The composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by some embodiments of the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-30 parts of angelica sinensis, 3-20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6-36 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 4-27 parts of radix rehmanniae, 3-18 parts of peach kernel, 1-12 parts of safflower, 4-20 parts of radix linderae, 4-12 parts of szechwan chinaberry fruit, 3-8 parts of fennel, 4-27 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 3-18 parts of motherwort, 1-9 parts of schizonepeta spike, 3-18 parts of cinnamon, 3-18 parts of baked ginger and 8-12 parts of pseudo-ginseng.
In another aspect, some embodiments of the present invention disclose an oral formulation for treating dysmenorrhea, comprising the composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention.
The oral preparation for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by some embodiments of the invention comprises the dosage forms of ointment, pills, capsules, decoction, powder, granules, powder and tablets.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also discloses application of the composition and the oral preparation for treating dysmenorrhea in preparing a medicament for treating dysmenorrhea.
The pharmaceutical composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the effects of warming channels, dispelling cold, promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, removing blood stasis and activating blood circulation, treats both symptoms and root causes, regulates and recovers normal body functions, has a radical curative effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea, and is generally suitable for the treatment of symptoms such as lower abdomen crymodynia, distending pain, stabbing pain, syncope, easy sweating, diarrhea, myasthenia of limbs, dysphoria and the like caused by the primary dysmenorrhea and the secondary dysmenorrhea.

The angelica is also called dry angelica and has the effects of enriching the blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, moistening dryness and lubricating intestines; mainly treats blood deficiency syndromes, irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, dysmenorrheal, abdominal mass accumulation, metrorrhagia, deficiency-cold abdominal pain, flaccidity arthralgia, numbness of skin, intestinal dryness, difficulty in defecation, severe dysentery, carbuncle, cellulitis, sore and ulcer, and traumatic injury; sweet, pungent and bitter in flavor and warm in nature; it enters heart, liver and spleen meridians.
The ligusticum wallichii is pungent and slightly sweet in taste, has the effect of promoting qi circulation to relieve depression, dispels wind-dryness and dampness, and activates blood circulation to stop pain at the atmospheric temperature; it can be used for treating wind-cold headache, dizziness, hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, cold arthralgia, spasm of tendons, amenorrhea, dystocia, puerperal stagnation, pain, carbuncle, cellulitis, and pyocutaneous disease; menoxenia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, pricking pain in chest and hypochondrium, traumatic injury, headache, and rheumatalgia; entering liver and gallbladder meridians.
Radix Paeoniae alba, also known as radix Paeoniae alba and radix Paeoniae alba; has effects in nourishing blood, regulating nutrient, relieving spasm and pain, astringing yin, and calming liver; can be used for treating menoxenia, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, pain in hypochondrium, abdominal pain, spasm and pain of limbs, headache, and vertigo; bitter and sour taste, slightly cold; it enters liver and spleen meridians.
The medicinal functions of the white peony root wine are nourishing blood and liver, relieving and stopping pain, and astringing yin and arresting sweating; it is indicated for pain in chest, abdomen, hypochondrium, dysentery, abdominal pain, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, fever due to yin deficiency, irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, leukorrhagia.
Rehmannia root, alternative name of rehmannia root, original rehmannia root, dried rehmannia root, benzyl, dioxin, cow milk seed, grandmother milk, etc., Scrophulariaceae, rehmannia genus plant, rehmannia root tuber, which is a heat-clearing and blood-cooling agent; can be used for treating heat entering nutrient blood, fever, dry mouth, crimson or red tongue, etc., and has effects of clearing heat, promoting fluid production, nourishing yin, and nourishing blood.
Radix rehmanniae, rhizome of rehmannia or Huaiqing rehmannia is processed and steamed and dried; nourishing yin and enriching blood; for deficiency of yin and blood, flaccidity of waist and knees, fatigue, cough, steaming bone, spermatorrhea, metrorrhagia, menoxenia, diabetes, scanty urine, and deafness; enter liver and kidney meridians.
