A neck traction apparatus which can be used by a patient by himself comprises a base, a supporting plate, a first fixing plate, a rotating shaft, a first fixing pulley, a reel, a rotary disc, a ratchet wheel, a pawl and a first fixing seat, wherein the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the base, the first fixing plate is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the right side of the left supporting plate, the right end of the first fixing plate is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the left side of the right supporting plate, the first fixing pulley is rotatably connected to the right portion of the front side of the first fixing plate, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the left portion of the first fixing plate, the rotary disc and the ratchet wheel are fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, the rotary disc is located on the rear side of the first fixing plate, the ratchet wheel is located on the front side of the first fixing plate, the, the first fixing base of below left side fixedly connected with of first fixed plate, characterized by: the spring, a second fixed seat, a first pull rope, a pull ring, a second fixed plate, a first guide rod, a first screw rod, a second guide rod, a first rotating rod, a pushing ball, a third fixed plate, a sliding sleeve, a second screw rod, a second rotating rod, a support rod, a back cushion, a first sleeve, a fourth fixed plate, a second fixed pulley, a second sleeve, a third fixed pulley, a fourth fixed pulley, a second pull rope and a neck clamping cushion, wherein the first fixed seat is connected with the spring, the top end of the spring is connected with the pawl, the left side above the pawl is fixedly connected with the second fixed seat, the second fixed seat is fixedly connected with the first pull rope, the left upper part of the base is provided with a first guide hole, the first pull rope passes through the first guide hole, one end of the first pull rope is fixedly connected with the pull ring, the right side above the base is fixedly connected with the second fixed plate, the lower part of the second fixed plate is provided with a second guide hole, and the second guide hole is connected with, a first threaded hole is formed in the middle of the second fixing plate, a first screw rod is matched in the first threaded hole, a pushing ball is fixedly connected to the left end of the first screw rod, a first rotating rod is fixedly connected to the right end of the first screw rod, a third guide hole is formed in the upper portion of the second fixing plate, a second guide rod is connected in the third guide hole in a sliding mode, a third fixing plate is fixedly connected to the left ends of the second guide rod and the first guide rod, a sliding sleeve is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the right side of the third fixing plate, a second threaded hole is formed in the right portion of the sliding sleeve, a second screw rod is matched in the second threaded hole, a second rotating rod is fixedly connected to the right end of the second screw rod, a supporting rod is connected in the sliding sleeve in a sliding mode, the left end of the second screw rod is in contact with the right side of the supporting rod, a plurality of grooves are, the first sleeve is positioned at the left rear side of the second fixing plate, a first telescopic rod is connected in the first sleeve in a sliding manner, a first screw is screwed on the upper part of the front side surface of the first sleeve, the rear side surface of the first screw is contacted with the first telescopic rod, a fourth fixing plate is fixedly connected on the right side of the first telescopic rod, a second fixed pulley is rotatably connected on the right side surface of the fourth fixing plate, a second sleeve is fixedly connected on the top end of the first telescopic rod, a second telescopic rod is connected in the second sleeve in a sliding manner, a second screw is screwed on the left part of the front side surface of the second sleeve, the rear side surface of the second screw is contacted with the second telescopic rod, a third fixed pulley is rotatably connected on the right rear side of the second sleeve, a fourth fixed pulley is rotatably connected on the left part of the second telescopic rod, a second pull rope is wound on the reel, and the second pull rope sequentially winds the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley, the third fixed, the other end of the second pull rope is fixedly connected with a neck clamping cushion.
