Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
At present, in order to facilitate users to access packages, a logistics object management device (for example, a self-service cabinet) is provided, wherein the users can store the packages by themselves, so that the users can be served for 24 hours, and the users can take and send the packages conveniently. In such a self-service parcel storage cabinet, cabinet doors are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the storage space inside, so that each parcel can be placed in one storage compartment. When a user needs to take a package in a certain storage grid or needs to store the package to be sent in the certain storage grid, the cabinet door corresponding to the storage grid is opened by issuing a pickup or sending instruction so as to take or place the package. Currently, in some logistics object management devices, only one or several logistics object access ports are provided, that is, the access ports do not correspond to the storage grids one by one, so that a user only needs to access packages through the one or limited number of access ports, and packages placed by the user are moved to a shelf or packages on the shelf are moved to the access ports by a package moving component in the logistics object management device for the user to take out.
In such a logistics object management apparatus provided with a special access opening, for example, after a user puts a package through the logistics object management apparatus, the package put by the user is collectively placed on a shelf in the logistics object management apparatus. Unlike the case where the courier directly takes in the package, the logistics object management apparatus does not check the package deposited by the user, and therefore, if an abnormal logistics object, for example, a living body or an easily melting frozen object, etc., exists in the package placed by the user, such a package is easily displaced by the movement of the living body after being placed on the shelf by the package moving means in the logistics object management apparatus, and is even damaged by falling off the shelf, or collides with an adjacent package in the shelf. The frozen objects may melt due to the high temperature in the logistics object management apparatus when placed on the shelf, and thus exude liquid such as water, and such liquid may flow to other storage locations on the shelf, contaminate other packages, and even flow into various electronic or mechanical mechanisms of the logistics object management apparatus, cause malfunction of logistics object management apparatus components, and the like.
The current logistics object management equipment generally only provides a single logistics object detection means. For example, a weight sensor is provided at the access port to measure the weight of the physical distribution object to serve as a reference for assigning a storage position to the physical distribution object. However, such a detection scheme does not achieve a good effect on the detection of a specific or abnormal logistics object.
For this reason, a scheme capable of more accurately detecting a specific physical distribution object is required.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the outside of a logistics object management apparatus 1 viewed from the front side according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the logistics object management apparatus 1 can include an operation panel 2 disposed in the middle of the front surface of the logistics object management apparatus and a logistics object access device 3 located below the operation panel 2. The user can input various information such as personal information, pickup/delivery information, and the like through the operation panel 2. The manner in which the user inputs information through the operation panel 2 includes, but is not limited to, touch input, swipe code input, Near Field Communication (NFC) input, and the like. The logistics object access means 3 may be provided at a position where the user can conveniently access the package, and the number may be one or more. The logistics object access means 3 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a front view of a structure of a logistics object access device in a logistics object management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 schematically shows a back view of the structure of a logistics object access device in a logistics object management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the physical distribution object access device 3 includes a front plate 31, a front plate moving member 32, a bracket 33, a rear plate 42, a top plate 34, and a rear plate moving member 35. The front plate 31 is provided with an opening 311, and the opening 311 is used as an access port for a user to put in and/or take out a package. The front plate moving member 32 is provided on the bracket 33 and is provided to be able to move the front plate 31 in a vertical direction along the bracket 33 so that the opening 311 can be moved to a predetermined position (i.e., a logistics object pick-and-place position) and exposed to a user from the front surface of the logistics object management apparatus 1 to facilitate the user to pick and/or place a parcel. A rear plate moving member 35 is also provided on the support 33 and is provided to be movable in a vertical direction along the support 33 so that a parcel put by a user or a carrying member (not shown) supporting the parcel can be exposed to the inside of the logistics object management apparatus for easy removal of the moving member (not shown) in the logistics object management apparatus 1.
Further, by providing the front plate 31 which can be moved up and down, it is possible to expose the opening (access port) 311 to the user in accordance with the user's instruction and to shield the inside of the physical distribution object access device 3 in a time period in which there is no user operation, so that it is possible to prevent the entry of foreign matter and the damage of irrelevant persons to the inside of the physical distribution object access device 3. Further, by providing the rear plate which can be moved up and down, when the opening 311 of the front plate 31 is exposed from the front surface of the physical distribution object management apparatus 1, the inside of the physical distribution object management apparatus 1 can be shielded, so that the user can only touch the physical distribution object loading/unloading position of the physical distribution object access device 3 through the opening 311 and cannot touch other positions inside the physical distribution object management apparatus 1. By such a structural design of the front plate 31 and the rear plate and the corresponding moving members, it is possible to prevent the inside of the physical distribution object management apparatus 1 from being affected by foreign objects or maliciously damaged by human beings.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a structural side view of a logistics object access device in a logistics object access cabinet according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, two opposing access port side plates 36 are provided on the upper side surface of the holder 33 and an access port bottom plate 37 is provided at a position corresponding to the aforementioned logistics object access position. Thus, the two opposing access opening side panels 36, the access opening bottom panel 37, and the top panel 34 together constitute an access opening for accommodating a package placed by a user and a carrying member (e.g., a tray) for carrying the package.
