Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***,在电机驱动过程中,电动机三相绕组与三相功率变换器相连接,直流母线侧电压通过三相功率变换器逆变产生三相交流电来驱动电机。在牵引电池充电过程中,将三相功率变换器看成两部分:前端全桥变换器(FE‑FBC)与中端半桥变换器(ME‑HBC)。电感La与FE‑FBC连接后,构成了单相PWM整流器;电感Laux和电容Caux串联后接入ME‑HBC的中点,构成了降压式功率解耦电路;8个IGBT与高频变压器组成了隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路(BE‑FBC)。在辅助电池充电过程中,牵引电池经CLLC变换器隔离后,再由ME‑HBC组成的Buck电路降压后给辅助电池充电。在集成充电拓扑中增加了三个继电器开关,可以实现整车***集成充电拓扑的四种不同的工作模式。

Description

一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***。
背景技术
相比于动力汽车,插电式电动汽车因具有零排放、低噪声和高效率等优良特点,正得到越来越多的人关注与发展,而作为电动汽车核心技术,电动汽车驱动***与充电***尤为重要。传统的电动汽车将驱动***、牵引电池充电***和辅助电池充电***各自独立,这不仅增加了电动汽车的体积、重量、费用,还大大地限制了电动汽车今后的发展。不仅如此,当传统的电动汽车车载充电***接入单相电源插座对牵引电池进行充电时,会产生很大的二次纹波并注入到牵引电池中,这会极大地影响牵引电池的寿命。虽然通过在直流侧并联容量大的电解电容可以消除纹波,但电解电容体积大、寿命短、安全性能差,严重影响电动汽车的整体寿命与应用环境。针对以上问题,本专利设计了一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式集成充电***,将充电***与驱动***结合为一个整体,提高了插电式电动汽车的集成度,在不需要并联大容量电解电容的情况下解决了单相充电存在二次纹波的问题。
当插电式电动汽车在充电状态时,电驱动***是停止状态,而充电***由功率开关器件和电感构成,因此可以利用此时的电驱动***的功率开关器构成充电***,可以大大提高整个***的集成度和充电灵活性,并减少***的成本和体积。同时,也可以利用驱动***的功率开关器件构成有源滤波模块来解决单相充电带来的二次纹波问题,避免了并联大电解电容带来的体积与寿命问题。已有的专利需要额外的有源滤波电路来消除二次纹波,并且附加辅助电池充电***对辅助电池充电。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***,在不添加额外的电路下,可以实现在单相电网给牵引电池充电下消除二次纹波(Gridto vehicle-G2V)、牵引电池回馈能量至电网(Vehicle to grid-V2G)、牵引电池给辅助电池充电(Traction battery to auxiliary battery-T2A)和牵引电池驱动电机(Tractionbattery to motor-T2M)这四种功能。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***,包括电机、单相PWM整流器、隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路、辅助电池vaux以及牵引电池vtra
三相电压型PWM整流器包括电感La、电容Cdc、电感Laux、电容Caux以及并联的第一至第三半桥电路,电感La的一端与第一半桥电路的中点连接,另一端连接充电接口的一端,充电接口的另一端与第二半桥电路的中点连接;电机通过继电器开关Ja分别与三个半桥电路的中点连接;电感Laux的一端与第三半桥电路的中点连接,另一端通过继电器开关Jb分别与电容Caux的一端和辅助电池vaux的正极连接,电容Caux的另一端、辅助电池vaux的负极分别连接电容Cdc的负极,电容Cdc与第一至第三半桥电路并联;
隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路包括第一和第二全桥电路、高频变压器以及输出滤波电容Ctra,与高频变压器原边相连的第一全桥电路与电容Cdc并联,与高频变压器副边相连的第二全桥电路通过继电器开关Jc与电容Cdc并联;
牵引电池、输出滤波电容Ctra分别与第二全桥电路并联。
本发明采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
本发明在不添加额外的电路下,可以实现在单相电网给牵引电池充电下消除二次纹波(Grid to vehicle-G2V)、牵引电池回馈能量至电网(Vehicle to grid-V2G)、牵引电池给辅助电池充电(Traction battery to auxiliary battery-T2A)和牵引电池驱动电机(Traction battery to motor-T2M)这四种功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明:
本发明专利提出的插电式电动汽车集成充电拓扑如图1所示。在电机驱动过程中,电动机三相绕组与三相功率变换器相连接,直流母线侧电压通过三相功率变换器逆变产生三相交流电来驱动电机。在牵引电池充电过程中,将三相功率变换器看成两部分:前端全桥变换器(FE-FBC)与中端半桥变换器(ME-HBC)。附加的电感La与FE-FBC连接后,构成了单相PWM整流器,将输入的单相交流电整成直流电,为牵引电池充电。此外,电感Laux和电容Caux串联后接入ME-HBC的中点,构成了降压式功率解耦电路,可以滤除单相充电过程中带来的二次纹波。容量很小的电容Cdc并联在直流母线侧来滤除电路中的高次谐波。8个绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)Q7~Q14与高频变压器组成了隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路(BE-FBC),将牵引电池与电网、辅助电池电气隔离,增加了整车***的安全性。由于双向CLLC变换器具有能量双向流动的特点,因此可以将牵引电池中剩余的能量回馈至电网。在辅助电池充电过程中,牵引电池经CLLC变换器隔离后,再由ME-HBC组成的Buck电路降压后给辅助电池充电。为了实现整车***不同功能的灵活切换,在集成充电拓扑中增加了三个继电器开关Ja、Jb和Jc。根据继电器开关的状态,可以实现整车***集成充电拓扑的四种不同的工作模式。
本发明提出的集成化插电式电动汽车充电***拥有四种不同的功能,包括:电网对牵引电池充电(G2V)、电池回馈能量至电网(V2G)、牵引电池对辅助电池充电(T2A)和牵引电池驱动电机(T2M)。表一列出了不同功能下继电器与IGBT的开关状态。

