Background
The filter cloth mainly includes: dacron filter cloth, polypropylene fiber filter cloth, polyamide fiber filter cloth, vinylon fiber filter cloth. The material performance of the filter cloth is as follows: acid resistance and weak base resistance. Good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, recoverability and poor conductivity. The temperature resistance of the terylene fiber is generally 130-150 ℃, and the product has the special advantages of common felt filter cloth, has very good wear resistance and very high cost performance and becomes the variety with the largest use amount in felt filter materials. The monofilament filter cloth takes various monofilaments (commonly called heddles) as raw materials and is divided into four categories of terylene, chinlon, polypropylene and ethylene. The product has the excellent performances of high filtration efficiency, easy cake removal, easy cleaning, high strength and long service life after surface heat treatment and press polishing treatment, and is a new generation of filtration material. 12870 is a new filter cloth specially developed by the factory, and has more excellent performance. The fabric can be made of different materials, different specifications and different weave structures to form various monofilament filter cloths with different filtering performances and appearances, and can meet the filtering requirement that the filtering precision is more than 0.005 mu m. The filter is widely applied to solid-liquid separation equipment for plate-and-frame filter pressing, belt type filtration, disc and vertical disc filtration and the like in the industries of nonferrous metal smelting, chemical industry, coal, food and the like.
