The steam system can realize independent purging of steam and water and hot water purging, the three purging modes are freely switched, the steam system is provided with the steam switch regulating valve, the hot water temperature of the joint system can be regulated by regulating the opening of the steam switch regulating valve to control the steam quantity, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the superiority is obvious for devices without laying a hot water system.

The public engineering purging system is an indispensable component of a petrochemical device, is set for actual needs of purging, cleaning, maintenance, replacement and the like in the device, and is also a necessary facility for safe operation of the process and guarantee of the product quality and the yield. The medium used in the utility purge system typically includes steam, fresh water, compressed air and nitrogen, and different types of media have different uses and may be set according to the process characteristics and requirements of the plant.

The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, but for the sweeping of oil pollution equipment such as heavy oil, residual oil, asphalt and the like, pipelines, the ground and the like, the oil pollution needs to be firstly blown and melted by steam, then the oil pollution is blown and cleaned by industrial water, the melted oil pollution is condensed again under the cooling effect of the industrial water when the industrial water is blown and swept, and the blowing and cleaning effects are seriously influenced.
Patent CN 109099245A discloses a hose station system, which includes a first pipe, on which a first hose connector for connecting with a hose is arranged; one end of each second pipeline is communicated with the main pipe, and the other end of each second pipeline is connected with the first pipeline; the first valves correspond to the second pipelines, each first valve is arranged on the corresponding second pipeline, and the first valves are used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the corresponding second pipeline and the corresponding first pipeline; the first pipeline is provided with a first valve, and the first valve is positioned between the first hose connector and the first hose connector; one end of the first pipeline is provided with a third valve, the other end of the first pipeline is provided with a first hose connector, and each second pipeline is connected to the side wall of the first pipeline. When the structure is used for purging, only steam and water can be separately purged, when heavy oil equipment, pipelines and the ground which need to be purged and cleaned by hot water are required, hot water needs to be introduced from a hot water pipeline, and for a device without a hot water main pipe in the device, the hot water main pipe needs to be laid firstly and then each branch pipe is introduced, so that the cost and the energy consumption are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a purging system and a purging method, aiming at solving the defect that the oil stain purging and cleaning effects are seriously affected because the prior art can only adopt steam and water for purging independently and can not use hot water for purging.
The purging system provided by the invention comprises a steam system, a water system, a mixing system and a joint system. The steam system consists of a steam inlet valve, a steam switch valve and a steam pipeline; the water system consists of a water inlet valve, a water three-way conversion valve and a water pipeline; the mixing system consists of a steam switch regulating valve, a steam ejector, a static mixer and a mixing pipeline; the joint system consists of a temperature sensor, a quick joint and a purging pipeline. The steam system, the water system and the mixing system are all connected with the joint system, and the communication state of the joint system is controlled through the opening and closing conditions of valves on the steam system, the water system and the mixing system. The steam switch regulating valve has certain flow regulating capacity, an online thermometer is arranged at the outlet of the purging pipe for detecting the temperature of the purging medium,
the hot water temperature of the joint system is adjusted by controlling the steam amount by adjusting the opening of the valve.
The purging method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) and closing a water inlet valve in the water system and a steam switch regulating valve in the mixing system, and opening a steam inlet valve and a steam switch valve in the steam system to communicate the steam system with the joint system, so that the steam purging function is realized.
(2) And closing the steam inlet valve, regulating the water three-way conversion valve to be in a state of being separated from a steam ejector in the mixing system, and opening the water inlet valve in the water system to communicate the water system with the joint system, so that the water purging and cleaning functions are realized.
(3) Closing a steam switch valve in a steam system, opening a steam switch regulating valve in a mixing system, regulating a water three-way switching valve in the water system to be communicated with a steam ejector in the mixing system, opening a steam inlet valve in the steam system and a water inlet valve in the water system, leading steam to enter the steam ejector in the mixing system along a steam pipeline and water along a water pipeline respectively, mixing the steam and the water in the steam ejector for the first time to form a steam-water mixture, leading the steam-water mixture formed by mixing the steam and the water for the first time to enter a static mixer along a pipeline, further mixing the steam in the static mixer to form hot water, leading the formed hot water to be sent to an external blowing hose along the mixing pipeline, a blowing pipeline and a quick connector in the connector system, detecting the temperature of the hot water by an online thermometer, and regulating the steam quantity by regulating the opening degree of the steam switch regulating valve in the mixing system, the requirement of hot water purging on site is met.
The purging system and the purging method can adopt steam and water to purge independently, simultaneously can mix the steam and the water in a mixing system to form hot water to meet the requirement of hot water purging of the device, can adjust the temperature of the hot water by adjusting the steam quantity, not only improves the purging effect of the device, but also does not need to add a hot water pipeline, and has obvious superiority to the device without laying a hot water system.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the purging system and the purging method provided by the invention can realize independent purging of steam and water, and can also realize hot water purging, and the three purging modes can be freely switched.
(2) An online thermometer is arranged at the outlet of the purging pipe, the steam switch regulating valve has certain flow regulating capacity, and the hot water temperature of the joint system can be regulated by regulating the opening degree of the valve to control the steam amount.
(3) The purging system is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the purging effect of the device is improved, a hot water pipeline does not need to be newly added, and the superiority of the device without the hot water system is obvious.

When the device needs steam purging, a water inlet valve 2-1 in a water system 2 and a steam switch regulating valve 3-1 in a mixing system 3 are closed, a steam inlet valve 1-1 and a steam switch valve 1-3 in a steam system 1 are opened, and the steam system 1 is communicated with a joint system 4 through a steam pipeline 1-4, so that the steam purging function is realized.
When the device needs water purging and cleaning, the steam inlet valve 1-1 in the steam system 1 is closed, the water three-way conversion valve 2-3 is adjusted to be in a state of being isolated from the steam ejector 3-2 in the mixing system 3, and at the moment, the water system 2 is communicated with the joint system 4 through the water pipeline 2-4, so that the water purging and cleaning functions are realized.
When the device needs hot water purging and cleaning, a steam switch valve 1-3 in a steam system 1 is closed, a steam switch regulating valve 3-1 in a mixing system 3 is opened, a water three-way switching valve 2-3 in a water system 2 is regulated to be communicated with a steam ejector 3-2 in the mixing system 3, a steam inlet valve 1-1 in the steam system 1 and a water inlet valve 2-1 in the water system 2 are opened, at the moment, steam enters a steam ejector 3-2 in the mixing system 3 along a steam pipeline 1-2 and water enters a steam ejector 3-2 in the mixing system 3 along a water pipeline 2-2 respectively, the steam and the water are mixed for the first time in the steam ejector 3-2 to form a water-vapor mixture, the water-vapor mixture formed by the first time of mixing enters a static mixer 3-3 along a pipeline, the water-vapor in the static mixer 3-3 is further mixed to form hot, the formed hot water is sent to an external purging hose along a mixing pipeline 3-4, a purging pipeline 4-2 and a quick connector 4-3 in a connector system 4, the temperature of the hot water can be adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of a steam switch adjusting valve 3-1 in the mixing system 3 to control the steam quantity, and the temperature of the hot water is detected by an online thermometer 4-1, so that the requirements of purging and cleaning the hot water on site are met.