Peach kernel, dried mature seed of Prunus persica or Prunus davidiana of Rosaceae; has effects in promoting blood circulation, dispelling blood stasis, loosening bowel to relieve constipation, and relieving cough and asthma; can be used for treating amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal mass, pulmonary abscess, intestinal carbuncle, traumatic injury, intestinal dryness, constipation, cough, and asthma.
Safflower, also known as safflower carthamus, Daphne spinosa and Carthamus Tinctorius; has effects in promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and relieving pain; can be used for treating amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, puerperal abdominal pain due to blood stasis, obstruction of qi in the uterus, heart pain, abdominal mass, traumatic injury, arthralgia, apoplexy, and macula; pungent taste and warm nature; it enters heart and liver meridians.
Radix Linderae, dried root tuber of radix Linderae of Lauraceae; pungent and warm; entering lung, spleen, kidney and bladder meridians; move qi and alleviate pain, warm kidney and dispel cold; can be used for treating cold accumulation, qi stagnation, chest and abdomen distention and pain, asthma, bladder deficiency cold, enuresis, pollakisuria, hernia pain, and cold abdominal pain.
Rhizoma cyperi, alias sparrow head incense, cyperus rotundus, centella asiatica, cyperus rotundus rice, pigskin grass in taenia, rhizoma sparganii root and notopterygium root. Has effects in regulating qi, resolving stagnation, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, and preventing miscarriage; can be used for treating hypochondriac distention and pain, breast distention and fertility, hernia pain, menoxenia, abdominal distention and pain, belch, acid regurgitation, nausea, abdominal pain during menstruation, metrorrhagia, leukorrhagia, and threatened abortion; pungent taste and slight cold; it enters liver and triple energizer meridians. The processing method comprises the following steps: 1. rhizoma cyperi: removing hair and impurities, and slicing or grinding. 2. Parching rhizoma Cyperi: parching radix Aconiti lateralis (granule) to dry, or parching rhizoma Cyperi to dry.
Herba Leonuri, also known as , herba Leonuri, rhizoma paridis, herba Matricariae Chamomillae, and pedicellus senilis, is Labiatae, and belongs to the genus herba Leonuri, and flowers in summer; is pungent and bitter in taste, cool in flavor, and has effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation, and eliminating water, and can be used for treating female menoxenia, vaginal bleeding, retained afterbirth, blood halo after delivery, blood stasis, abdominal pain, metrorrhagia, urine blood, hemorrhage, carbuncle, swelling, and pyocutaneous disease. Motherwort has the functions of inducing diuresis to reduce edema and contracting uterus, is similar to pituitary phyllanthine, and motherwort extract and decoction have strong and lasting excitation on uterus, can enhance contractility and improve tensity and shrinkage, and is a key medicine for treating gynecopathy by doctors of all generations.
Herba Schizonepetae, dry flower spike of herba Schizonepetae of Labiatae, pungent and slightly warm; entering lung and liver meridians; relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling pathogenic wind, promoting eruption, and eliminating sore.
Cinnamon, pungent and sweet in flavor, with great heat in nature, enters kidney, spleen, heart and liver meridians; has effects of nourishing fire, supporting yang, guiding fire to the origin, dispelling cold, relieving pain, warming channels and dredging collaterals.
Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, which enters spleen, stomach, and kidney meridians; warming meridians to stop bleeding, warming middle energizer to alleviate pain; can be used for treating yang deficiency, hemorrhage, hematemesis, metrorrhagia, metrostaxis, spleen and stomach deficiency cold, abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea.
Pseudo-ginseng is solid in texture, the cross section is grayish green, yellow green or grayish white, and the wood parts are slightly and radially arranged; light smell, bitter and sweet taste; it enters liver and stomach meridians. Has the effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, relieving swelling and relieving pain. Can be used for treating hemoptysis, hematemesis, epistaxis, hematochezia, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, thoracico-abdominal pain, and traumatic injury with swelling and pain.
