When the evaluation is carried out, the PC side software can automatically acquire the hardware state information of the electronic equipment to be evaluated, which is connected with the server. The hardware state information includes: device ID, model, capacity, part hardware number, etc.
Step 102: receiving function state information sent by the electronic equipment to be evaluated; the function state information comprises common function state information, induction function state information and touch function state information. The electronic equipment to be evaluated in the application needs to be provided with APP client software. When the APP is started, the function state information of the electronic equipment to be evaluated is detected, and then the information is transmitted to the server. The functional status information here includes: WIFI, bluetooth, GPS, compass, distance response, light response, camera, microphone, earphone, conversation function, fingerprint/face recognition, functions such as screen display and screen touch. Meanwhile, APP client software installed on the electronic equipment to be evaluated needs to be transmitted to the electronic equipment to be evaluated through the server, and then the APP is installed and operated on the electronic equipment to be evaluated.
Step 103: and receiving the equipment photo of the server to be shot by the shooting device. The employee shooting device carries out shooting operation after receiving a shooting instruction sent by the electronic equipment to be evaluated, and transmits the equipment photo to the server.
Step 104: and performing state evaluation on the electronic equipment to be evaluated according to the hardware structure information, the function state information and the equipment photo to obtain an evaluation result. And the server obtains an evaluation result according to the received information and a preset evaluation standard, and generates an evaluation report.
In the embodiment, all data information required by evaluation of the electronic equipment to be evaluated is acquired simultaneously, so that the data acquisition efficiency is improved, the evaluation efficiency is further improved, meanwhile, in the whole evaluation process, manual evaluation is not involved, the objectivity of an evaluation result is ensured, and the reliability of the evaluation result is improved.
In order to introduce the evaluation method in the present application in more detail, the present application also discloses another detailed evaluation process embodiment, which is specifically described as follows.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for evaluating a status of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, an evaluation method for an electronic device state, which is applied to an electronic device to be evaluated and installed with preset mobile client evaluation software, includes:
step 201: and acquiring the common function state information of the user. According to the method and the system, the electronic equipment to be evaluated is connected with the server through the data line, when the electronic equipment to be evaluated and the server are successfully connected, the server sends the preset mobile client side evaluation software installation package to the electronic equipment to be evaluated, and after the electronic equipment to be evaluated is installed and runs the software, the common function state information can be automatically acquired. Common functional information here includes: the device comprises a self machine type, an IMEI/serial number, and information such as a camera, WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, fingerprint and the like. The data line herein may be a USB interface data line, or may be other interface data lines, for example: TabC interface and micro USB interface. Meanwhile, it should be noted that the connection mode between the electronic device to be evaluated and the server in the present application is not unique, and may be determined according to actual situations, as long as the data interaction function is implemented.
Step 202: and receiving detection data sent by the sensor to determine the self induction function state information. The sensor is connected with the electronic equipment to be evaluated through wifi. When the electronic equipment to be evaluated sends a corresponding detection instruction to the sensor, the sensor can detect whether corresponding light, sound and vibration exist or not, and the detection result is transmitted back to the electronic equipment to be evaluated. The electronic equipment to be evaluated can judge whether the related functions of the old electronic and electric equipment are normal or not by combining the sent detection instruction and the detection result returned by the sensor, and the state information of the induction function is obtained.
Step 203: and acquiring the operation data of the touch pen to obtain the self touch function state information. The touch pen can contact and slide on the screen of the electronic device to be evaluated. The electronic device to be evaluated sends preset movement track information to the touch pen. And the touch pen slides on the screen of the old electronic and electric equipment according to the preset movement track information. And the electronic equipment to be evaluated judges whether the touch function of the old electronic equipment is normal or not according to the received real-time touch track and the preset movement track information.
Step 204: and sending the common function state information, the induction function state information and the touch function state information to a server to execute evaluation operation.
The above embodiment further includes: and sending a photographing instruction to a photographing device to perform photographing operation on the electronic equipment to be evaluated. After receiving the photographing instruction, the photographing device performs photographing operation on the electronic equipment to be evaluated to obtain an equipment photo, and the photographing device sends the equipment photo to the server.
In more detail, step 202: receiving detection data sent by a sensor to determine the state information of the sensing function of the sensor specifically comprises the following steps:
sending an induction detection instruction to a self structural component of the electronic equipment to be evaluated; self-contained structural components such as a flashlight function component, a microphone component and a vibration component.
Controlling the self structural component to execute the corresponding operation of the induction detection instruction; the flashlight function component is controlled to emit light, the microphone component plays sound, and the vibration component executes vibration operation.
Receiving detection data returned by the sensor; the detection data is generated by the sensor detecting the corresponding operation; the sensor in this application includes light sensor, sound sensor and vibration sensor. The light sensor is used for detecting light signals emitted by the flashlight functional component, the sound sensor is used for detecting sound signals emitted by the microphone component, and the vibration sensor is used for detecting vibration signals emitted by the vibration component. It should be noted that the specific functions of the sensor herein are not limited to these three types, and may be determined according to actual situations.
Comparing the detection data with the induction data of the corresponding operation to obtain a comparison result; and comparing the three signals detected by the sensor with corresponding operations made by the self assembly to determine whether the signals detected by the sensor are the same as the preset operations.
And determining the induction function state information according to the comparison result. And if the three signals sent by the electronic equipment to be evaluated are detected, determining that the corresponding functions of the electronic equipment to be evaluated are normal. It should be noted that the comparison process herein can be divided into a plurality of cases, and the comparison condition can be preset to determine the quality of the corresponding function.
In more detail, step 203: acquiring operation data of a touch pen to obtain self touch function state information, specifically comprising:
sending preset movement track information to the touch pen;
detecting a real-time touch track on a display screen of the electronic equipment to be evaluated; the real-time touch track is generated when the touch pen moves according to the preset movement track information; when the touch pen moves on the screen of the electronic device to be evaluated, the electronic device to be evaluated detects a touch track on the screen, namely a real-time touch track.
Judging the track similarity of the real-time touch track and the preset moving track information; in the process of comparing the tracks, the track similarity can be set, for example, after the track coincidence meets the preset proportion, the track similarity is determined to be higher. At this time, the touch function is judged to be good. It should be noted that the preset ratio is not limited to one, and a plurality of preset ratios can be set according to actual situations, so as to perform level judgment on the touch function.
And determining the touch function state information according to the track similarity.
The embodiment of the application further comprises, before acquiring the functional state:
receiving an installation package of preset mobile client evaluation software sent by a server; and installing and starting the preset mobile client evaluation software. In this embodiment, the electronic device to be evaluated may acquire evaluation data only after the preset mobile client evaluation software is installed. It should be noted that, in the present application, the device that sends the to-be-evaluated electronic device to preset the mobile client evaluation software installation package is not limited to the server, and may be other devices unrelated to the server, and the device that obtains the hardware state information of the to-be-evaluated electronic device is not necessarily the server, as long as it is a device that can install and allow the PC side to evaluate the software.
