The server is in communication connection with the vehicle, and particularly the server is in communication connection with a control system arranged on the vehicle. The burglar alarm is in communication connection with the control system.
The terminal, the server, the control system and the burglar alarm form a vehicle controllable system. In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle controllable system realizes the remote control of the vehicle by the terminal based on the powerful function of the internet cloud computing. For example, a user installs an Application (APP) program of the vehicle controllable system on a mobile phone, and then logs in a server to perform authentication and registration. After the user is successfully registered, the factory Identity (ID) number of the control system is input, and the vehicle is bound, so that the vehicle controllable system can be used.
The terminal includes but is not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and the like. After the application program is installed on the terminal, for example, after the APP is installed on the mobile phone, the user may use the terminal to communicate with the control system through the server, so as to control the burglar alarm to execute the operation issued by the user, or to acquire the vehicle information detected by the burglar alarm. Therefore, the terminal sends the command for controlling the vehicle, and can also receive the alarm information sent by the vehicle and acquire the vehicle state in time.
The burglar alarm can perform control operation on the vehicle according to information sent by the terminal, such as remote door opening, remote door locking, remote air conditioner opening, remote engine starting and the like. And/or the burglar alarm can detect the state of the vehicle to obtain vehicle information reflecting the vehicle state, and the burglar alarm can send the vehicle information to the terminal through the control system and the server so as to inform the user of the vehicle information on the terminal.
The control system of the embodiment of the invention comprises a main control processing unit. Referring to fig. 2, the main control processing unit is connected to the burglar alarm, and the main control processing unit and the server can communicate with each other, so that after the main control processing unit obtains a signal from the server, the main control processing unit controls the burglar alarm to generate a response signal. The master control processing unit is in communication with the immobilizer so that the master control processing unit can send a signal to the immobilizer to cause the immobilizer to perform a control operation on the vehicle. And vice versa, after the burglar alarm detects the vehicle state to obtain the vehicle information, the burglar alarm can send the vehicle information to the main control processing unit and then reflect the vehicle information to the main control processing unit, so that the vehicle information is sent to the server through communication between the main control processing unit and the server, and the server sends the vehicle information to the terminal.
In the vehicle control system according to the embodiment of the present invention, the information transfer flow is, for example, as follows:
and (3) controlling a vehicle flow: the APP on the terminal sends a control instruction, namely a cloud server, a main control Central Processing Unit (CPU) of a main control Processing Unit, a Serial interface and/or an IO port receiving and transmitting circuit (Serial port or IO port), an anti-theft device and a vehicle.
Receiving the vehicle warning information: the vehicle alarm condition, an anti-theft device, a serial interface and/or an IO port receiving and transmitting circuit, a main control CPU of a main control processing unit, a cloud server and APP on a terminal are displayed.
The vehicle controllable system comprises a terminal provided with an application program, a server, a control system arranged on a vehicle and an anti-theft device arranged on the vehicle. Therefore, the upgrading of the burglar alarm installed on the original vehicle can be realized. The functions of the original burglar alarm can be realized through remote control of a terminal, convenience is brought to users, the vehicles can be remotely opened, remotely locked, remotely opened, remotely closed, remotely started, flamed out, remotely opened rear boxes, remotely searched, remotely navigated, searched, remotely searched, temperature inquired, anti-robbed and flamed out, remote vehicle voltage detection, remotely set timing to start the vehicles, remotely set temperature to automatically start the vehicles and the like without going out of home. Meanwhile, the vehicle controllable system can also receive various vehicle alarm information, such as: illegal door opening, illegal vehicle collision, illegal hood opening, illegal boot opening, illegal ignition and the like. The vehicle controllable system is easy to install, and the control system can be used only by being connected between the original burglar alarm and the antenna control box through a three-way switching line.
As shown in fig. 3, the control system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main control processing unit, and the main control processing unit may be disposed on a control Board, for example, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
The main control processing unit includes a power IC, a main transceiver CPU, a Global Positioning System (GPS) module, a Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM)/General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) module, and a traffic data (SIM) card. The main control processing unit is directly connected with 12V direct current normal power of the automobile burglar alarm, and is processed by the power supply IC and then supplied to the main control receiving and transmitting CPU, the GPS module and the GSM/GPRS module for normal work. The transceiving master control CPU, the GPS module and the GSM/GPRS module are interconnected and inseparable. The GSM/GPRS module is a mobile communication module, and is externally connected with an SIM card so as to be used as a communication carrier. The main transmitting and receiving CPU and the server transmit information mutually.