Chuan Lian Zi, bitter in taste and cold in nature; has little toxicity. The meridians of the stomach, small intestine and bladder. Has the functions of promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, killing parasites and treating tinea. Sheng Chuan Lian Zi is toxic and good at killing parasites and curing tinea and alleviating pain. The fried szechwan chinaberry fruit is convenient to crush, relieves the bitter and cold property, reduces the toxicity, avoids damaging the spleen and the stomach, mainly promotes qi circulation to relieve pain, and is suitable for patients with weakness of the spleen and the stomach. The action of the Zaocys Chuanzi is specially in the lower energizer, so it is good at treating hernia and alleviating pain. Fructus Toosendan processed with vinegar enters liver, and has effects of dispersing stagnated liver qi and relieving pain.
Fennel, also known as fennel seed, fennel, vernonia oryzae, and fennel seed. Contains volatile oil, mainly including anisole, fenchone, methyl piperonyl alcohol, anisaldehyde, etc. Pungent flavor and warm nature. Enter kidney, bladder and stomach meridians. Promote appetite, regulate qi and dispel cold, and have the function of supporting yang. Mainly treats the symptoms of cold in middle energizer, anorexia, nausea, vomiting and abdominal psychroalgia; hernia pain, testicular swelling and pain; qi stagnation of the spleen and stomach may cause abdominal distension and pain.
In the embodiment of the invention, the Chinese angelica, the Szechuan lovage rhizome, the white paeony root and the rehmannia root form a composition for promoting qi and activating blood; the Chinese angelica, the ligusticum wallichii and the white paeony root have the effects of promoting qi and activating blood, exert different curative effects and specialities thereof, coordinate and combine different effects with different emphasis, can mutually enhance the medicinal effects in the qi and blood circulation promoting composition, and combine the heat clearing and blood enriching effects of the radix rehmanniae, so that the qi and blood circulation promoting composition has the anti-inflammatory effect, can expand the adaptive population for treating dysmenorrheal patients, and has the characteristics of obvious curative effect and strong universality. In the embodiment of the invention, the white paeony root comprises white paeony root and wine white paeony root, and the wine white paeony root is selected as a more preferable embodiment.
The peach kernel and the safflower both have the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the inventor finds that the combination of the peach kernel and the safflower has the effects of mutual supplement and mutual gain, has mild effects of breaking blood, promoting blood circulation, nourishing blood and removing blood stasis, and has proper curative effect on treating dysmenorrheal and no internal heat.
The combined spicebush root and the nutgrass galingale rhizome have the effects of warming kidney and dispelling cold, regulating qi and resolving stagnation, enter spleen, kidney, liver and bladder channels and triple energizer channels, and have the effects of warming channel and dispelling cold, promoting qi and blood circulation, and relieving swelling and pain at the liver channel part. The nutgrass galingale rhizome referred to herein includes nutgrass galingale rhizome and fried nutgrass galingale rhizome, and in some embodiments, fried nutgrass galingale rhizome is more preferred.
In some embodiments, in order to enhance the effects of dispelling cold and relieving pain of liver channel, fructus Toosendan and/or fructus Foeniculi can be added to enhance the effects of warming kidney for dispelling cold, regulating qi-flowing and resolving stagnation. In some embodiments, the combination of radix linderae, fructus toosendan and fennel and their compatibility relationship can be properly combined, increased or decreased according to the specific symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
Motherwort has good effects of promoting blood circulation and relieving swelling, and is used together with other components in the composition disclosed by the embodiment of the invention to obtain better effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and relieving pain, so that the motherwort has universality in treatment of dysmenorrhea.
The schizonepeta spike has the effects of ventilating, dispelling cold, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and the proper amount of the schizonepeta spike is beneficial to enhancing the curative effect of the composition for treating dysmenorrhea. The content of the spica schizonepetae is too large, which is not beneficial to controlling the curative effect, and the content of the spica schizonepetae in the composition is not more than half of the content of the angelica sinensis.
Cinnamon and baked ginger both have the effects of dispelling cold and relieving pain, the cinnamon is pungent and sweet in flavor, strong in nature and hot, and strong in curative effect of warming channels and dredging collaterals, the baked ginger warms the channels to stop bleeding, warms the middle and relieves pain, and can dispel cold and prevent the composition disclosed by the embodiment of the invention from damaging the body due to excessive blood stasis; the combination of the two drugs has important action on relaxation in the composition, and is one of the important reasons for the universality of the treatment of dysmenorrhea.
