The encapsulating material may be selected to be the same metal material as the face plate or the back plate.
The invention relates to a railway metal sound barrier system with access holes, which consists of steel upright columns (comprising H-shaped steel upright columns, a steel bottom plate, a stiffening plate, nuts and the like) and sound barrier unit plates with access holes matched with the steel upright columns, solves the problem of bolt and nut access outside the steel upright columns, does not influence the noise reduction effect, and has better stress condition.
The H-shaped steel upright column is welded at the corresponding position of the bolt and the nut on one side of the steel bottom plate, is used for inserting the unit plate and has better stress condition.
The bottom unit plate with the access hole is arranged in the clamping groove of the H-shaped steel upright post, and the bolt and the nut penetrate through the lower cross beam of the unit plate with the access hole and the opening of the decoupling rubber strip and are positioned at the position of an empty box inside the bottom unit plate with the access hole. The panel is windowed, the end sound absorption assembly is grooved, the bolt and the nut are positioned in the visible range of the window, and the bolt and nut overhauling conditions are met.
The end sound absorption assembly has a small slotted area, the empty box is encapsulated, the end sound absorption assembly is supported, the sound insulation effect is enhanced, and the noise reduction effect of the unit plate is basically not influenced.