Further, the specific implementation manner of the connection between the main control processing unit and the burglar alarm circuit can be referred to fig. 4. The control system can control any burglar alarm already installed in the vehicle, so that the vehicle owner can control the vehicle from a limited distance to an infinite distance.
In some embodiments, after the user successfully controls the burglar alarm to execute the control operation on the vehicle through the terminal, the burglar alarm host sends a prompt message to the main control processing unit to remind the controlled command that the action is completed and successful. At this time, the CPU of the main control processing unit determines different kinds of information by capturing a change in the first vehicle information transmitted from the immobilizer, so that the information can be transmitted to the terminal.
Through the mode, the vehicle is remotely controlled by the terminal. The control system of the embodiment of the invention can be obtained by upgrading on the basis of the original burglar alarm of the vehicle, thereby changing the original anti-theft system into a remote control terminal APP controllable system under the conditions of not damaging the original vehicle circuit and not influencing the vehicle stability.
It is to be understood that fig. 1 to 4 are only exemplary illustrations of the control system and the control method related to the embodiment of the present invention, and do not specifically limit the control system and the control method related to the embodiment of the present invention.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the apparatus described above with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the control method is applied to a control system, the control system is disposed on a vehicle, and the control system includes a main control processing unit. The control system may be as in the control systems of fig. 1-4.
Referring to fig. 5, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 501: the main control processing unit acquires a first control instruction sent by the server.
The first control instruction is an instruction obtained by the server from the terminal. The first control instruction may be an instruction generated by a user through a control terminal, and the first control instruction is, for example, to remotely open a door, remotely lock the door, remotely turn on an air conditioner, remotely turn off the air conditioner, remotely start a vehicle, and remotely turn off the vehicle.
The user generates a first control instruction through the control terminal, and after the first control instruction is sent to the server, the server sends the first control instruction to the main control processing unit.
The detailed description of the terminal, the server and the main control processing unit can be referred to in fig. 1-4.
Optionally, when the main control processing unit includes a mobile communication module, for example, as shown in fig. 3, and the mobile communication module is a GSM/GPRS module, the step of the main control processing unit acquiring the first control instruction sent by the server may specifically include: the main control processing unit obtains a first control instruction sent by the server from the mobile network through the mobile communication module. Therefore, through the communication of the mobile network, the server and the main control processing unit can realize long-distance communication, and the terminal is a terminal which can be accessed to the mobile network, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and other devices, so that a user can install an application program by using the existing device and then realize the method of the embodiment of the invention.
Step 502: the main control processing unit generates a second control instruction according to the first control instruction.
Wherein the second control instruction and the first control instruction perform the same control operation on the vehicle. The second control instruction is different from the first control instruction in that the first control instruction is sent to the main control processing unit by the server, and the second control instruction is generated by the main control processing unit.
Step 503: and the main control processing unit sends a second control instruction to the burglar alarm.
And after the main control processing unit generates a second control instruction, the second control instruction is sent to the vehicle, so that the burglar alarm executes control operation on the vehicle according to the second control instruction.
After the burglar alarm acquires the second control instruction, the burglar alarm can execute control operation on the vehicle according to the instruction of the second control instruction, and the control operation is also the control operation instructed by the first control instruction, so that the user can remotely control the vehicle through the terminal.
Optionally, the master control processing unit and the burglar alarm are disposed on the same vehicle, so that the master control processing unit and the burglar alarm can perform short-distance data communication, and at this time, the master control processing unit and the burglar alarm may include a serial interface and/or an IO interface transceiver circuit. Therefore, the step of the burglar alarm sending the second control instruction to the vehicle specifically comprises the following steps: and the burglar alarm sends a second control instruction to the vehicle through the serial interface and/or the IO port.
The above describes a scenario in which the terminal transmits information to the immobilizer to control the vehicle, and the following describes a scenario in which the immobilizer transmits information to the terminal.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the control method is applied to a control system, the control system is disposed on a vehicle, and the control system includes a main control processing unit. The control system may be the control system shown in fig. 1-4.
Referring to fig. 6, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 601: the master control processing unit acquires first vehicle information sent by the burglar alarm.
The anti-theft device is arranged on the vehicle, and the control system and the anti-theft device are arranged on the same vehicle. The first vehicle information is information obtained by detecting the state of the vehicle by the burglar alarm.
The detection of the vehicle by the burglar alarm may be to detect a result of the control operation after the method shown in fig. 5 is executed, that is, after the control operation is executed on the vehicle, so as to determine whether the control operation is successful, and obtain control operation result information, where the control operation result information is one of specific implementations of the first vehicle information. In other embodiments, the first vehicle information is vehicle alarm information, that is, information generated when the burglar alarm detects an abnormal state of the vehicle, for example, when the burglar alarm detects that the vehicle is illegally opened, the vehicle is illegally collided, the hood is illegally opened, or the trunk is illegally opened, corresponding vehicle alarm information is generated.
