The gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant comprises mixed plant extract, an excipient, a toner and a preservative; the components and weight percentage of each plant extract in the mixed plant extract are 1-2% of gingerol, 2-3% of organic acid, 2-5% of santalol, 2-5% of amylase, 2-5% of amino acid, 1-2% of chlorophyll, 1-2% of anthocyanin, 1-2% of menthol, 1-2% of alkaloid, 1-2% of tea polyphenol and 2-5% of flavonoid compound respectively;
the excipient comprises gellan gum, basf BF and tween-80, and the addition amounts of the excipient and the excipient are respectively 6% -8%, 1% -2% and 2%;
the toner is a compound food colorant, and the addition amount is 1-2%;
the preservative is cason, and the addition amount is 1%.
The invention relates to a preparation method of a gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. adding 10-15% of deionized water into a proper container, sequentially adding the santalol, the menthol, the alkaloid and the flavonoid compound according to the weight percentage under stirring, uniformly mixing, dissolving the tea polyphenol in the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
b. adding 10-15% of deionized water into a proper container, sequentially adding the gingerol, the organic acid, the amylase, the amino acid, the chlorophyll and the anthocyanin under stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. adding the rest deionized water into a glass reaction kettle, weighing the gellan gum according to the weight percentage, fully stirring and soaking for 1 h, heating the reaction kettle and continuously stirring until the gellan gum is completely dissolved at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, stopping heating, weighing the basf BF according to the weight percentage, adding the basf BF into the completely dissolved gellan gum solution, fully stirring until the basf BF is dissolved, and preserving heat for 30 min to obtain a mixed solution C;
d. and d, naturally cooling the mixed solution C obtained in the step C to 60-65 ℃, simultaneously adding the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B, fully stirring, adding the Tween-80, the toner and the preservative in percentage by weight, fully stirring, uniformly mixing, preserving heat, injecting into a mould with a proper shape, and naturally cooling to obtain the uniform gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
A gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant comprises gingerol, organic acid, santalol, amylase, amino acid, chlorophyll, anthocyanin, menthol, alkaloid, tea polyphenol, flavonoid, deionized water, gellan gum and gellan gum, wherein the weight percentage ratio of each raw material is as follows: 1% of gingerol, 2% of organic acid, 2% of santalol, 2% of amylase, 2% of amino acid, 1% of chlorophyll, 1% of anthocyanin, 1% of menthol, 1% of alkaloid, 1% of tea polyphenol, 2% of flavonoid compound, 5% and 1% of gellan gum and basf BF respectively, tween-802%, edible pigment 1% (toner), 1% of preservative and 74% of deionized water. Wherein gingerol is extracted from rhizoma Zingiberis recens; extracting lignum Santali albi with ethanol; extracting Glycyrrhrizae radix and herba Rosmarini officinalis with organic acid and amylase; extracting anthocyanidin from pine tree; extracting menthol from folium Menthae; extracting the alkaloid from folium Nelumbinis; extracting tea polyphenols from green tea; the flavonoids are extracted from flos Lupuli, flos Sophorae Immaturus and fructus Citri Limoniae.
The gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant prepared in the embodiment is selected for carrying out microbiological analysis detection, in a detection test aiming at escherichia coli, compared with a control group, the survival bacteria of a sample test group is less than 10cfu/mL, and the bacteriostasis effect reaches 99.9%; in a detection experiment aiming at staphylococcus aureus, compared with a control group, the survival bacteria of a sample test group is less than 10cfu/mL, and the bacteriostatic effect reaches 99.98 percent; compared with a control group, the 60min virus inactivation rate of the sample test group is 98.93 percent aiming at the influenza A virus H1N 1.
The gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant prepared in the embodiment is respectively placed in a 1.5m2 closed experiment cabin filled with a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, ammonia gas and benzene, and compared with a control group, the removal rates of the 24h pollutant gases of the sample experiment group, namely the hydrogen sulfide, the ammonia gas, the formaldehyde and the benzene, are respectively 90.2%, 91.7%, 92.7% and 84.3%.
After the gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant prepared in the embodiment is selected and dissolved, the acute irritation test of animal skin is carried out, the animal epidermis is continuously coated for 14 days, and the result is observed 24 hours after each coating, and the test result shows that the test result of the test on the skin irritation of a new Zealand rabbit for many times under the test condition is nonirritant.
After the gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant prepared in the embodiment is dissolved, an animal acute inhalation toxicity test is carried out, and a one-time limit method is adopted, so that the result of the acute inhalation toxicity of a test substance to SPF-level KM mouse is that LC502h is more than 10000mg/m3, and the test substance is practically nontoxic.

the excipient comprises gellan gum, basf BF and tween-80, and the addition amounts of the excipient and the excipient are respectively 6% -8%, 1% -2% and 2%;
the toner is a compound food colorant, and the addition amount is 1-2%;
the preservative is cason, and the addition amount is 1%.
8. The preparation method of the gel slow-release type plant sterilization deodorant, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. adding 10-15% of deionized water into a proper container, sequentially adding the santalol, the menthol, the alkaloid and the flavonoid compound according to the weight percentage under stirring, uniformly mixing, dissolving the tea polyphenol in the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
b. adding 10-15% of deionized water into a proper container, sequentially adding the gingerol, the organic acid, the amylase, the amino acid, the chlorophyll and the anthocyanin under stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. adding the rest deionized water into a glass reaction kettle, weighing the gellan gum according to the weight percentage, fully stirring and soaking for 1 h, heating the reaction kettle and continuously stirring until the gellan gum is completely dissolved at the temperature of 90-95 ℃, stopping heating, weighing the basf BF according to the weight percentage, adding the basf BF into the completely dissolved gellan gum solution, fully stirring until the basf BF is dissolved, and preserving heat for 30 min to obtain a mixed solution C;
d. and d, naturally cooling the mixed solution C obtained in the step C to 60-65 ℃, simultaneously adding the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B, fully stirring, adding the Tween-80, the toner and the preservative in percentage by weight, fully stirring, uniformly mixing, preserving heat, injecting into a mould with a proper shape, and naturally cooling to obtain the uniform gel slow-release plant sterilization deodorant.
