;泡沫偏低,符合客户高车速加工和清洁化生产的需求。

Description

一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂及其制备方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
尼龙/锦纶等化纤面料酚黄变的产生,主要是因为化纤面料或包装材料在生产加工过程中使用了酚类化合物作为抗氧化剂,抗氧化剂中BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)因价格便宜而应用广泛。BHT可与空气中的氮氧化合物发生反应生成DTNP(2,6-二叔丁基对硝基苯酚),DTNP在酸性条件下为无色,室温条件下容易升华迁移,当遇到碱性物质时会发生黄变。常规尼龙抗酚黄变剂以十二烷基苯磺酸为主体原料,加工整理后布面抗酚黄变等级在4级别左右;布面pH<4.5不能满足尼龙/锦纶织物出口订单对布面pH的要求(合格品要求范围在4.5<布面pH<5.5);以十二烷基苯磺酸为主要原料制成的尼龙抗酚黄变剂,产品泡沫较高,产品pH和工作液pH为强酸性,严重制约织物加工速度,且强酸性对设备和管道腐蚀严重,安全隐患突出。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种弱酸性、低泡、抗酚黄变效果优异的新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂,按质量份计,包括以下原料:异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐40-50份,醇醚羧酸盐5-10份,有机胺1-5份,柠檬酸1-5份,有机溶剂5-10份,去离子水20-40份。
作为改进,所述异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐为含量40%-60%的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐。
作为改进,所述醇醚羧酸盐为AEC-10、AEC-C11、AEC-13中的至少一种。
作为改进,所述有机胺为一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
作为改进,所述有机溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇、二甘醇中的至少一种。
另外,本发明还提供了一种所述新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)先按照异辛醇、浓度98%浓硫酸、45%烧碱的摩尔比为1:(0.6-0.8):(0.5-0.7),备料,然后先加入异辛醇,控制温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸,保温反应4-6个小时,滴加45%烧碱溶液调节pH为6.0-7.0,最后加水调制成含量44%-60%的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
2)取配方量的步骤1)制得异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐,与配方量的醇醚羧酸盐、有机胺、有机溶剂、柠檬酸和去离子水配制即得所述新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过主体原料异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐(NaSO3 )与尼龙/锦纶织物末端氨基(NH2 +)结合,有效阻断尼龙/锦纶织物储存和运输过程中末端氨基与空气中氮氧化合物结合引起的织物黄边;同时通过本发明产品,有效控制尼龙/锦纶织物布面pH为弱酸性,杜绝DTNP(2,6-二叔丁基对硝基苯酚)在碱性条件下黄变显色。
本发明制得尼龙抗酚黄变剂的pH处于4-5,为弱酸性,避免了对染整加工设备和管道的腐蚀;经测试整理后布面pH在4.5-5.5,满足尼龙/锦纶织物出口订单对布面pH的要求;抗酚黄变等级达到4.5级左右;泡沫偏低,符合客户高车速加工和清洁化生产的需求。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术术语和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同,本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
实施例1
一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在1000ml四口烧瓶中加入175g异辛醇,置于水浴锅中,控制烧瓶内反应温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸105g,控制温度55℃保温反应5小时;滴加45%烧碱溶液25g,中控取样测pH为6.8,最后加入去离子水195g,混合搅拌均匀制得含量为58%-60%,总重为500g的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
2)向四口烧瓶内加入醇醚羧酸盐AEC-1050g混合均匀;控制烧瓶内物料温度小于50℃,从恒压滴料漏斗中缓慢滴加三乙醇胺20g,取样测得pH为6.3,搅拌30分钟至均匀;加入异丙醇100g,搅拌均匀;将50g柠檬酸加入280g去离子水中预混合溶解,把预混合液加入烧瓶内,搅拌30分钟制成黄色均匀透明液体。
实施例2
一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在1000ml四口烧瓶中加入120g异辛醇,置于水浴锅中,控制烧瓶内反应温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸72g,控制温度55℃保温反应5个小时;滴加45%烧碱溶液18g,中控取样测的pH 6.2,最后加入去离子水190g,混合搅拌均匀制得含量48%-50%的总重为400g的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
2)向四口烧瓶内加入醇醚羧酸盐AEC-1080g混合均匀;控制烧瓶内物料温度小于50℃,从恒压滴料漏斗中缓慢滴加一乙醇胺30g,取样测得pH 6.4,搅拌30分钟至均匀;加入乙二醇50g,搅拌均匀;将40g柠檬酸加入400g去离子水中预混合溶解,把预混合液加入烧瓶内,搅拌30分钟制成黄色均匀透明液体。
实施例3
一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在1000ml四口烧瓶中加入126g异辛醇,置于水浴锅中,控制烧瓶内反应温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸66.6g,控制温度55℃保温反应5个小时;滴加45%烧碱溶液19.35g,中控取样测的pH 6.1,最后加入去离子水238.05g,混合搅拌均匀制得含量44%-46%总重为450g的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
2)向四口烧瓶内加入醇醚羧酸盐AEC-13100g混合均匀;控制烧瓶内物料温度小于50℃,从恒压滴料漏斗中缓慢滴加三乙醇胺30g,取样测得pH 6.2,搅拌30分钟至均匀;加入二甘醇50g,搅拌均匀;将40g柠檬酸加入330g去离子水中预混合溶解,把预混合液加入烧瓶内,搅拌30分钟制成黄色均匀透明液体。
实施例4
一种新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在1000ml四口烧瓶中加入120g异辛醇,置于水浴锅中,控制烧瓶内反应温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸72g,控制温度55℃保温反应5个小时;滴加45%烧碱溶液18g,中控取样测的pH 6.3,最后加入去离子水190g,混合搅拌均匀制得含量48%-50%的总重为400g的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
2)向四口烧瓶内加入醇醚羧酸盐AEC-1180g混合均匀;控制烧瓶内物料温度小于50℃,从恒压滴料漏斗中缓慢滴加三乙醇胺30g,取样测得pH 6.1,搅拌30分钟至均匀;加入异丙醇50g,搅拌均匀;将40g柠檬酸加入400g去离子水中预混合溶解,把预混合液加入烧瓶内,搅拌30分钟制成黄色均匀透明液体。
将上述实施例1-4制得的新型尼龙抗酚黄变剂的样品,按相同用量10g/L,恒温80℃染色缸中浸渍40分钟,脱水烘干,按ISO 105X18:2007方法进行测试,用Color-Eye 3100测色仪对测试布进行白度值评价。其测得数值如下表1所示。