A weight measuring member 38 is provided on the access opening bottom plate 37. Preferably, the weight measuring member 38 is disposed near the center of the access opening bottom plate 37. A carrier 39 for carrying and supporting a logistics object put in by a user is provided on the weight measuring member 38. Further, according to one embodiment of the present application, a user may be provided with a plurality of carrying members, such as trays, for carrying packages that the user puts in. In this case, the carrier 39 is provided to support the carrier member, and the weight measuring member 38 may be provided to measure the total weight of the carrier member and the package carried thereon.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present application, the carrier 39 may have an X shape, and the weight measuring member 38 is fixed directly at the center of the X shape or may be fixed at the center of the X shape by the fixing link 381.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present application, the weight measuring means 38 may be a cantilever structure in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, one end of which is fixed on the access port base plate 37, and at a position corresponding to the other end of the weight measuring means 38, a hole 371 is provided on the access port base plate 37 so that the other end of the weight measuring means 38 is in a suspended state. Further, both ends of the weight measuring member 38 may be attached with strain gauges on a side facing the top plate so that when a user puts in a package, the package is pressed against the carrier 39, thereby causing the weight measuring member 38 to be strained by receiving pressure, and the strain is converted into an electric signal by the strain gauges, thereby calculating the weight of the package on the carrier 39 or calculating the total weight of the package and the carrier.
A physical distribution object height measuring means 40 may be provided on the inner side of the access port side plate 36. The physical distribution object height measuring means 40 may include a measuring radiation emitting module 401 provided on one of the two access port side plates 36 and a measuring radiation receiving module 402 provided on the other of the two access port side plates 36. The measuring radiation emitting module 401 and the measuring radiation receiving module 402 are disposed corresponding to each other to facilitate the emission and reception of the measuring radiation. For example, the measurement radiation emitting component 401 may be an infrared emitter and, correspondingly, the measurement radiation receiving component 402 may be an infrared receiver. When a user puts a package through the opening 311, since the package blocks the radiation emitted by the measurement radiation emitting assembly 401, only a part of the radiation is received by the measurement radiation receiving assembly 402 and converted into an electrical signal. Accordingly, the height of the package may be calculated from the portion of the rays received by the measurement ray reception component 402.
In addition, since the measuring radiation emitting assembly 401 can emit the measuring radiation uninterruptedly, the real-time detection of the parcel in the access port can be performed in real time, so that the real-time height data of the parcel can be obtained. Therefore, if a living object is placed in the package, since the height of the package can be detected in real time after the package is placed, if the package is displaced or moved due to the movement of the living object in the package, particularly, the package is moved up and down due to the movement of the living object, the abnormal state of the package can be recognized through the change of the height. In addition, if the frozen object is placed in the package, after the frozen object is placed in the access opening, the frozen object is melted due to high temperature, liquid generated by melting can firstly soak the shell of the package before flowing out of the package, the package is usually shrunk due to the soaking, and therefore the abnormal state of the package can be identified by detecting the height of the package in real time.
Further, in one embodiment of the present application, the physical distribution object height measuring means 40 may be provided at an inner side edge of the access port side plate 36, i.e., an edge of a side adjacent to the rear plate. Since the user usually places the package in the middle of the access opening when placing the package, with this arrangement, it is not possible to detect the height of the package when the user places the package. However, with such an arrangement of the physical distribution object height measuring means 40, it is possible to detect a case where the parcel moves to the inner edge of the access opening, i.e., the edge at the rear plate. In other words, when the parcel is put into the access opening, the physical distribution object height measuring means 40 does not detect the height value because it is in the middle of the access opening. However, if the package is moved toward the rear panel by the movement of, for example, a living object in the package, until the inner edge of the access opening, there is a risk that the package will fall off. Therefore, this can be detected by the physical distribution object height measuring means 40 provided at the inner edge.
