step S603, when the data monitoring termination instruction is received, stopping recording the control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring termination instruction;
step S604, counting all the recorded control data corresponding to the user to generate a control data statistical table;
and step S605, sending the control data statistical table to the hotel management system.
In this embodiment, the start flag of the control data record of the apparatus is the successful completion of the check-in procedure by the guest on the hotel management system, and the end flag of the control data record is the successful completion of the check-out procedure by the guest on the hotel management system. The check-in and check-out information of the guest is transmitted to the intelligent equipment management and control system through the network by the hotel management system, and the system starts to process data from the corresponding guest room by taking the check-in and check-out information as a node. In this embodiment, if the guest temporarily has no related data for the first time of staying in the hotel, the front desk service staff may make some simple customized adjustments to the device to be stayed in the room according to the basic information, such as adjusting the voice broadcast gender of the sound box according to the gender of the guest or opening some specific scene modes in advance. Control instructions sent by front desk personnel are transmitted to each device to be controlled in the guest room through the hotel management system through the network, signals are transmitted through the network without time delay, and a specially-assigned person is not required to go to the manual control device in the guest room.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another method for controlling smart devices in guest rooms of a smart device management and control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in one embodiment, preferably, the method further includes:
step S801, receiving an operation state recovery instruction input by hotel personnel;
and S802, controlling all the intelligent devices in the guest room to be restored to a preset state according to the running state restoration instruction.
In this embodiment, after the guest leaves the room, the useless data in the guest room can be quickly and simply cleared and the default setting of the guest room can be recovered without passing through the hotel management system, and meanwhile, the setting, triggering and the like of some customized scenes are realized. Specifically, a voice instruction such as "the room has returned/the room has been cleaned" may be set, and the controlled device, after receiving the instruction, in any state, needs to be restored to a state set in advance, where the device state and the triggered instruction content may be flexibly modified and adjusted. When a guest leaves a room on the exit day, the hotel management system is not required to trigger, the foreground only needs to inform a cleaning service staff of the guest room, and all equipment in the guest room can be immediately restored to the initial state by sending the voice command to the guest room after cleaning, and a specially-assigned person is not required to check and adjust all intelligent equipment one by one.

the query module 91 is configured to, after receiving check-in information of a user, query whether historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists according to the check-in information of the user;
the analysis module 92 is used for analyzing historical intelligent device control data of the user from the historical habit configuration data when the historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists;
the first sending module 93 is configured to send the historical intelligent device control data and the check-in information to an intelligent device management and control system, so that the intelligent device management and control system controls a corresponding target intelligent device according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent device control data.
Figure 10 is a block diagram of another intelligent device control apparatus for use in a room of a hospitality management system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a second sending module 1001, configured to send a data monitoring start instruction to the intelligent device management and control system according to the check-in information when it is found that there is no historical habit configuration data matching the user, so that the intelligent device management and control system starts to record control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring start instruction, where the control data includes: control time, control mode, control content and control result.
Figure 11 is a block diagram of yet another intelligent device control apparatus for use in a room of a hospitality management system, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a third sending module 1101, configured to send a data monitoring termination instruction to the intelligent device management and control system when the room returning information of the user is received, so that the intelligent device management and control system stops recording control data of each intelligent device in a guest room of the user according to the data monitoring termination instruction, performs statistics on all recorded control data corresponding to the user, generates a control data statistics table, and sends the control data statistics table to the hotel management system;
the first receiving module 1102 is configured to receive a control data statistics table sent by the intelligent device management and control system, and determine and store historical habit configuration data of the user according to the control data statistics table.
Figure 12 is a block diagram of yet another intelligent device control apparatus for use in a room of a hospitality management system, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a presentation module 1201, configured to present the historical habit configuration data when it is found that the historical habit configuration data matching the user exists; or
A second receiving module 1202, configured to receive target smart device control data input by hotel staff when it is found that there is no historical habit configuration data matching the user;
a fourth sending module 1203, configured to send the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information to the intelligent device management and control system, so that the intelligent device management and control system controls the corresponding target intelligent device according to the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information.
Fig. 13 is a block diagram of an intelligent device control apparatus in a guest room for an intelligent device control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 13, according to a fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for controlling a smart device in a guest room, the apparatus being used in a smart device management and control system, the apparatus including:
a third receiving module 1301, configured to receive check-in information of the user and historical intelligent device control data sent by the hotel management system;
a first determining module 1302, configured to determine, according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent device control data, first target intelligent devices and first target control instructions corresponding to each first target intelligent device;
and the first control module 1303 is configured to control the corresponding first target intelligent device to operate according to the first target control instruction.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram of another smart device control apparatus for use in a guest room of a smart device control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 14, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a fourth receiving module 1401, configured to receive a data monitoring start instruction and a data monitoring stop instruction sent by the hotel management system;
a recording module 1402, configured to, when receiving the data monitoring start instruction, start to record control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring start instruction, where the control data includes: control time, control mode, control content and control result;