备注:Wi为测试布白度值所测得三次数据的平均值;pH数值指各对应样品原液所测数据;泡沫由相同浓度5g/L开稀液体,通过罗氏泡沫仪器测出;表1所示空白样为无添加抗酚黄变剂,用等量的去离子水置换。
分析表1可知,实施例1-4的泡沫低于市场外来样、pH均高于市场外来样、测得白度值高于市场外来样,其中实施例2和实施例4的白度值较为突出。
本发明解决了市场上常规产品pH偏低、泡沫较高等问题,适用于尼龙/锦纶织物抗酚黄变,本发明从实测抗酚黄效果来看,可以很好覆盖市场上常规产品,无需依赖于强酸性抗酚黄变剂对尼龙/锦纶等织物进行功能整理,减少染整设备腐蚀风险,较好的提升加工速度,应用前景较好。

Claims (4)

1.一种尼龙抗酚黄变剂,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括以下原料:异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐40-50份,醇醚羧酸盐5-10份,有机胺1-5份,柠檬酸1-5份,有机溶剂5-10份,去离子水20-40份;
所述原料中的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐是按照异辛醇、浓度98%浓硫酸、浓度45%烧碱的摩尔比为1:(0.6-0.8):(0.5-0.7),备料,然后先加入异辛醇,控制温度小于55℃,缓慢滴加98%浓硫酸,保温反应4-6个小时,滴加45%烧碱溶液调节pH为6.0-7.0,最后加水调制成含量44%-60%的异辛醇硫酸酯钠盐;
所述尼龙抗酚黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙抗酚黄变剂,其特征在于,所述醇醚羧酸盐为AEC-10、AEC-13中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙抗酚黄变剂,其特征在于,所述有机胺为一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙抗酚黄变剂,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇、二甘醇中的至少一种。