Further, since placing a package put in by a user on a shelf is to pull out the package from the rear panel by the moving means, the start of this action can be detected by the logistics object height measuring means 40 provided at the inner edge, and by detecting a change in height of the dragged package, it is identified whether the package is pulled out by the moving means or dropped due to, for example, the movement of a living object. Specifically, the height of the package should be uniform with little change when the package is pulled out by the moving member, and the height thereof may be drastically changed when it is dropped from the carriage 39 due to, for example, the movement of the living object, and therefore, the abnormal state of the package can be recognized according to the continuous detection of the height by the logistics object height measuring member 40 provided at the edge.
For example, a plurality of height values (discrete values) at a series of consecutive times of the parcel are obtained from the logistics object height measurement means 40, and then the plurality of discrete values are averaged M, so that a variance S of the height values can be calculated according to, for example, equation 1 shown below, and compared with a predetermined threshold value S1. For example, when the variance S of the height values exceeds the threshold S1, it may be determined that a living object is present within the package, whereas a normal object is present within the package.
Figure BDA0001988735130000091
In equation 1, s denotes a variance, n denotes the number of a plurality of height values, M denotes the average of the n height values, x1、x2、……、xnThe 1 st, 2 nd, … … th and nth height values are shown. In addition, a physical distribution object length measuring means and/or a physical distribution object width measuring means may be further provided in the access port, and the principle thereof may be the same as that of the physical distribution object height measuring means 40 described above. Except that the physical distribution object length measuring means may be symmetrically provided on the top plate 34 and the carriage 39 and parallel to the access port side plate 36.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the physical distribution object width measuring members 44 may be symmetrically disposed on the top plate 34 and the carriage 39, and perpendicular to the access port side plate 36, respectively. In particular, the physical distribution object width measuring means 44 may include a measuring radiation emitting part provided on the top plate 34 and adapted to emit the measuring radiation downward (toward the carriage 39); and a measurement radiation receiving member provided on the carriage 39 and adapted to receive the measurement radiation emitted by the measurement radiation emitting member. So that the width of the logistics object can be detected by the rays that are blocked by the logistics object when the logistics object enters the access opening and is positioned on the carriage 39.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, an imaging member 41 for imaging the package put into the access opening may be further provided in the access opening. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an imaging member 41 may be provided on the inner side of the top plate 34 to image the parcel from the top, so that the state of the parcel can be analyzed using the imaging result. For example, the imaging member 41 may be a camera, and an illumination assembly (not shown) may be additionally provided for the camera.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, an entry object detecting member 45 may be further provided on the side panel for detecting an entry state of the logistics object and/or the user's arm after the front panel 31 moves the exposure opening 311. In particular, the entering object detecting member 45 may include a detection radiation emitting part and a detection radiation receiving part which are oppositely disposed outside the side plate 36, respectively, and the side plate 36 further includes a plurality of penetrating holes 43 corresponding to the detection radiation emitting part and the detection radiation receiving part, respectively. Therefore, when the logistics object is put in or the arm of the user is out of the access opening through the opening 311, the detection ray receiving part can detect that the detection ray emitted by the detection ray emitting part through the plurality of through holes 44 is blocked, so that it is judged that the logistics object or the arm of the user is passing through the opening 311, so that the vertical movement of the front plate 31 is prevented, and damage to the logistics object or the arm of the user passing through the opening 311 due to the vertical movement of the front plate 31 is prevented.
Further, the above-described physical distribution object weight measuring member and physical distribution object height measuring member may not be limited to being mounted in the access port. In one embodiment of the present application, the above-described logistics object weight measuring means and logistics object height measuring means may be mounted on a shelf for monitoring an abnormal state of a package that has been placed on the shelf.
In addition, when a plurality of image data of a package at successive times are acquired, the plurality of image data may be compared to determine fluctuation of the data. In particular, since the imaging member 41 is affected by, for example, light when the image data of the package is acquired, the image data is subject to corresponding fluctuations. Therefore, when processing such image data, the image data may be normalized to be in the [0,1] interval to partially eliminate the influence of the brightness change on the data. Further, it is also possible to set a data variation range (for example, 10%) when comparing the data with the threshold value. That is, if the variation range of the data is within 10% from the threshold value, it is determined that the inside of the package is a normal object, and if the variation range is 10% or more, it is determined that the inside of the package is an abnormal object.
Therefore, according to the arrangement mode of the logistics object weight measuring component and the logistics object height measuring component, real-time multi-attribute monitoring can be carried out on packages placed on the access opening or the shelf, and therefore the abnormal states of the packages can be identified more accurately.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