一、G2V模式
当继电器开关Ja和Jc断开、Jb接入“2”时,G2V模式电路结构如图2所示。此时,电机驱动***功率变换器的FE-FBC被用作AC/DC变换器,将交流电整流成直流电,而BE-HBC与电感Laux和电容Caux组成了功率解耦电路,以此来消除充电时带来的二次纹波。稳定的直流母线电压经CLLC谐振电路隔离后,给牵引电池充电。
G2V模式中,功率解耦电路的工作状态如图3所示。当二次纹波电流is大于零时,功率解耦电路工作在Buck模式,如图3中的(a)、(b)所示。当IGBT Q5开通时,电流通过电感Laux给电容Caux充电;当IGBT Q5关闭时,储存在电感Laux中的能量通过二极管D6继续给电容Caux
当二次纹波电流is小于零时,功率解耦电路工作在Boost模式,如图3中的(c)、(d)所示。当IGBT Q6开通时,电容Caux通过电感Laux与IGBT Q6放电;当IGBT Q6关闭时时,电容Caux通过电感Laux与二极管D5放电。
另一方面,CLLC谐振电路实现了电网与牵引电池之间的隔离,确保了牵引电池的安全。双向CLLC谐振电路的工作状态如图4中的(a)至(d)所示,一共八个状态,其中前半周期的四个状态与后半周期的四个状态相同,这里只列出前半个周期的工作状态。
二、V2G模式
当牵引电池能量剩余时,由于集成式充电拓扑的能量双向流动特性,可以将电池中剩余的能量回馈至电网。当三个继电器开关Ja、Jb和Jc都断开时,集成充电拓扑工作在V2G模式。此工作模式与G2V模式相同,不同之处在于能量流动的方向,如图5所示。
三、V2A模式
当继电器开关Ja和Jc断开、Jb接入“1”时,插电式电动汽车集成拓扑工作在T2A模式,牵引电池向辅助电池充电,电路结构如图6所示。ME-HBC与电感Laux组成了Buck电路,牵引电池经CLLC电路隔离后再将母线电压通过Buck电路降低,最后给辅助电池充电。
在T2A模式中,ME-HBC组成的Buck电路有两种工作状态,如图7中的(a)和(b)所示。当IGBT Q5导通时,充电电流经Q5和电感Laux流到辅助电池,如图7中的(a)所示。此阶段电感Laux存储能量。当IGBT Q5截至时,存储在电感Laux中的能量经过二极管D6流到辅助电池,如图7中的(b)所示。此阶段电感Laux中的能量给辅助电池充电,电感Laux释放能量。
四、T2M模式
当继电器开关Ja和Jc开通、Jb断开时,集成的插电式电动汽车充电拓扑工作在驱动模式,如图8所示。牵引电池直接连在直流母线侧,电机三相绕组分别连接在功率桥的中点,三相功率变换器将直流母线电压逆变为三相电压以此来驱动电机转动。
以上所述,仅为本发明中的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可理解想到的变换或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的包含范围之内,因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

1.一种具有有源滤波功能的插电式电动汽车集成充电***,其特征在于,包括电机、单相PWM整流器、隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路、辅助电池vaux以及牵引电池vtra
三相电压型PWM整流器包括电感La、电容Cdc、电感Laux、电容Caux以及并联的第一至第三半桥电路,电感La的一端与第一半桥电路的中点连接,另一端连接充电接口的一端,充电接口的另一端与第二半桥电路的中点连接;电机通过继电器开关Ja分别与三个半桥电路的中点连接;电感Laux的一端与第三半桥电路的中点连接,另一端通过继电器开关Jb分别与电容Caux的一端和辅助电池vaux的正极连接,电容Caux的另一端、辅助电池vaux的负极分别连接电容Cdc的负极,电容Cdc与第一至第三半桥电路并联;
隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路包括第一和第二全桥电路、高频变压器以及输出滤波电容Ctra,与高频变压器原边相连的第一全桥电路与电容Cdc并联,与高频变压器副边相连的第二全桥电路通过继电器开关Jc与电容Cdc并联;
牵引电池、输出滤波电容Ctra分别与第二全桥电路并联;
在牵引电池充电过程中,将三相功率变换器看成两部分:前端全桥变换器FE-FBC与中端半桥变换器ME-HBC;电感La与FE-FBC连接后,构成了单相PWM整流器;电感Laux和电容Caux串联后接入ME-HBC的中点,构成了降压式功率解耦电路;
当继电器开关Ja和Jc开通、Jb断开时,集成的插电式电动汽车充电拓扑工作在驱动模式;
继电器开关Ja和Jc断开、继电器开关Jb接通辅助电池vaux一端时,中端半桥变换ME-HBC与电感Laux组成Buck电路,牵引电池经隔离式双向CLLC谐振电路隔离后,再将母线电压通过Buck电路降低,最后给辅助电池vaux充电。
