6. The locking device of claim 5, wherein a roller is disposed at an end of the crank arm facing away from the first rotating shaft, the roller is fixedly connected to the end of the crank arm, and the crank arm rotates around its axis.

The locking device of claim 6, wherein two ends of the cable are detachably connected to the crank arm and the return spring, respectively, and outer sleeve fasteners are disposed on outer peripheral surfaces of the two ends of the cable and used for mounting the cable on the crank arm and the return spring.
8. The lockout device of claim 7, wherein the drive plate is movably connected to the return spring by a pin connection; and the transmission plate is movably connected with the lock rod in a pin shaft connection mode.
9. The lockout device of claim 8, wherein the transmission plate is provided with a second shaft, the transmission plate is pivotally connected to the second shaft, and the second shaft is fixedly disposed on a side wall of the circuit breaker chamber.
10. A latch defined by claim 9 further including a removal tool for operating the attachment bar at the through hole to disengage the attachment bar to forcibly unlatch the center door.
