The starter integrated with the organic oil pump comprises a starter body (1), and is characterized in that one end of an armature shaft (34) of the starter body (1) is connected with a flywheel gear ring (17) of an internal combustion engine through a clutch assembly, the other end of the armature shaft (34) of the starter body (1) is connected with an oil pump (4), an oil inlet pipe (12) of the oil pump (4) is communicated with an oil pan, an oil outlet pipe (6) of the oil pump (4) is communicated with a lubricating system, a bypass pipe (7) is arranged between the oil inlet pipe (12) and the oil outlet pipe (6), and an electromagnetic valve (11) is arranged on the bypass pipe (7); the starter is characterized by further comprising a control system, and the armature coil (35) of the starter body (1), the clutch assembly and the electromagnetic valve (11) are electrically connected with the control system.

The starter integrated with the organic oil pump as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clutch assembly comprises an engagement gear (16), a shifting fork sleeve (36), a shifting fork (19), a pull rod (20) and a coil (21), the shifting fork sleeve (36) is installed at one end of an armature shaft (34), the engagement gear (16) is installed on the armature shaft (34) on one side of the shifting fork sleeve (36), the engagement gear (16) is meshed with a flywheel gear ring (17) of the internal combustion engine and connected with the flywheel gear ring (17), the middle of the shifting fork (19) is rotatably connected with the starter body (1) through a rotating shaft (18), two ends of the shifting fork (19) are respectively connected with the shifting fork sleeve (36) and the pull rod (20), and the coil (21) is sleeved on the periphery of the pull rod (20).

The starter integrated with an organic oil pump according to claim 2, wherein the control system comprises a power supply (26) and a control module (28), the coil (21) is electrically connected with the power supply (26) through a coil signal switch (25), the coil signal switch (25) is electrically connected with the control module (28), the solenoid valve (11) is electrically connected with the power supply (26) through a solenoid valve signal switch (29), the solenoid valve signal switch (29) is electrically connected with the control module (28), the armature coil (35) of the starter body (1) is electrically connected with the power supply (26) through a circuit switching component, and the circuit switching component is electrically connected with the control module (28).

The starter integrated with an organic oil pump according to claim 3, wherein the circuit switching assembly comprises an electromagnetic switch contact (22) and a contact a (23) and a contact b (24) which are matched with the electromagnetic switch contact (22), the electromagnetic switch contact (22) is installed at one end of the pull rod (20), the contact a (23) is electrically connected with the power supply (26), the contact b (24) is electrically connected with the armature coil (35), the armature coil signal switch (31) is electrically connected between the contact a (23) and the contact b (24), and the armature coil signal switch (31) is electrically connected with the control module (28).

The starter integrated with an organic oil pump according to claim 3, wherein the control system further comprises an oil pressure sensor (27), the oil pressure sensor (27) is installed in a lubricating oil path of the lubricating system, and the oil pressure sensor (27) is electrically connected with the control module (28).
6. The starter integrated with an organic oil pump according to claim 1, wherein a check valve (8) is provided on the oil outlet pipe (6) between the bypass pipe (7) and the lubrication system.

The starter integrated with the organic oil pump is characterized in that an armature shaft (34) of the starter body (1) is connected with the oil pump (4) through a reduction gear set (3), a rear end cover (2) is arranged at one end of the starter body (1), and an end cover shaft sleeve (14) is arranged between the reduction gear set (3) and the rear end cover (2).
8. A method of controlling a starter integrated with an organic oil pump, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, before the internal combustion engine is started, the starter is controlled to drive the engine oil pump to work, lubricating oil is pumped into a lubricating oil channel of the internal combustion engine, and all parts of the internal combustion engine are lubricated;
s2, when the supply of the lubricating oil is finished, the oil pump stops supplying the lubricating oil, controls the meshing gear of the starter to be meshed with the flywheel gear ring of the internal combustion engine, and controls the starter to drive the meshing gear to rotate so as to drive the flywheel gear ring of the internal combustion engine to rotate and realize the starting of the internal combustion engine;
and S3, in the running process of the internal combustion engine, the oil pump is driven by the starter to work according to working conditions, and stable lubricating oil is provided for the lubricating channel of the internal combustion engine.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S3, the operation of the oil pump is controlled by detecting whether the pressure of the oil in the oil passage of the internal combustion engine is sufficient;
when the engine oil pressure is lower than 150kPa, the engine oil pump is automatically started to work;
when the engine oil pressure is higher than 200kPa, the engine oil pump automatically stops working.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S3, the operation of the oil pump is controlled by the magnitude of the work load of the internal combustion engine;
when the load of the internal combustion engine is 50% of the standard load, the oil pump operates to maintain the lubricating oil pressure of the lubricating oil passage at 300kPa + -30 kPa;
when the load of the internal combustion engine is 100% of the standard load, the oil pump works to maintain the lubricating oil pressure of the lubricating oil channel at 600kPa +/-30 kPa;
when the load of the internal combustion engine is other than the standard load, the oil pump operates to maintain the oil pressure in the oil passage at 330kPa to 570 kPa.
