s3, the cover plate (5) is taken out from the driven centrifugal cylinder (8) through the matching between the buckle (21) on the cover plate (5) and the clamping groove on the fixing ring, and then the filter screen (24) is taken down from the cover plate (5) through the thread matching between the first lantern ring (22) and the second lantern ring (23), so that filter residues in the filter screen (24) are cleaned.