a generating module 1404, configured to perform statistics on all recorded control data corresponding to the user, and generate a control data statistics table;

As shown in fig. 15, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a fifth receiving module 1501, configured to receive check-in information of the user and target intelligent device control data sent by the hotel management system;
a second determining module 1502, configured to determine, according to the check-in information and the target intelligent device control data, second target intelligent devices and second target control instructions corresponding to each second target intelligent device;
and the second control module 1503 is configured to control the corresponding second target intelligent device to operate according to the second target control instruction.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram of another smart device control apparatus for use in a guest room of a smart device control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 16, in one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a sixth receiving module 1601, configured to receive an operation state recovery instruction input by a hotel worker;
a restoring module 1602, configured to control all the intelligent devices in the guest room to restore to a preset state according to the operation state restoring instruction.
According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent device control system in a guest room, including:
an intelligent device control apparatus for use in a room of a hospitality management system as described in any of the embodiments of the third aspect or the third aspect; and
the intelligent device control apparatus for use in a guest room of an intelligent device management and control system according to any one of the fourth aspect and the fourth aspect.
According to a sixth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent device control apparatus in a guest room, including:
a touch-sensitive display;
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method as described in the first aspect or any of the embodiments of the first aspect.
According to a seventh aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent device control apparatus in a guest room, including:
a touch-sensitive display;
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method as described in the second aspect or any of the embodiments of the second aspect.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (17)

