It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the drawings only show the components related to the present invention rather than being drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, amount and proportion of each component in actual implementation can be changed freely, and the layout of the components can be more complicated.
The electric energy meter metering method without PT is suitable for electric quantity metering of an electric energy meter without a PT element in a zero line dropping state. The electric energy meter comprises a main chip, a metering chip, a sampling circuit, a battery power circuit and a power supply battery, wherein the main chip is a Microprocessor (MCU) chip, and the main chip internally comprises a timer and a register.
Preferentially, the MCU chip and the metering chip in the electric energy meter can be replaced by an integrated chip integrating the functions of the MCU chip and the metering chip; in a specific implementation, the integrated Chip includes an SoC (System on a Chip).
Under the zero line falling state, because the electric energy meter does not contain a PT element, the electric energy meter cannot obtain voltage induced current as a power supply, and the power supply battery supplies power to the electric energy meter through the battery power supply circuit so as to realize electric quantity measurement in the zero line falling state.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for metering an electric energy meter without PT includes:
s101, when the main chip detects that the electric energy meter enters a zero line falling state, the main chip sets preset time for timing of the timer as default time, and controls the electric energy meter to enter a first sleep state; meanwhile, the master chip starts the timer to start timing.
Specifically, when the main chip detects that the electric energy meter enters a zero line falling state for the first time, namely when the electric energy meter is detected to be switched from an external power supply state to an external power supply-free state, the main chip sets preset time for timing by the timer as default time, and controls the electric energy meter to enter a first dormant state; in the first dormancy state, the main chip closes the operation of other elements except the timer, and the electric energy meter is in a low power consumption state; and simultaneously, the master chip starts the timer to start timing.
Further, when the main chip detects that the electric energy meter enters a zero line falling state, the default time is set to be 10s; namely, the first wake-up period of the electric energy meter after entering the zero line-off state is set to 10s, so that the load current can be read more accurately after the current is stabilized.
S102, when the timing time of the timer reaches a preset time, the main chip wakes up the electric energy meter, controls a sampling circuit to collect load current, detects whether the load current value is larger than a first current threshold value, if so, executes an electric quantity metering process in a metering period to obtain the electric consumption of the load electric quantity in a period, and after the execution is finished, repeatedly executes the step S102; if not, the main chip sets the preset time as a first time and controls the electric energy meter to re-enter a first dormant state; meanwhile, a timer is started to start timing, and step S102 is repeatedly performed.
Specifically, when the timing time of the timer reaches a preset time, the timer sends an interrupt signal to the main chip, so that the main chip can control the electric energy meter to enter a working state. Namely, when the preset time is the default time and the timing time of the timer reaches the default time, the timer sends an interrupt signal to the main chip to enable the main chip to control the electric energy meter to enter the working state.
In the working state, the main chip enables all elements in the electric energy meter to be in a runnable state, and the electric energy meter is in a higher power consumption state. The main chip starting circuit detection channel controls the sampling circuit to collect load current and sends the load current value to the main chip; the main chip detects whether the load current is greater than the first preset value or not, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) When the load current is detected to be smaller than the first current threshold, the main chip configures preset time as first time and controls the electric energy meter to re-enter a first dormant state; and meanwhile, starting a timer to start timing, returning to the step S102, and repeatedly executing the step S102 until the electric energy meter exits the zero line falling state.
Further, the first current threshold is 100mA; the first preset time is 1min.
(2) When it is detected that the load current is greater than the first current threshold, performing an electricity metering process in a metering period to obtain a power consumption amount of the load electricity in a period, and after the electricity metering process in the metering period is completed, repeating S102, including: the main chip configures the preset time corresponding to the load current value according to the load current value; the main chip enables the metering chip to generate an electric quantity metering signal according to the load current value, so that the main chip obtains the load electric consumption in one period according to the electric quantity metering signal and stores the load electric consumption; the main chip controls the electric energy meter to enter a second dormant state; and simultaneously, the master chip starts the timer to start timing.
The main chip configures the preset time corresponding to the load current value according to the load current value; and the main chip enables the metering chip to generate an electric quantity metering signal according to the load current value, so that the main chip acquires the load electric consumption in one period according to the electric quantity metering signal, and the method comprises the following steps:
(a) The main chip configures the preset time corresponding to the load current value according to the value of the load current;
specifically, the main chip configures the preset time for implementing the timing of the timer according to the load current value acquired by the sampling circuit, that is, the timing parameter of the timer is set to a value corresponding to the preset time.
It should be noted that the preset time corresponds to the value of the load current and is inversely related to the value of the load current, that is, when the detected load current is larger, the corresponding preset time is smaller.
Further, the configuring, by the main chip, the preset time corresponding to the load current value according to the value of the load current includes: the main chip detects the value of the load current, and when the load current is detected to be smaller than the second current threshold value, the preset time is configured to be second time; and when the load current is detected to be larger than the second current threshold, setting the preset time as a third time.
