Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for intelligently matching policies and guiding improvement paths, which comprises the following steps: establishing a user category according to a preset condition; acquiring policy information from a target webpage and/or a target website according to set policy acquisition conditions, indexing the acquired policy information, and storing the indexed policy information into a policy database; inputting user information and policy matching demand information, and selecting a user category needing policy matching; acquiring input user information, policy matching demand information and a selected user category, and matching policy information from stored policy information with a reference according to the acquired user category, user information and policy matching demand information; and displaying the matched policy information to the user. The method can help the user to match the corresponding support policy quickly and accurately, effectively solve the problems of time and labor waste in the existing project searching, screening, evaluating and matching, and better prepare project declaration and planning for the user.
Description
Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention

the policy matching module is used for acquiring input user information, policy matching demand information and the selected user type, and matching one or more pieces of policy information from the indexed policy information stored in the policy database according to the acquired user type, user information and policy matching demand information;
and the display module is used for displaying the matched one or more pieces of policy information to the user.
Optionally, the process of indexing policy information in the policy management module includes:

a policy matching module M40, configured to acquire input user information, policy matching demand information, and a selected user category, and match one or more pieces of policy information from indexed policy information stored in the policy database according to the acquired user category, user information, and policy matching demand information;
and a display module M50, configured to display the matched one or more pieces of policy information to the user.

In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in table 1, the policy matching requirement information includes a policy keyword category; the policy keyword category includes at least one of: the business registration information class, the enterprise operation information class and the innovation research and development technology class; and one or more policy keywords corresponding to each keyword category;

s400, acquiring input user information, policy matching demand information and a selected user category, and matching one or more pieces of policy information from indexed policy information stored in the policy database according to the acquired user category, user information and policy matching demand information;
and S500, displaying the matched one or more pieces of policy information to a user.

Claims (10)
1. An apparatus for intelligent policy matching and guidance to improve routing, comprising:
the category establishing module is used for establishing a user category according to a preset condition; wherein the established user category comprises at least one of: enterprises, talents, teams, colleges, parks, hatcheries, and service organizations;
the policy management module is used for acquiring policy information from the target webpage and/or the target website according to the set policy acquisition conditions, indexing the acquired policy information and storing the indexed policy information into a policy database; wherein the policy collection condition comprises at least one of: acquiring time of the policy, keywords of the policy and weight values of the keywords of the policy;
the user management module is used for inputting user information and policy matching demand information by a user and selecting a user category needing policy matching from the established user categories;
the policy matching module is used for acquiring input user information, policy matching demand information and the selected user type, and matching one or more pieces of policy information from the indexed policy information stored in the policy database according to the acquired user type, user information and policy matching demand information;
and the display module is used for displaying the matched one or more pieces of policy information to the user.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the process of indexing policy information in the policy management module comprises:
acquiring policy information acquired from a target webpage and/or a target website according to set policy acquisition conditions;
extracting policy key information from the collected policy information; the policy key information comprises a policy making department, a policy category, policy issuing time and policy declaration ending time;
classifying and indexing the extracted policy key information according to letters and/or numbers, and forming an identification code after indexing; and each identification code corresponds to one piece of policy information.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the policy matching module comprises:
acquiring user categories selected by users, input user information and policy matching demand information;
matching an identification code from the policy database according to the acquired user category, user information and policy matching demand information, and finding out corresponding policy information according to the matched identification code;
then comparing and analyzing the obtained user category, user information and policy matching information with one or more matched policy information, and calculating a matching value of each piece of matched policy information;
and acquiring all matching values, and sequencing the matched one or more pieces of policy information according to the numerical value of the matching values from high to low.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the policy matching requirement information comprises a category of policy keywords; the policy keyword category includes at least one of: the business registration information class, the enterprise operation information class and the innovation research and development technology class; and one or more policy keywords corresponding to each keyword category;
the keywords corresponding to the business registration information category comprise at least one of the following keywords: registration time, registration capital, registration address, affiliated industry, and operation range;
the keywords corresponding to the enterprise operation information class comprise at least one of the following keywords: enterprise income, enterprise production value, enterprise profit, enterprise assets and enterprise employee number;
the keywords corresponding to the innovative research and development technology class include at least one of the following: research and development expense, intellectual property, scientific and technological talents, research institutions and school and enterprise cooperation.
5. The apparatus for intelligent policy matching and guidance for route improvement according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein if the selected user category is enterprise users, the input user information includes at least one of: enterprise name, registration time, registration address, intellectual property, finance, personnel, and research and development conditions.
6. The apparatus for intelligent matching of policies and guidance for improvement of paths according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein if the selected category of users is talent or team, the inputted user information includes at least one of: name, date of birth, research results on the owned project, published papers, patent applications, and the number of projects undertaken.
7. The apparatus for intelligent policy matching and guidance for improvement of path according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein if the selected user category is college entrance, the inputted user information includes at least one of: unit name, number of doctor masters and middle-high-level staff, original value of fixed assets of research and development equipment and owned intellectual property rights;
the college institutions include higher schools, scientific research institutions, governments and civil non-enterprise units.
8. The apparatus for intelligent policy matching and guidance for improvement of path according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein if the selected user category is campus incubator, the inputted user information includes at least one of: the method comprises the following steps of (1) identifying the type of a new carrier, the name of an operation organization, the grade identification condition of an innovation carrier, the area of an operation site, the number of items of an incubation enterprise, the number of entrepreneurship workers, the number of full-time incubation service personnel, information of the incubation enterprise, owned entrepreneurship matching hard facilities, available entrepreneurship matching soft services, available financing services, available entrepreneurship education training, available public technical services, available enterprise scientific and technological services and available innovation entrepreneurship activities;
wherein, the garden incubator comprises a mass wound space, an incubator and a scientific and technological park.
9. The apparatus for intelligent policy matching and guidance for improvement of routing according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein if the selected user category is a service organization, the input user information includes at least one of: unit name, establishment time, main business, total number of employees and income of the last year;
the service mechanism comprises an investment and financing mechanism, an intellectual property agency, a checking and detecting mechanism and a technology transfer mechanism.
10. A method for intelligently matching and guiding policy to improve a path is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a user category according to a preset condition; wherein the established user category comprises at least one of: enterprises, talents, teams, colleges, parks, hatcheries, and service organizations;
acquiring policy information from a target webpage and/or a target website according to set policy acquisition conditions, indexing the acquired policy information, and storing the indexed policy information into a policy database; wherein the policy collection condition comprises at least one of: acquiring time of the policy, keywords of the policy and weight values of the keywords of the policy;
inputting user information and policy matching demand information, and selecting a user category needing policy matching from the established user categories;
acquiring input user information, policy matching demand information and a selected user category, and matching one or more pieces of policy information from indexed policy information stored in the policy database according to the acquired user category, user information and policy matching demand information;
and displaying the matched one or more pieces of policy information to the user.