1. An intelligent device control method in a guest room, which is used for a hotel management system, and comprises the following steps:
after check-in information of a user is received, whether historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists or not is inquired according to the check-in information of the user;
when the historical habit configuration data matched with the user exist, the historical intelligent equipment control data of the user are analyzed from the historical habit configuration data;
and sending the historical intelligent device control data and the check-in information to an intelligent device control system so that the intelligent device control system controls the corresponding target intelligent device according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent device control data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending a data monitoring starting instruction to the intelligent device management and control system according to the check-in information so that the intelligent device management and control system starts to record control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring starting instruction, wherein the control data comprises: control time, control mode, control content and control result.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when the room returning information of the user is received, sending a data monitoring termination instruction to the intelligent equipment management and control system, so that the intelligent equipment management and control system stops recording the control data of each intelligent equipment in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring termination instruction, and counts all the recorded control data corresponding to the user to generate a control data statistical table, and sends the control data statistical table to the hotel management system;
and receiving a control data statistical table sent by the intelligent equipment management and control system, and determining and storing historical habit configuration data of the user according to the control data statistical table.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the historical habit configuration data matched with the user exist through inquiry, displaying the historical habit configuration data; or
When the historical habit configuration data matched with the user does not exist in the inquiry, target intelligent equipment control data input by hotel personnel is received;
and sending the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information to the intelligent device control system so that the intelligent device control system controls the corresponding target intelligent device according to the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information.
5. A method for controlling intelligent equipment in a guest room is used for an intelligent equipment management and control system, and comprises the following steps:
receiving check-in information of a user and historical intelligent equipment control data sent by a hotel management system;
determining first target intelligent equipment and a first target control instruction corresponding to each first target intelligent equipment according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent equipment control data;
and controlling the corresponding first target intelligent equipment to operate according to the first target control instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a data monitoring starting instruction and a data monitoring terminating instruction sent by the hotel management system;
when the data monitoring starting instruction is received, starting to record control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring starting instruction, wherein the control data comprises: control time, control mode, control content and control result;
when the data monitoring termination instruction is received, stopping recording the control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring termination instruction;
counting all recorded control data corresponding to the user to generate a control data statistical table;
and sending the control data statistical table to the hotel management system.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving check-in information of a user and target intelligent equipment control data sent by a hotel management system;
determining second target intelligent equipment and a second target control instruction corresponding to each second target intelligent equipment according to the check-in information and the target intelligent equipment control data;
and controlling the corresponding second target intelligent equipment to operate according to the second target control instruction.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving an operation state recovery instruction input by hotel personnel;
and controlling all the intelligent equipment in the guest room to be restored to a preset state according to the running state restoration instruction.
9. An intelligent device control apparatus in a guest room, for use in a hotel management system, the apparatus comprising:
the query module is used for querying whether historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists or not according to the check-in information of the user after the check-in information of the user is received;
the analysis module is used for analyzing historical intelligent equipment control data of the user from the historical habit configuration data when the historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists;
the first sending module is used for sending the historical intelligent device control data and the check-in information to an intelligent device control system so that the intelligent device control system can control the corresponding target intelligent device according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent device control data.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a data monitoring start instruction to the intelligent device management and control system according to the check-in information, so that the intelligent device management and control system starts to record control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring start instruction, where the control data includes: control time, control mode, control content and control result.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the third sending module is used for sending a data monitoring termination instruction to the intelligent device management and control system when the room returning information of the user is received, so that the intelligent device management and control system stops recording the control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring termination instruction, counts all the recorded control data corresponding to the user, generates a control data statistical table and sends the control data statistical table to the hotel management system;
and the first receiving module is used for receiving the control data statistical table sent by the intelligent equipment management and control system, and determining and storing the historical habit configuration data of the user according to the control data statistical table.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the display module is used for displaying the historical habit configuration data when the historical habit configuration data matched with the user exists; or
The second receiving module is used for receiving target intelligent equipment control data input by hotel personnel when the fact that the historical habit configuration data matched with the user does not exist is inquired;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information to the intelligent device control system so that the intelligent device control system controls the corresponding target intelligent device according to the target intelligent device control data and the check-in information.
13. An intelligent device control device in a guest room, which is used for an intelligent device management and control system, the device comprises:
the third receiving module is used for receiving the check-in information of the user and historical intelligent equipment control data sent by the hotel management system;
the first determining module is used for determining first target intelligent equipment and a first target control instruction corresponding to each first target intelligent equipment according to the check-in information and the historical intelligent equipment control data;
and the first control module is used for controlling the corresponding first target intelligent equipment to operate according to the first target control instruction.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a data monitoring start instruction and a data monitoring stop instruction sent by the hotel management system;
a recording module, configured to, when the data monitoring start instruction is received, start recording control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring start instruction, where the control data includes: control time, control mode, control content and control result;
the stopping module is used for stopping recording the control data of each intelligent device in the guest room of the user according to the data monitoring stopping instruction when the data monitoring stopping instruction is received;
the generation module is used for counting all the recorded control data corresponding to the user to generate a control data statistical table;
and the data sending module is used for sending the control data statistical table to the hotel management system.

the fifth receiving module is used for receiving the check-in information of the user and the target intelligent equipment control data sent by the hotel management system;
the second determining module is used for determining second target intelligent equipment and a second target control instruction corresponding to each second target intelligent equipment according to the check-in information and the target intelligent equipment control data;
and the second control module is used for controlling the corresponding second target intelligent equipment to operate according to the second target control instruction.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
the sixth receiving module is used for receiving an operation state recovery instruction input by hotel personnel;
and the recovery module is used for controlling all the intelligent equipment in the guest room to recover to a preset state according to the running state recovery instruction.

the intelligent device control apparatus for use in a room of a hospitality management system of any of claims 9 to 12; and
the intelligent device control apparatus for use in a guest room of an intelligent device management and control system according to any one of claims 13 to 16.
