Abstract
一种制取高粘结性少胶云母带的方法,包括在补强材料上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂,再布上粉末固体胶粘剂;在云母纸上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂;将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接。本发明的方法,结合了液体胶粘剂的粘附性和固体粉末胶粘剂点状分布的双重特性,利用液体或半固体胶粘剂的粘附性增强固体粉末胶粘剂与补强材料和云母纸间的粘结力,在降低整体胶含量的同时,显著提高补强材料和云母纸之间的粘接性,并可应用于玻璃布补强和薄膜补强两种少胶云母带的制备,提高其绕包工艺性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温带状绝缘材料的制取方法,尤其涉及一种少胶云母带的制取方法,具有高粘结性,以满足大型高压发电机和电动机的使用要求。
背景技术
云母是一种造岩矿物,系层状结构,具有优良的电气绝缘和耐高温特性,广泛的应用于电气绝缘、涂料、油漆高温防护等行业。
高压电机产品通常都要使用云母带作为主绝缘材料,根据胶含量的多少可分为少胶云母带、中胶云母带和多胶云母带。少胶云母带以玻璃布或薄膜材料作为基材,其上覆以云母纸,中间以胶粘剂粘结,云母带中含胶量少(在6%~11%之间)。采用少胶云母带绕制的高压电机线圈配合真空压力浸渍工艺(VPI工艺)浸漆固化后,形成的绝缘层内部微气隙少,整体性好,从而赋予电气产品优良的电气绝缘性能,和较高的生产效率。
少胶云母带的制备方法之一是采用含溶剂液体胶粘剂,用玻璃布浸渍液体胶粘剂后,再与云母纸接触复合,会造成液体胶粘剂完全渗入云母纸空隙,留在补强材料与云母纸界面间的胶粘剂较少,粘结性差,产生绕包工艺性差的问题。
少胶云母带的另一种制备方法是使用固体粉末胶粘剂,采用粉末上胶的方法,在云母纸上喷撒点状分布的固体粉末胶粘剂,然后在热压作用下与玻璃布复合而成。该方法虽然可以避免液体胶粘剂渗入云母纸内部,保证云母带较高的孔隙率,提高浸透性,但同样存在粉末胶粘剂自身粘结性较差,补强材料和云母纸界面剥离强度低,容易分层,造成绕包工艺性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种制取少胶云母带的方法,赋予云母带以高粘结性,同时提高云母带的孔隙度,满足绕包工艺的需求,以利应用于VPI工艺。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种少胶云母带,提高固体粉末胶粘剂和补强材料与云母纸之间的粘结性,进而提高云母带的层间粘结力,利于电机线圈等产品的包绕,改善绝缘性能。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种制取玻璃布补强少胶云母带的方法,制取的云母带的孔隙度显著提高。
本发明的又一个目的在于提供一种制取薄膜补强少胶云母带的方法,制取的云母带补强材料和云母纸之间的粘接性显著提高。
一种制取少胶云母带的方法,包括:
在补强材料上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂,再布上粉末固体胶粘剂;
在云母纸上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂;
将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接。从而大幅提高补强材料和云母纸之间的界面粘结力。
本发明的方法中,补强材料如:但不仅限于玻璃布、聚酯薄膜和聚酰亚胺薄膜等,其单独或组合应用于本发明。
本发明的方法中,液体或半固体胶粘剂如:但不限于苯氧树脂、聚酯弹性体、聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、松香树脂、石油树脂等,这些聚合物单独或组合应用于本发明,其中含有或不含溶剂。
本发明的方法中,固体粉末胶粘剂如:但不限于苯氧树脂、聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂和石油树脂等,这些聚合物单独或组合应用于本发明。
另一种制取少胶云母带的方法,包括:
在单位面积重量为18g/m2~50g/m2的补强材料上涂布0.2g/m2~5g/m2,优选地0.2g/m2~2g/m2的液体或半固体胶粘剂;再点状分布粒径为100~300目,优选地120~200目,2g/m2~10g/m2,优选地3~8g/m2的粉末固体胶粘剂;
在单位面积重量为120g/m2~250g/m2的云母纸上涂布0.5g/m2~5g/m2,优选地0.5g/m2~3g/m2的液体或半固体胶粘剂;
将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接。
采用本发明提供的方法得到的少胶云母带,具有高粘结性,补强材料和云母纸之间的层间粘结强度≥1.0N/cm2,胶粘剂含量5g/m2~15g/m2。
本发明的方法,结合了液体或半固体胶粘剂的粘附性和固体粉末胶粘剂点状分布的双重特性,利用液体或半固体胶粘剂的粘附性增强固体粉末胶粘剂与补强材料和云母纸间的粘结力,从而可以使用粒径更加细小的固体粉末胶粘剂,提高胶粘剂的分布均匀性,在降低整体胶含量的同时,显著提高补强材料和云母纸之间的粘接性,并可应用于玻璃布补强和薄膜补强两种少胶云母带的制备,提高其绕包工艺性。

