Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
A control method of the laundry treating apparatus, an apparatus of the embodiment of the present application, and a laundry treating apparatus are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
The laundry treating apparatus refers to a device, such as a dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine, etc., that can perform a drying process on a drying object. And the drying object, i.e., the object to be dried by performing the drying process, such as laundry, household articles, plush toys, etc., is not exemplified herein.
Specifically, before the clothes drying program is executed, the temperature of a cavity for accommodating the drying object is detected, and a first initial temperature is obtained, wherein the first initial temperature is used as a comparison reference for determining the drying time required by the drying object.
Wherein the first heating time is, for example, 4 minutes to 10 minutes.
Specifically, after the clothes drying program is executed, the heating pipe is controlled to work, the cavity for accommodating the drying object is heated, so that the temperature of the drying object is increased, and when the clothes processing equipment is controlled to heat for a first heating time, a first monitoring temperature in the cavity for accommodating the drying object in the clothes processing equipment is monitored, for example, the first monitoring temperature is collected through a temperature sensor or a thermistor.
Specifically, in the process of executing the drying process of the dryer, the heating pipe is continuously heated, however, the temperature in the cavity for accommodating the drying object is continuously increased, the wet and cold water in the object to be dried is subjected to heat exchange with the hot and dry air in the cavity for accommodating the drying object, so that the temperature increase in the cavity for accommodating the drying object is reduced, or the increase of clothes to be dried is reduced, that is, the more the clothes to be dried are, that is, the more the load is, the smaller the first monitored temperature increase is, that is, the smaller the difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature is, in contrast, the less the clothes to be dried is, that is, the less the load is, the more the first monitored temperature increase is, that is, the difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature is larger, and accordingly, the corresponding relation between the difference and the time of the clothes drying process is pre-established according to the monitored size of the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature, and the time of the clothes drying process is determined according to the corresponding relation, wherein the time of the clothes drying process is longer, the smaller the difference and the electric energy is, the longer the drying time is, that is, and the longer the drying time is, and the drying time is not longer the electric energy is, and the problem is avoided is that the clothes cannot be dried is set.
Optionally, according to the difference between the first monitored temperature and the initial temperature, the magnitude of the load in the cavity for accommodating the drying object can be identified, that is, the smaller the difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature is, the larger the load is indicated, and the longer the time of the drying process needed to be executed by the drying program is; the smaller the difference between the first monitoring temperature and the first initial temperature, the smaller the indication load, and the shorter the time of the drying process needed to be executed by the drying program, that is, the corresponding relationship between the difference between the first monitoring temperature and the first initial temperature, the load and the time of the drying process executed by the drying program can be established, and the time of the drying process executed by the drying program is determined according to the corresponding relationship.
It should be noted that, the first monitored temperature may be a temperature monitored for a cavity for accommodating the laundry to be dried in the laundry treatment apparatus, or may be a temperature monitored for the laundry to be dried in the cavity for accommodating the laundry to be dried.
In the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus of the present embodiment, a first initial temperature in the laundry treatment apparatus before a drying program of the laundry treatment apparatus is executed is obtained, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to heat a first heating time, a first monitored temperature in the laundry treatment apparatus is monitored, and a time for the drying program to execute the drying process is determined according to a difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature. Temperature detection is carried out to different moments in the drying process, and the time of drying needs to be executed according to the condition of temperature change is determined, so that accurate determination of drying time is realized, and the drying effect is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, the present embodiment provides another control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, in which the magnitude of the load is indicated due to the change of the first monitored temperature in the laundry treatment apparatus during the drying process, and therefore, in the present embodiment, a correspondence relationship between the load and the time of the drying process performed by the drying program is taken as an example. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of another laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
In this embodiment, an example will be described in which the temperature monitored by the cavity for accommodating the laundry to be dried in the laundry treatment apparatus is taken as an example, and for simplicity of description, the monitored temperatures in the laundry treatment apparatus described below are all temperatures obtained by monitoring the cavity for accommodating the laundry to be dried.
Specifically, in order to improve accuracy of determining the first initial temperature, before the first initial temperature is obtained, a second initial temperature in the laundry treatment apparatus is obtained, and the detected second initial temperature is compared with a third threshold, where the third threshold indicates a magnitude of an ambient temperature, for example, a range of the third threshold is 30 degrees celsius to 40 degrees celsius, and if the second initial temperature is greater than or equal to the third threshold, that is, the monitored second initial temperature is greater than the ambient temperature, it may be that the laundry treatment apparatus has not been completely cooled after the last drying, and cooling is required for the cavity accommodating the drying object.
Optionally, the duration of the unheated air flow introduced into the clothes treating apparatus before the execution of the clothes drying program is set to a set duration, for example, 10 minutes to 20 minutes, so as to ensure that the temperature in the cavity for accommodating the drying object is reduced, that is, not higher than the ambient temperature. And the temperature in the cavity is detected again to obtain the first initial temperature, so that the accuracy of determining the first initial temperature is improved.
Wherein the second heating time is, for example, 6 minutes to 10 minutes
Specifically, the heating pipe in the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to work, the cavity for accommodating the drying object is heated, so that the temperature in the cavity is increased, and when the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to heat for a second heating time, a second monitoring temperature in the clothes treatment equipment can be acquired through the temperature sensor or the thermistor. So that the temperature variation in the laundry treating apparatus is remarkable.
