The static wires in the static cloth can effectively eliminate static electricity generated by the contact of the cloth cover and other objects, and the self stiffness and hardness of the static wires can eliminate the phenomena of folding and sticking in the production process of the tire rubber sheet. The rubber card strip is formed by cutting the rubber strip into a card strip with a groove in the middle of the bottom through high-temperature die cutting, and the left side and the right side of the electrostatic cloth surface of the compounded electrostatic cloth and the rubber card strip are respectively sewn with the electrostatic cloth through the groove of the rubber card strip, so that the close fitting and fixing of the compounded electrostatic cloth and the rubber card strip can be ensured, and the compounded electrostatic cloth and the rubber card strip cannot be separated easily.