在补强材料上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂,再布上粉末固体胶粘剂;
在云母纸上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂;
将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接。从而大幅提高补强材料和云母纸之间的界面粘结力。
补强材料选自于玻璃布、聚酯薄膜和聚酰亚胺薄膜等。
液体或半固体胶粘剂选自于苯氧树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酯弹性体、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂、石油树脂、聚丁二烯环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚丙烯酸树脂之一种或几种。该些胶粘剂均已商品化,可以通过市售获得。
固体粉末胶粘剂选自于苯氧树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂和石油树脂之一种或几种。该些胶粘剂均已商品化,可以通过市售获得。
实施例1
在单位面积重量为18g/m2~50g/m2的补强材料上涂布0.2g/m2~5g/m2的液体或半固体胶粘剂,再点状分布2g/m2~10g/m2的粉末固体胶粘剂;
在单位面积重量为120g/m2~250g/m2的云母纸上涂布0.5g/m2~5g/m2的液体或半固体胶粘剂;
将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接。各个试样所用补强材料和胶粘剂参见表1。

实施例2
将实施例1制得各种少胶云母带,与市售产品进行比对检测,各项内容如下表2所示。制得的少胶云母带的层间粘接强度显著提高,而对于玻璃布补强的少胶云母带透气性(即孔隙度)得到显著改善。

Claims (8)
1.一种制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于包括
在补强材料上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂,再布上粉末固体胶粘剂;
在云母纸上预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂;
将补强材料和云母纸热压复合,使得补强材料上的胶粘剂和云母纸上的胶粘剂互相粘接;
所述的粉末固体胶粘剂点状分布于已经预涂布液体或半固体胶粘剂的补强材料上;
所述云母纸的单位面积重量为120g/m2~250g/m2;
所述云母纸上涂布的液体或半固体胶粘剂用量为0.5g/m2~3g/m2;
所述补强材料上涂布的液体或半固体胶粘剂的用量为0.2g/m2~2g/m2;
所述粉末固体胶粘剂的用量为2g/m2~10g/m2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述补强材料选自于玻璃布、聚酯薄膜和聚酰亚胺薄膜之一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述的粉末固体胶粘 剂选自于苯氧树脂、聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、松香树脂、石油树脂和有机硅树脂之一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述的液体或半固体胶粘剂选自于苯氧树脂、聚酯弹性体、聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂、萜烯树脂、萜烯酚树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、松香树脂和石油树脂之一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述补强材料的单位面积重量为18g/m2~50g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述粉末固体胶粘剂的粒径为100~300目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述粉末固体胶粘剂的粒径为120~200目。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制取少胶云母带的方法,其特征在于所述的补强材料和所述的云母纸经热压复合后制得的少胶云母带层间粘结强度≥1.0N/cm2,胶粘剂含量5g/m2~15g/m2。
