In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations and positional relationships based on the orientations and positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only used for describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation and a specific orientation configuration and operation, and thus, the present invention is not to be construed as being limited thereto.
For convenience of understanding, the present invention is based on the principle that the spike 6 shown in fig. 1 is oriented forward, the hose connector 10 is oriented backward, and the rest is analogized based on the above.
Examples 1,
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a medical puncture needle comprises a handle 1, a fixed block 9, a joint part 2, a limit part 3, a first sleeve 4, a second sleeve 5 and a needle 11, wherein the front end of the needle 11 is provided with a spine part 6, the rear end of the needle is connected with a hard guide tube 13, the second sleeve 5 is sleeved on the front part of the needle 11 and is in sliding connection with the outer wall surface of the needle, the front end of the first sleeve 4 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the second sleeve 5, the rear end of the needle extends into the first sleeve 4, the inner wall surface of the first sleeve 4 is in sliding connection with the outer wall surface of the hard guide tube 13, the front end of the handle 1 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the fixed block 9 and can be integrally formed, the front end of the fixed block 9 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the joint part 2 and can be integrally formed, the front end of the joint part 2 is integrally formed with the rear end of the limit part 3, as shown in fig. 3, a sliding hole 24 is formed in the center of the connecting part 2 and the limiting part 3, the rear end of the first sleeve 4 extends into the sliding hole 24 and is slidably connected with the sliding hole 24, as shown in fig. 2, the rear end of the hard guide tube 13 passes through the rear end of the first sleeve 4 and extends backwards through the fixed block 9 and the rear end surface of the handle 1 to form a hose joint 10, and the hard guide tube 13 is fixedly connected with the fixed block 9 and the handle 1; as shown in fig. 3, a compression spring 15 is further sleeved on the periphery of the hard flow guide tube 13 between the front end surface of the fixed block and the left end of the first sleeve 4, a limiting component for locking, releasing and positioning the first sleeve 4 is further arranged on the limiting portion 3, and the front end of the second sleeve 5 partially or completely shields the spine portion 6.
In this embodiment, the second sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the needle 11, during puncturing, the resistance of puncturing is increased due to the blocking of the front end of the second sleeve 5, the puncturing process is delayed, so that the defect that the blood vessel is completely punctured (the blood vessel is partially or completely separated from the blood vessel to cause a drumhead) in the instant when the sharp part 6 is too sharp is avoided, when the sharp part 6 punctures the blood vessel, blood flashback occurs, the puncturing is in place, the force is stopped at the moment, and the second sleeve 5 enters the blood vessel along the puncture hole of the sharp part on the surface of the skin under the thrust of the compression spring 15 and shields the sharp part.
It should be understood that the elastic force range of the compression spring 15 is adapted to the stress of the skin of the human body, so that the compression spring can be retracted under the resistance of the skin, and when the puncture hole of the spine portion 6 on the skin surface is about to be formed or formed, the puncture hole can break through the obstruction of the skin and enter the blood vessel, and the specific value of the elastic force range can be determined according to clinical tests.
Examples 2,
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present embodiment is further improved, specifically:
as shown in fig. 3, the limiting component includes a first sliding groove 4-2 located on the outer wall surface of the first sleeve 4 and arranged along the axis direction of the first sleeve 4, the rear end of the first sliding groove 4-2 extends into the sliding hole 24, a first positioning hole 16 is formed in the limiting portion 3 along the direction perpendicular to the first sleeve 4, a first positioning rod 7 is arranged in the first positioning hole, and the lower end of the first positioning rod 7 is inserted into the first sliding groove 4-2 and is slidably connected with the first sliding groove 4-2.
Examples 3,
On the basis of embodiment 2, the present embodiment makes further improvements, specifically:
the front end of the second sleeve 5 completely shields the spine 6, and when the puncture is not performed, the lower end of the first positioning rod 7 is located in the middle of the first sliding groove 4-2 and can slide back and forth along the bottom of the first sliding groove 4-2 (not shown in the figure, the shape is similar to the position relation between the bottom of the second positioning rod 8 and the second sliding groove 4-3, except that the first sliding groove 4-2 is not provided with a limiting hole).
In this embodiment, when puncturing, the handle 1 is held, the two side edges of the second cannula 5 are firstly abutted against the two sides of the blood vessel, so that the spine portion 6 included in the second cannula is positioned at the position aligned with the center line of the blood vessel, then the handle 1 is lightly pushed to perform puncturing action, the skin extrudes the second cannula 5, the spine portion 6 is exposed and pierces the blood vessel, the puncturing is stopped at the moment of blood flashback, and the second cannula 5 enters the blood vessel under the extrusion of the compression spring 15, and the spine portion is completely shielded. It can be seen that this embodiment provides the simplest puncture using structure, and both can pinpoint the puncture position, use second sleeve 5 to support the blood vessel both sides promptly, avoided during the puncture, the shake of staff, especially hand shake in the twinkling of an eye when nervous and the deviation of puncture point position that leads to, when the puncture was accomplished, second sleeve 5 was in the twinkling of an eye completely shielded point thorn portion 6, had avoided the damage that point thorn portion activity brought. Meanwhile, as the second cannula 5 enters the blood vessel, the possibility that the spike 6 completely pierces the blood vessel is greatly reduced due to the damping effect of the second cannula itself.
In the present embodiment, only the blood vessel puncture is taken as an example for explanation, and the rest may be done in the same way.
Examples 4,
On the basis of embodiment 2, the present embodiment makes further improvements, specifically:

In this embodiment, some operators prefer to directly view the spine portion 6 for puncturing, so the front end of the second sleeve 5 shields the spine portion 6, when the spine portion 6 partially pierces the blood vessel, the operator can feel a resistance obviously due to the blockage of the second sleeve 5, and at this time, the speed should be reduced until the spine portion completely enters the blood vessel, blood instantly flashes back to stop puncturing, the second sleeve 5 enters the blood vessel as described above, the spine portion 6 is partially shielded, then the first positioning rod 7 is moved upwards to release the blockage of the first sliding groove 4-2, and the second sleeve 5 is moved forwards continuously under the pushing force of the compression spring 15 to completely shield the spine portion.
It should be understood that the compression spring 15 may be fully extended without allowing excessive extension travel of the compression spring 15 by fully shielding the spike.