In practical application, as the wet object to be dried performs heat exchange with the dry and hot air in the drying and heating process, the moisture in the object to be dried is evaporated, and the temperature rise amplitude in the clothes treatment device is reduced, so that the situation of temperature rise in the cavity is identified by judging whether the difference between the acquired second monitoring temperature and the first initial temperature is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, if the temperature rise is greater than or equal to the second threshold value, it is determined that no clothes to be dried exist, and step 205 is executed. In contrast, if the temperature rise is small, i.e., less than the second threshold, it is determined that there is laundry to be dried, so that step 206 needs to be performed, and according to the temperature change, how much laundry to be dried is identified to determine the time of the drying program that needs to be performed.
It should be noted that the second threshold may be determined by a plurality of temperature detections without laundry to be dried, wherein the second threshold is, for example, 20-25 degrees celsius.
Specifically, according to the obtained second monitored temperature, whether the difference between the second monitored temperature and the first initial temperature is larger than or equal to a second threshold value is judged, if the difference is larger than or equal to the second threshold value, the fact that the second monitored temperature of the current drying object is increased more is recognized, the second threshold value is exceeded, that is, the drying program is not executed for the to-be-dried object which is not wet in the cavity for accommodating the drying object currently is judged.
Wherein the first heating time is 4 minutes to 10 minutes.
Specifically, after the clothes drying program is executed, the heating pipe is controlled to work, the cavity accommodating the drying object is heated for a first heating time, so that the temperature of the drying object is increased, and a first monitoring temperature in the cavity for accommodating the drying object in the clothes treatment equipment is monitored, for example, the first monitoring temperature is collected through a temperature sensor or a thermistor.
Wherein the first threshold is, for example, 15-25 degrees celsius.
In this embodiment, after identifying the laundry to be dried, i.e. the load, the magnitude of the load is further determined, so as to determine the drying time based on the magnitude of the load, so that the drying time is matched with the load, so as to improve the drying efficiency and the drying effect, and prevent the problem that the laundry cannot be dried or is dried due to the fixed drying time, or the drying time of the laundry is too long.
Specifically, due to different load amounts, the evaporation speed of the water in the load is different, so that the monitored temperature in the clothes treatment equipment, namely the first monitored temperature, is different, and the size of the load can be identified according to the difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature, wherein the difference is inversely proportional to the size of the load.
In step 208, the time for executing the drying process is a second preset time.
Wherein the second preset time is longer than the first preset time.
Specifically, if the difference between the second monitored temperature and the initial temperature is greater than or equal to the first threshold, the first monitored temperature rises less than the initial temperature, and if the load is determined, the load is identified as a second load amount, wherein the second load amount is greater than the first load amount. The second load indicates that the load is larger, that is, the load is large, so that the time for executing the clothes drying process of the clothes drying program is determined to be a second preset time according to the corresponding relation between the second load and the time for executing the clothes drying process of the clothes drying program.
In step 209, the time for executing the drying process is a first preset time.
Specifically, if the difference between the first monitored temperature and the first initial temperature is determined to be greater than or equal to a first threshold, that is, the difference is greater, it is indicated that the first monitored temperature rises more than the first initial temperature, and under the condition that the load is determined, the load is identified as a first load amount, wherein the first load amount indicates that the load is smaller, that is, the load is small, and according to the corresponding relation between the load amount and the time of executing the clothes drying process by the clothes drying program, the time of executing the clothes drying process by the clothes drying program is determined to be a first preset time.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, temperature detection may be further performed on the laundry to be dried in the laundry treatment apparatus, and according to the condition of temperature change, a reasonable drying time is set, and in the previous embodiment, the method for reasonably setting the drying time for the cavity in which the laundry to be dried is placed in the laundry treatment apparatus is the same, so that the implementation principle is the same and will not be repeated here.
Optionally, when temperature detection is performed on the laundry to be dried in the laundry treatment apparatus, after the load size is determined, the humidity value of the load may be further determined, and control of drying time is performed according to the load size and the humidity value, so as to improve the drying effect. In an embodiment of the present application, an object to be dried is a laundry, according to a determined load size, a drying time is determined, and then a humidity value of the laundry is determined, according to the humidity value of the laundry, a drum is driven by a motor of a dryer to move, so that the drying object and a humidity sensor are continuously contacted to form a sensing loop, according to different moisture contents, the collected resistance values at each stage in the loop are converted into voltage values according to different principles of collected resistance values, the voltage values are converted into pulse signals through voltage-to-frequency conversion, the pulse signals are converted into humidity values of the object to be dried required for calculation, after the humidity value of the object to be dried is obtained, a certain interference process, such as moving average, is performed on the humidity value of the laundry to obtain a precisely determined value in a certain manner, so that the moisture contents at different stages all have the uniquely corresponding humidity values, and thus the determined result is drifted according to the quantized humidity value, namely the humidity determined value, so that the drying grade is determined according to the quantized humidity determined value, and the drying grade is not properly reduced, or the drying grade is not properly controlled according to the drying grade is reduced, and the drying grade is not properly achieved.
In order to achieve the above embodiments, the present application also proposes a control device of a laundry treatment apparatus.

In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: a control module and a cooling module.

And the cooling module is used for acquiring a second initial temperature in the clothes treatment equipment, wherein the second initial temperature is more than or equal to a third threshold value, and unheated air flow is introduced into the clothes treatment equipment.
