It should be noted that, since the first positioning fixture 3 is symmetrical to the second positioning fixture 4 with the center line of the car sill 1 as the symmetry line, the process of performing the positioning operation on the landing sill 6 by using the first positioning portion 312 of the first positioning fixture 3 and the process of performing the positioning operation on the landing sill 6 by using the first positioning portion 312 of the second positioning fixture 4 are performed simultaneously, and thus the specific process of performing the positioning operation on the landing sill 6 by using the first positioning portion 312 of the second positioning fixture 4 is the same as the specific process of performing the positioning operation on the landing sill 6 by using the first positioning portion 312 of the first positioning fixture 3, and is not described herein again.
Similarly, when the landing door pocket 7 is installed, the landing door pocket 7 can be located and installed by using the second locating portion 313 of the first locating fixture 3 and the second locating portion 313 of the second locating fixture 4, wherein the specific process of locating and installing the landing door pocket 7 by using the second locating portion 313 of the first locating fixture 3 is as follows:
first, the lower portion of the landing door jamb 7 is positioned by the second positioning portion 313 of the first positioning jig 3: the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate 33 is tightly attached to the lower position of the rear side surface 71 of the landing door pocket 7, wherein the rear side surface 71 is a vertical plane arranged in the side frame of the landing door pocket 7 and facing the elevator hoistway; after the positioning operation is completed, the lower part of the landing door pocket 7 can be fixed by welding and other modes.
Then, the elevator car frame 2 is controlled to move upwards, the first positioning clamp 3 is positioned at the reinforcing plate at the middle part of the landing door pocket 7, and the second positioning part 313 of the first positioning clamp 3 is utilized to perform positioning operation on the middle part of the landing door pocket 7: the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate 33 is tightly attached to the middle position of the rear side surface 71 of the landing door pocket 7; after the positioning operation is completed, the middle part of the landing door pocket 7 can be fixed in modes such as welding and the like.
Then, controlling the elevator car frame 2 to continue to move upwards, enabling the first positioning clamp 3 to be positioned at the reinforcing plate at the upper part of the landing door pocket 7, and positioning the upper part of the landing door pocket 7 by using the second positioning part 313 of the first positioning clamp 3: the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate 33 is tightly attached to the upper position of the rear side surface 71 of the landing door pocket 7. After the positioning operation is completed, the upper part of the landing door pocket 7 can be fixed by welding and other modes.
It should be noted here that, since the first positioning fixture 3 is symmetrical to the second positioning fixture 4 with the center line of the car sill 1 as a symmetry line, the processes of positioning and installing the landing door jamb 7 by using the second positioning portion 313 of the first positioning fixture 3 and positioning and installing the landing door jamb 7 by using the second positioning portion 313 of the second positioning fixture 4 are performed simultaneously, and thus the specific process of positioning and installing the landing door sill 6 by using the second positioning portion 313 of the second positioning fixture 4 is the same as the specific process of positioning and installing the landing door sill 6 by using the second positioning portion 313 of the first positioning fixture 3, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an exemplary embodiment, the first positioning fixture 3 further includes a fourth rectangular plate 34, the fourth rectangular plate 34 is disposed on a horizontal surface of the first rectangular plate 31 (illustratively, the fourth rectangular plate 34 is vertically disposed on an end of the first rectangular plate 31 away from the second rectangular plate 32, wherein the horizontal surface of the fourth rectangular plate 34 is disposed on a bottom of the horizontal surface of the first rectangular plate 31), and a vertical surface of the fourth rectangular plate 34 is perpendicular to the horizontal surface of the first rectangular plate 31 to form a third positioning portion, wherein the car sill 1 is disposed between the second rectangular plate 32 and the fourth rectangular plate 34, and a space is disposed between the vertical surface of the second rectangular plate 32 and one of the edge sides of the car sill 1, and the vertical surface of the fourth rectangular plate 34 is attached to the other edge side of the car sill 1. It should be noted that, since the first positioning fixture 3 is symmetrical to the second positioning fixture 4 by taking the center line of the car sill 1 as a symmetry line, the structural form of the second positioning fixture 4 is the same as that of the first positioning fixture 3, and the description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, based on above-mentioned structural design, through add fourth rectangular board 34 on first positioning fixture 3, can install first positioning fixture 3 in the corresponding position of car sill 1 more conveniently, during the installation, can paste the edge side of tight car sill 1 with the perpendicular of fourth rectangular board 34 earlier, then with the perpendicular of first rectangular board 31 align the first width scale mark that opens the door of presetting on car sill 1 can.
