背景技术
汽车内饰顶棚安装于汽车驾驶舱顶部,起到隔热、隔音与美化装饰的作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的外形一样,成为人们选购汽车的一个重要因素。因此个性化的趋势越来越强烈、对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。
目前,PU+GF+PET结构的乘用车内饰顶棚有两种加工工艺,使用PE或PP粘结的热塑性干法工艺和使用PU反应成型的热固性湿法工艺。其中干法工艺一直是分两步完成,即先将PU、GF和PET结合生成三明治基材,然后再加热软化并冷压成型。
现有技术中,汽车顶棚干法成型分为两步,第一步将无纺布PET铺在最下层,然后在无纺布上切撒玻纤GF和PE胶粉或PP胶膜,再铺上PU板材,然后再切撒玻纤GF和PE胶粉或PP胶膜,形成三明治结构的材料叠加。叠加成的复合材料送入加热炉加热至270-330℃,使PE胶粉或PP胶膜融化,然后再送入冷却板,使PE胶粉或PP胶膜冷却至20-30℃固化,将复合材料中的各种组成粘结在一起,并使用压力使其粘结牢固,形成基材。
单目前的汽车内饰顶棚大多都是之间使用PUH和PET等材料复合压制制成,虽然较轻便,但其强度往往不足,受到外部作用力时容易破损,而目前没有一种可生产结构稳定、轻便且具有高强度的汽车内饰顶棚的模具。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,它可以实现通过两个上模具依次与一个模具合膜,生产制成具有钢骨架的内饰顶棚,钢骨架由脊梁和多个翼梁组成,通过翼梁缓冲承受的作用力,通过脊梁保证内饰板整体形状稳定,且钢骨架被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,既提高了内饰顶棚的强度,且内饰顶棚各层之间具有良好的粘结力,具有良好的结构稳定性。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,包括滑轨和一对支架,所述滑轨与支架之间连接有一对支撑钢梁,所述滑轨内滑动的连接有下模具,所述滑轨的一端固定连接有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的伸缩端与下模具固定连接,一对所述支架之间安装有固定板,所述固定板上固定连接有一对气缸,两个所述气缸的伸缩端上分别连接有第一上模具和第二上模具,所述支架的外壁上固连接有与支撑钢梁相匹配的滑块,所述支撑钢梁的底端固定连接有电动机,所述电动机的动力输出端上固定连接有螺纹管,所述滑块与螺纹杆螺纹连接,可以实现通过两个上模具依次与一个下模具合膜,生产制成具有钢骨架的内饰顶棚,且钢骨架被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,既提高了内饰顶棚的强度,且内饰顶棚各层之间具有良好的粘结力,具有良好的结构稳定性。
一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其使用方法为:
A1使用胶衣喷枪在内饰顶棚生产模具的应用面上均匀地喷涂胶衣;
A2,待胶衣面固化后在下模具内铺设基材;
A3,在基材上架设内植骨架,使钢制脊梁1101与基材层12贴合,并使用喷胶辅助固定;
A4,将第一上模具与下模具合膜,通过第一上模具向模腔中注入树脂;通过注入树脂使内植钢架被树脂覆盖,使基材上形成钢骨架与树脂混合层;
B1,待A4步骤中产出的工件冷却至室温后,技术人员控制电动推杆工作,使滑轨与第二上模具的位置匹配,再在A4中制成的工件上铺设涂布了强力胶粘合剂的面料层;
B2,技术人员控制气缸使第二上模具与下模具合膜,使工件被压制成型,工件冷却后脱模形成带有内植骨架的内饰顶棚;
B3,对内饰顶棚进行表面处理和修边。
进一步的,所述内植骨架包括钢制脊梁,所述钢制脊梁上固定连接有多个对均匀分布的定位锥,所述定位锥上固定连接有钢制翼梁,所述钢制脊梁的上端固定连接有多个均匀分布的缓冲凸台,钢骨架由脊梁和多个翼梁组成,通过翼梁缓冲承受的作用力,通过脊梁保证内饰板整体形状稳定,通过内植骨架作为内饰顶棚的结构强化结构,可增强内饰顶棚的强度。