Pseudo-ginseng has the effects of dissipating blood stasis, stopping bleeding, reducing swelling and relieving pain, and in some embodiments of the invention, the addition of a proper amount of pseudo-ginseng can play the roles of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain and strengthening pain.
The composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by the embodiment of the invention fundamentally eliminates the constitutional factors causing dysmenorrhea and has a treatment effect on primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea.
The composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be prepared into ointment, pills, powder, granules and decoction according to the traditional Chinese medicine preparation method, and can be taken as an oral preparation for treating dysmenorrhea. Can also be made into other pharmaceutically acceptable dosage forms such as capsule and tablet. When the Chinese patent medicine is prepared, according to a common method, a proper forming agent, an additive or an excipient and the like are required to be added as an auxiliary material of the composition. In some embodiments, the composition disclosed in the examples of the present invention may be orally administered, for example, by purifying and separating the active ingredients of the composition by a solvent purification method, and then blending the purified active ingredients into a concentrated solution. Solvents suitable for pharmaceutical purification, including inorganic solvents such as water, including organic solvents such as ethanol, may be employed as solvents for purifying the compositions of the present disclosure. As a purification method, it can be performed by referring to a conventional purification process of Chinese herbs. The decoction mentioned herein may include a traditional Chinese medicine decoction decocted according to a traditional method, a concentrated solution obtained by purifying the composition, and a diluted liquid mixture and an oral liquid prepared by the concentrated solution. The liquid mixture generally comprises effective Chinese medicinal components extracted from the composition and appropriate amount of additives.
The composition for treating dysmenorrhea disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has no incompatibility and no toxic or side effect through repeated experiments according to traditional pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicines and medical practice of the inventor. The composition and the oral preparation thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention are taken at the time of pain, and the pain can be stopped when the pain stops.
As an embodiment, the composition may be decocted to a decoction according to the following method:
(1) selecting a medicine decocting container, and taking an earthen pot, an enamel ware and stainless steel as suitable materials;
(2) firstly, soaking the composition in cold water for 20-30 minutes, adding cold water, and decocting the medicine with the water consumption of 2-3 cm higher than the medicine surface;
(3) decocting for 20 min after boiling; the decoction is carried out by stirring for several times, each dose of Chinese medicinal materials is generally decocted for 2 times, and the 2 nd decocted Chinese medicinal material can be decocted with hot water for a little shorter time than the first time.
Mixing the decoctions, and taking twice.
As an embodiment, the composition is made into a watered pill according to the following method:
(1) firstly, raw medicinal materials of the composition are crushed and sieved to prepare fine medicine powder;
(2) adding water into the fine medicine powder for drawing a mold, so that the fine medicine powder is bonded into pills with the size of 0.5-1 mm, and the pills are formed by increasing layer by layer on the basis; the amount of the medicinal powder for stripping is 2-5% of the total amount;
(3) placing the pellet into the medicinal powder, and shaking to obtain pill; the size of the pill is controlled, water is added, the medicine adding amount is uniform, the steps are frequently carried out, and the big or small pills can be adjusted into thin paste to be poured in;
(4) the pills which are enlarged, qualified and screened uniformly are selected and operated to be finished products in size by selecting proper materials, so that the surfaces of the pills are compact, smooth and consistent in color.
As an embodiment, the composition is made into honeyed pills according to the following method:
(1) firstly, raw medicinal materials of the composition are crushed and sieved to prepare fine medicine powder;
(2) adding honey into the fine medicine powder, granulating the wet powder, and drawing a mold to bond the medicine powder into pills with the size of 0.5-1 mm, and enlarging the pills layer by layer on the basis to form pills; the amount of the medicinal powder for stripping is 2-5% of the total amount;
(3) placing the pellet into the medicinal powder, and shaking to obtain pill; the size of the balls is controlled, honey is added, the dosage is uniform, the size is frequently graded, and the size of the balls can be adjusted to be thin and the balls can be poured in; the proportion of the common medicine powder to the refined honey is 10: 3, the ratio of the refined honey to the water is 1: 3.
