背景技术
粗直径单股绳由于具有较高的破断拉力，较高的弹性模量和良好的不旋转性能，该类钢丝绳广泛用于空间桁架悬索结构建设，空间拉索式体育场钢结构罩棚，船舶锚固等大型建筑中，是国际新流行的建筑用高附加值、高技术含量及绿色环保产品，市场前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗拉强度高、弹性模量大等高技术要求粗直径单股钢丝绳产品，满足空间桁架悬索结构建设，空间拉索式体育场钢结构罩棚，船舶锚固等大型建筑市场对钢丝绳产品的使用需求。
粗直径单股钢丝绳,钢丝结构由内向外依次排列为1+6+12+18+24+21+27+33+36+45; 钢丝直径由内向外依次分别为：5.40mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm，公称直径为102mm;分九层捻制，各层采取点接触结构，钢丝在结构中具有相等的捻角; 相邻两层捻向相反。

如图1所示，粗直径单股钢丝绳,钢丝结构由内向外依次排列为1+6+12+18+24+21+27+33+36+45。
钢丝直径由内向外依次分别为：5.40mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、4.30mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm、6.40mm，公称直径为102mm。
本发明分九层捻制，各层采取点接触结构，钢丝在结构中具有相等的捻角; 相邻两层捻向相反，采用预变形器生产，减少了捻制应力，钢丝变形率达到75%～80%，具有良好的不松散性能，捻制均匀、紧密。
本发明经检测，弹性模量达到1.58X105MPa,破断拉力总和达11409.0KN，各项性能指标达到或超出设计要求。