进一步的,所述基材层为复合基材,所述复合基材由pet无纺布层、玻纤层和PU板层通过PE胶粉高压复合制成,所述树脂为高柔性环氧树脂,通过复合基材内的玻纤层和PU板层保证内饰顶棚的整体硬度和韧性,使内饰顶棚不易破损,使用高柔性环氧树脂作为基材层与面料层之间的填充层,可使内饰顶棚整体保持一定韧性,同时易于缓冲部分内饰顶棚所受的应力。
进一步的,所述下模具内安装有冷却水循环机构和自动加热控制***,易于调控模具合模后的温度。
进一步的,所述钢制脊梁和钢制翼梁分别有由厚度为20mm和10nn的钛合金材料切割折弯制成,所述定位锥由60Si2Mn弹性钢制成的钢锥,所述定位锥与钢制脊梁侧壁之间的夹角为15-20°,定位锥具有一定弹性,使钢制翼梁受力变形时起到一定缓冲作用,防止钢制翼梁断裂。
进一步的,所述A4步骤中的第一上模具合模后模具内温度为120-150摄氏度,合模压力1.0-3.0Mpa,保压120-180秒后打开模具,保证合模使树脂处于在熔融状态下,保证树脂可将内植钢梁完全覆盖。
所述B2步骤中的第二上模具合模后模具内温度为90-110摄氏度,合模压力0.5-1.5MpaMpa,保压60-90秒后打开模具,保证面料层上的胶膜完全融化并与树脂层粘接,压制复合时间较短,防止树脂层融化。
进一步的,所述面料层上通过金属丝缝合有粘合层,所述粘和层由多个均匀分布的梯形海绵齿条组成,通过梯形海绵齿条吸附粘接剂,合模时通过梯形海绵齿条与部分融化的树脂层粘接,增大面料层与树脂层的接触面,使面料层与树脂层粘接牢固,提高内饰顶棚的结构稳定性。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明可以实现通过两个上模具依次与一个模具合膜,生产制成具有钢骨架的内饰顶棚,钢骨架由脊梁和多个翼梁组成,通过翼梁缓冲承受的作用力,通过脊梁保证内饰板整体形状稳定,且钢骨架被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,既提高了内饰顶棚的强度,且内饰顶棚各层之间具有良好的粘结力,具有良好的结构稳定性。
(2)本发明在内饰顶棚中植入仿生物骨架的内植钢骨架作为内饰顶棚的支持强化机构,通过钢制翼梁强化整体内饰顶棚,内植钢骨架被被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,使传递至内饰顶棚上的应力被环氧树脂层吸收并传递至内植钢骨架上,钢制翼梁受到应力后先抵消部分应力,再通过定位锥进行缓冲,防止钢制翼梁断裂。
(3)本发明的基材层为复合基材,复合基材由pet无纺布层、玻纤层和PU板层通过PE胶粉高压复合制成,树脂为高柔性环氧树脂,通过复合基材内的玻纤层和PU板层保证内饰顶棚的整体硬度和韧性,使内饰顶棚不易破损,通过注塑柔性树脂填充面料层与基材层之间的间隙,并通过树脂对内植骨架进行定位,通过基材层中的玻纤层和PU板层保证内饰顶棚的整体硬度和韧性,本方案的基材、面料层和树脂层通过第二模具高压复合制成,各层之间通过强力粘接,具有良好的结构稳定性。
(4)内植骨架包括钢制脊梁,钢制脊梁上固定连接有多个对均匀分布的定位锥,定位锥上固定连接有钢制翼梁,钢制脊梁的上端固定连接有多个均匀分布的缓冲凸台,通过内植骨架作为内饰顶棚的结构强化结构,可增强内饰顶棚的强度
(5)钢制脊梁和钢制翼梁分别有由厚度为20mm和10nn的钛合金材料切割折弯制成,定位锥由60Si2Mn弹性钢制成的钢锥,定位锥与钢制脊梁侧壁之间的夹角为15-20°,定位锥具有一定弹性,使钢制翼梁受力变形时起到一定缓冲作用,防止钢制翼梁断裂。