(4) the pills which are enlarged, qualified and screened uniformly are selected and operated to the size of a finished product by proper materials, so that the surfaces of the pills are compact, smooth and consistent in color.
The following is extracted for a case for curing dysmenorrheal patients, the patients are 20-50 years old, have no general diseases or other gynecological diseases, have different dysmenorrheal symptoms during menstruation, properly grab the composition disclosed by the invention according to different symptoms, prepare honeyed pills, and continuously take the composition when having dysmenorrheal symptoms until the symptoms disappear; if the symptoms of dysmenorrhea occur again during menstruation, the composition honeyed pill is administered continuously until the symptoms disappear. Dysmenorrhea symptoms generally no longer appear after 1-2 intake cycles. In individual cases, it may be necessary to take up to 3 cycles. Later follow-up survey shows that no case has the symptoms of dysmenorrhea again after complete healing. As used herein, the term "dosing cycle" refers to the time during which a woman takes a medicine during the monthly menstrual period, and a cycle generally refers to the continuous dosing of a medicine for one month, and a cycle refers to the continuous dosing of a medicine for two consecutive months.
Example 1
The composition of the embodiment 1 comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5 parts of angelica, 4 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6 parts of white peony root, 4 parts of radix rehmanniae, 1 part of peach kernel, 2 parts of safflower, 6 parts of combined spicebush root, 10 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 3 parts of motherwort, 1 part of schizonepeta spike, 3 parts of cinnamon and 3 parts of baked ginger.
Wu Zhi, age 20, has lower abdominal pain, lassitude and hypodynamia during menstruation. After taking the honeyed pill of the composition formula of the embodiment, symptoms disappear after one period. There is no repetition.
Example 2
The composition of the embodiment 2 comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 parts of angelica sinensis, 18 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 24 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 10 parts of radix rehmanniae, 4 parts of peach kernels, 10 parts of safflower, 20 parts of radix linderae, 20 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 10 parts of motherwort, 12 parts of schizonepeta spike, 10 parts of cinnamon and 8 parts of baked ginger.
The patient in forest, 31 years old, had severe pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, was torn, was violent in mood and accompanied by vomiting. After taking the honeyed pills with the prescription of the composition of the embodiment, the pain of the lower abdomen is relieved and the emotion is improved after one period; after two cycles, the lower abdomen pain basically disappears, and the vomiting phenomenon is avoided occasionally; after three cycles, the patient suffers from lower abdomen pain, and after taking the medicine continuously, the symptoms disappear completely without repetition.
Example 3
The composition of example 3 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of angelica, 8 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 14 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 8 parts of radix rehmanniae, 6 parts of peach kernel, 3 parts of safflower, 11 parts of radix linderae, 10 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 6 parts of motherwort, 4 parts of schizonepeta spike, 7 parts of cinnamon and 6 parts of baked ginger.
The patient Jia Zhi is 35 years old, stabbing pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, pale complexion, occasional convulsion sensation in the lower abdomen with vomiting. After taking the honeyed pills of the prescription of the composition, the lower abdomen stabbing pain is obviously relieved after one period, and the face color is normal; after two cycles, the lower abdomen feels normal, no more twitching sensation exists, and no more vomiting phenomenon exists; after three cycles, the patient suffers from lower abdomen pain, and after taking the medicine continuously, the symptoms disappear completely without repetition.
Example 4
The composition of example 4 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of angelica sinensis, 9 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 18 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 14 parts of radix rehmanniae, 9 parts of peach kernels, 4 parts of safflower, 15 parts of radix linderae, 12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 3 parts of motherwort, 6 parts of schizonepeta spike, 9 parts of cinnamon and 8 parts of baked ginger.
The patient slowly takes a certain time, is 44 years old, stabbing and pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, pale complexion, occasional convulsion feeling in the lower abdomen, and vomiting. After taking the honeyed pills of the composition formula of the embodiment, the symptoms completely disappear without relapse after three cycles.
