Because the insulating rod is insulated, when the insulating head is operated, on one hand, the insulating head has a certain distance with the low-voltage air, so that the remote operation can be realized, and the operation safety is improved; on the other hand, the insulated operating rod 20 can further isolate electricity, and the safety of an operator can be ensured more reliably.
Since the angular position of the low pressure air switch is not fixed, in order to improve the utility of the present device, an angle adjusting device 30 is provided between the manipulating head 10 and the manipulating lever 20, and the angle adjusting device 30 includes a first adjusting plate 31, a second adjusting plate 33, and a fastening device 35.
The first adjusting disk 31 is fixedly connected to one side of the operating head 10, and first protrusions 32 which are spaced and arranged around the center are arranged on the contact end surface of the first adjusting disk 31, that is, the first protrusions 32 are spaced and arranged in a ring shape.
And a second adjusting disk 33 fixedly connected to the top end of the operating rod 20, wherein second protrusions 34 are arranged on the contact end surface of the second adjusting disk 33 at intervals and around the center, that is, the second protrusions 34 are arranged at intervals and in a ring shape.
And the fastening device 35 is used for tightly fitting the first adjusting disk 31 and the second adjusting disk 33 together in the axial direction through the fastening device 35. Preferably, the first adjusting disk 31 is provided with a socket 38 from the center to the edge, the fastening device 35 includes a locking bolt and a locking nut, one end of the locking bolt is fixedly connected to the center of the second adjusting disk 33, and the locking nut and the locking bolt cooperate to fix the first adjusting disk 31 on the second adjusting disk 33, and this structure can improve the efficiency of angle adjustment. Specifically, a washer is provided between the lock nut and the first adjusting disk 31.
In another embodiment, the second adjusting plate 33 is provided with a socket 38 from the center to the edge, and the fastening device 35 includes a locking bolt and a locking nut, one end of the locking bolt is fixedly connected to the center of the first adjusting plate 31, and the locking nut cooperates with the locking bolt to fix the second adjusting plate 33 on the first adjusting plate 31, which can improve the efficiency of angle adjustment. The invention also provides an operation method of the arc-proof low-voltage switch operation device, when the low-voltage air switch in the off state needs to be operated to the on state, the angle between the operating head 10 and the operating rod 20 is adjusted according to the angular position of the low-voltage air switch, then the operating head 10 is positioned below the low-voltage air switch, the middle cross bar 11 of the H-shaped operating head 10 is contacted with the low-voltage air switch, then the operating rod 20 is operated upwards, and at the moment, the H-shaped operating head 10 drives the low-voltage air switch to rotate upwards, so that the on operation of the low-voltage air switch is realized.