(6)面料层上通过金属丝缝合有粘合层,粘和层由多个均匀分布的梯形海绵齿条组成,通过梯形海绵齿条吸附粘接剂,合模时通过梯形海绵齿条与部分融化的树脂层粘接,增大面料层与树脂层的接触面,使面料层与树脂层粘接牢固,提高内饰顶棚的结构稳定性。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-3,一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,包括滑轨1和一对支架2,滑轨1与支架2之间连接有一对支撑钢梁8,滑轨1内滑动的连接有下模具3,下模具3内安装有冷却水循环机构和自动加热控制***,易于调控模具合模后的温度,滑轨1的一端固定连接有电动推杆10,电动推杆10的伸缩端与下模具3固定连接,一对支架2之间安装有固定板4,固定板4上固定连接有一对气缸5,两个气缸5的伸缩端上分别连接有第一上模具6和第二上模具7,支架2的外壁上固连接有与支撑钢梁8相匹配的滑块201,支撑钢梁8的底端固定连接有电动机9,电动机9的动力输出端上固定连接有螺纹管,滑块201与螺纹杆螺纹连接,可以实现通过两个上模具依次与一个下模具合膜,生产制成具有钢骨架的内饰顶棚,且钢骨架被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,既提高了内饰顶棚的强度,且内饰顶棚各层之间具有良好的粘结力,具有良好的结构稳定性。
一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其使用方法为:
A1使用胶衣喷枪在内饰顶棚生产模具的应用面上均匀地喷涂胶衣;
A2,待胶衣面固化后在下模具内铺设基材层12;
A3,在基材层12上架设内植骨架,使钢制脊梁1101与基材层12贴合,并使用喷胶辅助固定;
A4,将第一上模具6与下模具3合膜,通过第一上模具6向模腔中注入树脂,通过注入树脂使内植钢架11被树脂覆盖,使基材层12上形成钢骨架11与树脂混合层,第一上模具6合模后模具内温度为120-150摄氏度,合模压力1.0-3.0Mpa,保压120-180秒后打开模具,保证合模使树脂处于在熔融状态下,保证树脂可将内植钢梁11完全覆盖;
B1,待A4步骤中产出的工件冷却至室温后,技术人员控制电动推杆10工作,使滑轨1与第二上模具7的位置匹配,再在A4中制成的工件上铺设涂布了强力胶粘合剂的面料层13;
B2,技术人员控制气缸5使第二上模具7与下模具3合膜,使工件被压制成型,工件冷却后脱模形成带有内植骨架11的内饰顶棚,第二上模具7合模后模具内温度为90-110摄氏度,合模压力0.5-1.5MpaMpa,保压60-90秒后打开模具,保证面料层13上的胶膜完全融化并与树脂层粘接,压制复合时间较短,防止树脂层融化;
B3,对内饰顶棚进行表面处理和修边。
请参阅图4-5,内植骨架11包括钢制脊梁1101,钢制脊梁1101上固定连接有多个对均匀分布的定位锥1102,定位锥1102上固定连接有钢制翼梁1104,钢制脊梁1101的上端固定连接有多个均匀分布的缓冲凸台1103,通过内植骨架11作为内饰顶棚的结构强化结构,钢骨架由脊梁和多个翼梁组成,通过翼梁缓冲承受的作用力,通过脊梁保证内饰板整体形状稳定,可增强内饰顶棚的强度,钢制脊梁1101和钢制翼梁1104分别有由厚度为20mm和10nn的钛合金材料切割折弯制成,定位锥1102由60Si2Mn弹性钢制成的钢锥,定位锥1102与钢制脊梁1101侧壁之间的夹角为15-20°,定位锥1102具有一定弹性,使钢制翼梁1104受力变形时起到一定缓冲作用,防止钢制翼梁断裂。
请参阅图4,基材层12为复合基材,复合基材由pet无纺布层、玻纤层和PU板层通过PE胶粉高压复合制成,树脂为高柔性环氧树脂,通过复合基材内的玻纤层和PU板层保证内饰顶棚的整体硬度和韧性,使内饰顶棚不易破损,使用高柔性环氧树脂作为基材层12与面料层13之间的填充层,可使内饰顶棚整体保持一定韧性,同时易于缓冲部分内饰顶棚所受的应力,面料层13上通过金属丝缝合有粘合层,粘和层由多个均匀分布的梯形海绵齿条组成,通过梯形海绵齿条吸附粘接剂,合模时通过梯形海绵齿条与部分融化的树脂层粘接,增大面料层13与树脂层的接触面,使面料层13与树脂层粘接牢固,提高内饰顶棚的结构稳定性
本发明在内饰顶棚中植入仿生物骨架的内植钢骨架11作为内饰顶棚的支持强化机构,通过钢制翼梁1104强化整体内饰顶棚,内植钢骨架11被被高柔性环氧树脂包覆,使传递至内饰顶棚上的应力被环氧树脂层吸收并传递至内植钢骨架11上,钢制翼梁1104受到应力后先抵消部分应力,再通过定位锥1103进行缓冲,防止钢制翼梁1104断裂,且通过钢制脊梁1101的作用对内饰顶棚进行定型,使内饰顶棚具有较高的结构稳定性。