It should be noted that other matters of the elevator landing door assembly installation method disclosed by the invention can be referred to the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. An elevator landing door assembly installation method, comprising the steps of:
according to an elevator well layout drawing, a car sill is installed on a rail of an elevator car frame, wherein the car sill is a preset distance away from an elevator main rail surface, the center line of the car sill is aligned with the center line of a car, a positioning fixture device is installed on the car sill, and the positioning fixture device is provided with a first positioning part for positioning a landing door sill and a second positioning part for positioning a landing door pocket;
pre-tightening the landing sill to be installed on a bracket which is pre-installed on an elevator shaft, positioning the landing sill by using the first positioning part, and fastening the landing sill to the bracket after the positioning operation of the landing sill is finished;
positioning the lower part of the landing door pocket by using the second positioning part, and fixing the lower part of the landing door pocket after the positioning operation of the lower part of the landing door pocket is finished;
controlling the elevator car frame to move upwards, enabling the positioning fixture device arranged on the car sill to be positioned at the reinforcing plate in the middle of the landing door pocket, positioning the middle of the landing door pocket by using the second positioning part, and fixing the middle of the landing door pocket after the positioning operation of the middle of the landing door pocket is finished;
and controlling the elevator car frame to move upwards, so that the positioning fixture device arranged on the car sill is positioned at the reinforcing plate on the upper part of the landing door pocket, and utilizing the second positioning part to position the upper part of the landing door pocket, and after finishing the positioning operation on the upper part of the landing door pocket, fixing the upper part of the landing door pocket.
2. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to claim 1, wherein the positioning jig device includes a first positioning jig and a second positioning jig, the first positioning jig and the second positioning jig each having the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion, and the first positioning jig having a first installation reference, the second positioning jig having a second installation reference; the car sill is preset with about the symmetrical first width scale mark and the second width scale mark that opens the door of its central line, wherein, first installation benchmark with first width scale mark that opens the door coincides mutually, second installation benchmark with second width scale mark that opens the door coincides mutually, just first positioning fixture with the central line of car sill be the symmetric line with second positioning fixture is symmetrical.

The method for installing an elevator landing door assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first positioning jig includes a first straight-angle plate installed on the car sill and second and third straight-angle plates installed on the first straight-angle plate, wherein a horizontal surface of the first straight-angle plate is fitted to a top surface of the car sill, and a vertical surface of the first straight-angle plate is used as the first installation reference to coincide with the first open door width scale line; the second right-angle plate is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal plane of the first right-angle plate, and the vertical plane of the second right-angle plate is vertical to the horizontal plane of the first right-angle plate to form the first positioning part; the third rectangular plate is arranged on the vertical surface of the first rectangular plate, and the vertical surface of the third rectangular plate is vertical to the vertical surface of the first rectangular plate to form the second positioning part.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first positioning jig further includes a fourth gusset disposed at a horizontal plane of the first gusset, and a vertical plane of the fourth gusset is perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the first gusset to form a third positioning portion, wherein the car sill is disposed between the second gusset and the fourth gusset, and a space is formed between the vertical plane of the second gusset and one of the edge sides of the car sill, and the vertical plane of the fourth gusset is fitted to the other edge side of the car sill.
5. The installation method of an elevator landing door assembly according to claim 3 or 4, wherein third and fourth door opening width scale lines symmetrical with respect to a center line thereof are preset on the landing door sill; the step of performing the positioning operation on the landing sill by using the first positioning portion includes:
tightly attaching the vertical surface of the second right-angle plate to one edge side surface of the landing sill, and aligning the third door opening width scale mark on the landing sill to the vertical surface of the first right-angle plate; and the landing door sill is positioned between the second right-angle plate and the car sill.
6. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the step of performing a positioning operation of the lower portion of the landing door pocket using the second positioning part includes:
and tightly attaching the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate to the lower part of the rear side surface of the landing door pocket, wherein the rear side surface is a vertical plane arranged in the side frame of the landing door pocket and facing the elevator shaft.
7. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the step of performing the positioning operation of the middle portion of the landing door pocket using the second positioning part includes:
and tightly attaching the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate to the middle position of the rear side surface of the landing door pocket, wherein the rear side surface is a vertical plane arranged in the side frame of the landing door pocket and facing the elevator shaft.
8. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the step of performing a positioning operation of the upper portion of the landing door pocket using the second positioning part includes:
and tightly attaching the vertical surface of the third right-angle plate to the upper part of the rear side surface of the landing door pocket, wherein the rear side surface is a vertical plane arranged in the side frame of the landing door pocket and facing the elevator shaft.
9. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the first positioning jig is fixed to the car sill by G-type clamping.
10. The elevator landing door assembly installation method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the second positioning jig is fixed to the car sill by G-type clamping.
