The invention relates to a novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid; 15-25 parts of sodium bromate; 5-15 parts of sodium hypochlorite; 5-10 parts of potassium hydroxide; 5-10 parts of diethylenetriamine; 0.2-1 part of catalyst; the balance being deionized water. The novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent and the preparation method thereof have the rapidity of the traditional chlorine-based bactericide, and have the long-acting property of the non-oxidizing biocide, so that the novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent is safer than the chlorine-based biocide in use, does not produce secondary pollution, and particularly does not produce negative effects on sewage recycling treatment.

5-10 parts of diethylenetriamine;
0.2-1 part of catalyst;
the balance being deionized water.
Preferably, the catalyst is a magnesium nitrate catalyst.
Preferably, the activity content of the novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent is more than or equal to 14.0%, the density is more than or equal to 1.20, and the pH value is more than or equal to 11.0.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding quantitative diethylenetriamine into a sodium bromate aqueous solution, adding a quantitative catalyst, uniformly stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 60-70 ℃;
(2) after the reaction is finished, adding quantitative dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, cooling to 30-40 ℃, and uniformly stirring for 3-5 hours;
(3) then adding a certain amount of sodium hypochlorite and potassium hydroxide, and uniformly stirring for 3-5 hours under a negative pressure state to obtain a finished product.
The application method of the novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent comprises the following steps: the dosage is added for 3-4 times per month in a high-temperature season and 2-3 times per month in a normal-temperature season, the dosage is generally 50-100ppm, and the dosage can be added to be within 200ppm under special conditions.

(1) the product has the rapidity of the traditional chlorine-based bactericide, has the long-acting property of the non-oxidizing biocide, is safer than the chlorine-based biocide in use, does not produce secondary pollution, and particularly does not produce negative effects on the recycling treatment of sewage;

0.2-1 part of catalyst;
the balance being deionized water.
2. The novel broad spectrum highly effective biocidal stripping agent according to claim 1 wherein said catalyst is a magnesium nitrate catalyst.
3. The novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent according to claim 1, wherein said novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent has a pH of 11-12 in the environment of use.
4. A method for preparing a novel broad-spectrum efficient biocidal stripping agent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding quantitative diethylenetriamine into a sodium bromate aqueous solution, adding a quantitative catalyst, uniformly stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 60-70 ℃;
(2) after the reaction is finished, adding quantitative dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, cooling to 30-40 ℃, and uniformly stirring for 3-5 hours;
(3) then adding a certain amount of sodium hypochlorite and potassium hydroxide, and uniformly stirring for 3-5 hours under a negative pressure state to obtain a finished product.