In a specific embodiment, the second current threshold is 5A, the second time is 30s, and the third predetermined time is 10s; when the load current is detected to be less than 5A, configuring the preset time as a second time 30s; and when the load current is detected to be larger than 5A, setting the preset time to be 10s.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the main chip configures a specific configuration policy for implementing the preset time timed by the timer according to the load current value collected by the sampling circuit, which is not limited to the configuration policy manner shown in this implementation, and can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of users.
Different preset times are set for the current value in a grading way, namely, the different preset times are set for the current value in a grading way, so that when the load current is relatively large, the sleep time is shortened, and the frequency of current sampling and electric quantity metering is increased, so that the precision of the electric quantity metering is improved; when the load current is relatively small, the sleep time is prolonged, the frequency of current sampling and electric quantity metering is reduced, the power consumption of the electric energy meter is reduced, the service life of a power supply battery is prolonged, the electric energy meter can realize electric quantity metering and can also take into account the accuracy of electric quantity metering and the power consumption of the electric energy meter, and the electric energy meter has the effects of being green, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
(b) And when the main chip configures the preset time corresponding to the load current value according to the load current value, the main chip enables the metering chip to generate an electric quantity metering signal according to the load current value, so that the main chip obtains the load power consumption in one period according to the electric quantity metering signal and stores the load power consumption.
Specifically, the implementation manner that the main chip enables the metering chip to generate an electric quantity metering signal according to the load current value, so that the main chip obtains the load power consumption according to the electric quantity metering signal includes: the main chip sends a control signal to the metering chip, so that the metering chip generates a pulse signal according to the load current value detected by the sampling circuit, and continuously sends the pulse signal to the register for storage and accumulation until the electric energy meter enters the next metering period, and the metering chip sends a new pulse signal to the register for storage and accumulation according to the load current value detected again by the sampling circuit; and when the metering chip of the current metering period starts to send the pulse signal, the main chip acquires the total number of pulses of the last metering period and acquires the load power consumption corresponding to the last period according to the total number of pulses of the last metering period and a constant threshold.
Furthermore, the electric energy meter also comprises a pulse signal indicator light, the metering chip generates a pulse signal according to the load current value detected by the sampling circuit, and continuously sends the pulse signal, and meanwhile, the main chip controls the signal indicator light to correspondingly flash according to the sending frequency of the pulse signal, so that a user can conveniently obtain the load power consumption condition and check the electric quantity metering error.
In this embodiment, in the one metering cycle, when the main chip detects that the load current value is greater than the first current threshold, the electric quantity metering process in one metering cycle starts to be executed, and when the main chip detects that the load current value is greater than the first current threshold next time, the electric quantity metering process in another metering cycle starts to be executed.
Furthermore, when the metering chip starts to send the pulse signal in the current metering period, the main chip obtains the total number of pulses in the previous metering period, including: and in the current metering period, when the metering chip starts to send the pulse signal, the main chip reads and stores the accumulated pulse accumulated number in the register, subtracts the accumulated pulse accumulated number in the register read and stored by the main chip in the last metering period from the current pulse accumulated number to obtain a pulse accumulated number difference value, and takes the pulse accumulated number difference value as the total number of pulses in the last metering period.
Further, the implementation manner that the main chip enables the metering chip to generate an electric quantity metering signal according to the load current value, so that the main chip obtains the power consumption of the load according to the electric quantity metering signal further includes: the metering chip sends the load current value to the main chip, and the main chip obtains load power consumption corresponding to the current metering period according to the load current value, the rated voltage value of the electric energy meter and the preset time corresponding to the load current value, and stores the load power consumption in the register.
(c) After the main chip obtains the power consumption of the load, the main chip controls the electric energy meter to enter a second dormancy state; meanwhile, the main chip starts the timer to start timing, returns to the step S102, and repeatedly executes the step S102 until the electric energy meter exits the zero line-off state.
Specifically, after the main chip finishes the electric quantity metering, the main chip controls the MCU to enter a second sleep state; the power consumption of the electric energy meter in the second dormant state is higher than that of the electric energy meter in the first dormant state. In the second dormancy state, the main chip closes the operation of other elements except the timer, the metering chip and the register, and the electric energy meter is in a low power consumption state; and simultaneously, the main chip starts the timer to start timing until the timing time reaches the new preset time, and the timer generates overflow interruption.
In order to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the electric energy meter metering method without PT, the method and other electric energy meter metering methods are respectively adopted to carry out comparison tests of multi-group electric quantity metering and power consumption measurement.
The other electric energy meter electric quantity measuring methods are common methods for waking up the electric energy meter for electric quantity measurement in a fixed wake-up period, wherein the comparison method 1 is to use the fixed wake-up period of 10 seconds, and the comparison method 2 is to use the fixed wake-up period of 2 minutes for comparison test; and the rated voltage adopted in the comparative test is 220v.

In the above comparative experiment, the power consumption of the power supply battery consumed by each metering method during the metering of the electric quantity is positively correlated with the number of times of awakening in the specific metering process.