本发明通过注塑柔性树脂填充面料层与基材之间的间隙,并通过树脂对内植骨架11进行定位,本方案中的基材层12为复合基材,符合基材中的玻纤层和PU板层保证内饰顶棚的整体硬度和韧性,本方案的基材、面料层和树脂层通过第二模具高压复合制成,各层之间通过强力粘接,具有良好的结构稳定性。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,包括滑轨(1)和一对支架(2),其特征在于:所述滑轨(1)与支架(2)之间连接有一对支撑钢梁(8),所述滑轨(1)内滑动的连接有下模具(3),所述滑轨(1)的一端固定连接有电动推杆(10),所述电动推杆(10)的伸缩端与下模具(3)固定连接,一对所述支架(2)之间安装有固定板(4),所述固定板(4)上固定连接有一对气缸(5),两个所述气缸(5)的伸缩端上分别连接有第一上模具(6)和第二上模具(7),所述支架(2)的外壁上固连接有与支撑钢梁(8)相匹配的滑块(201),所述支撑钢梁(8)的底端固定连接有电动机(9),所述电动机(9)的动力输出端上固定连接有螺纹管,所述滑块(201)与螺纹杆螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:其使用方法为
A1使用胶衣喷枪在内饰顶棚生产模具的应用面上均匀地喷涂胶衣;
A2,待胶衣面固化后在下模具内铺设基材层(12);
A3,在基材层(12)上架设内植骨架(11),使钢制脊梁(1101)与基材层(12)贴合,并使用喷胶辅助固定;
A4,将第一上模具(6)与下模具(3)合膜,通过第一上模具(6)向模腔中注入树脂,通过注入树脂使内植钢架(11)被树脂覆盖,使基材层(12)上形成钢骨架与树脂的混合层;
B1,待A4步骤中产出的工件冷却至室温后,技术人员控制电动推杆(10)工作,使滑轨(1)与第二上模具的位置匹配,再在A4中制成的工件上铺设涂布了强力胶粘合剂的面料层(13);
B2,技术人员控制气缸(5)使第二上模具与下模具合膜,使工件被压制成型,工件冷却后脱模形成带有内植骨架的内饰顶棚;
B3,对内饰顶棚进行表面处理和修边。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述内植骨架(11)包括钢制脊梁(1101),所述钢制脊梁(1101)上固定连接有多个对均匀分布的定位锥(1102),所述定位锥(1102)上固定连接有钢制翼梁(1104),所述钢制脊梁(1101)的上端固定连接有多个均匀分布的缓冲凸台(1103)。
4.据权利要求2所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述基材层(12)为复合基材,所述复合基材由pet无纺布层、玻纤层和PU板层通过PE胶粉高压复合制成,所述树脂为高柔性环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述下模具内安装有冷却水循环机构和自动加热控制***。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述钢制脊梁(1101)和钢制翼梁(1104)分别有由厚度为20mm和10nn的钛合金材料切割折弯制成,所述定位锥(1102)由60Si2Mn弹性钢制成的钢锥,所述定位锥(1102)与钢制脊梁(1101)侧壁之间的夹角为15-20°。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述A4步骤中的第一上模具(6)合模后模具内温度为120-150摄氏度,合模压力1.0-3.0Mpa,保压120-180秒后打开模具。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述B2步骤中的第二上模具(7)合模后模具内温度为90-110摄氏度,合模压力0.5-1.5MpaMpa,保压90-120秒后打开模具。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有内植骨架的汽车内饰顶棚生产模具,其特征在于:所述面料层(13)上通过金属丝缝合有粘合层,所述粘和层由多个均匀分布的梯形海绵齿条组成。