After the burglar alarm detects first vehicle information obtained by the state of the vehicle, the first vehicle information can be sent to a main control processing unit arranged on the vehicle.
The detailed implementation of the burglar alarm and the control system can be referred to the detailed description of the embodiment of fig. 1-4.
Therefore, the step of the burglar alarm acquiring the first vehicle information sent by the vehicle specifically comprises the following steps: the burglar alarm acquires first vehicle information sent by the vehicle through a serial interface and/or an IO interface transceiving circuit.
Step 602: the main control processing unit controls the main control processing unit to generate second vehicle information according to the first vehicle information.
Wherein the second vehicle information and the first vehicle information represent the same vehicle state information. The second vehicle information is different from the first vehicle information in that the first vehicle information is generated by an anti-theft device and is sent to the main control processing unit by the anti-theft device; the second vehicle information is generated by the master control processing unit.
Because the burglar alarm is connected with the data line of the main control processing unit, the main control processing unit can control the main control processing unit to generate second vehicle information according to the first vehicle information.
Reference is made to the detailed description in the embodiments of fig. 1-4 for a specific implementation of the master processing unit.
Step 603: and the main control processing unit sends the second vehicle information to the server.
And after the main control processing unit generates the second vehicle information, the second vehicle information is sent to the server, so that the server sends the second vehicle information to the terminal. In this way, the terminal can execute corresponding operations, for example, notify the user using the terminal, when acquiring the second vehicle information.
Through the transfer of the control system and the server, the vehicle information detected by the burglar alarm can be sent to the terminal, so that the state information of the terminal vehicle is remotely notified.
Optionally, when the main control processing unit includes a mobile communication module, for example, as shown in fig. 3, when the mobile communication module is a GSM/GPRS module, the step of the main control processing unit sending the second vehicle information to the server specifically includes: and the main control processing unit sends second vehicle information to the server through the mobile network by using the mobile communication module.
In order to more intuitively understand the control method of the embodiment of the present invention, specific exemplary descriptions are given below for the control method of the embodiment of the present invention based on the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 6:
and the user performs automobile control operation on an operation interface on the mobile phone APP to generate a control instruction. The control instruction and the received information of the mobile phone can be transferred, stored and processed through the cloud server. Then, the server transmits the control command to a control system on the automobile through GPRS. The main control processing unit of the control system obtains the control command, the serial interface and/or the IO port sends an action command to the burglar alarm host through CPU operation and analysis, and then the burglar alarm host controls the automobile according to the control command.
The mobile phone APP of the user can also receive various returned information and alarm information of the burglar alarm. For example:
1) and after the burglar alarm successfully controls the automobile according to the control command, the main control processing unit on the automobile feeds back information to the mobile phone APP. For example, after the vehicle receives a door locking command, the burglar alarm drives a central lock of the vehicle to act, so that the door is locked. After the door is locked successfully, the burglar alarm can detect the information of the successful door locking, so that the burglar alarm transmits the information of the successful door locking to the main control processing unit through the serial interface and/or the IO port, namely, the returned information. At the moment, the main control processing unit of the control system can detect the abnormal information of the vehicle sent by the burglar alarm, and after the information is analyzed and judged to be of which type, the main control processing unit transmits the information to the server through the GSM/GPRS module, and the server informs the mobile phone APP. Therefore, the user can obtain whether the vehicle control instruction is successful or not.
2) The mobile phone APP of the user can acquire the vehicle alarm information. For example, when the vehicle is subjected to various conditions such as illegal door opening, illegal vehicle collision, illegal hood opening, illegal trunk opening, illegal ignition and the like, the burglar alarm detects the illegal conditions and generates vehicle alarm information. The burglar alarm transmits the vehicle alarm information to the main control processing unit in a data mode through a serial interface and/or an IO port. At the moment, a CPU of a main control processing unit of the control system can detect vehicle abnormal information sent by the burglar alarm, and after the vehicle abnormal information is analyzed and judged to be alarm type information, the information is transmitted to a server through a GSM/GPRS module, and the server informs a mobile phone APP. In this way, the user can be informed of the vehicle alarm dynamics within the first time.
From the above, the control system and the control method of the embodiment of the invention have the following advantages:
1) energy conservation and environmental protection: the control system of the embodiment of the invention has low energy consumption and cannot influence the atmospheric environment. The system is upgraded on the basis of the original burglar alarm, so that the vehicle owner can conveniently save the high cost of the next set of GPS system;
2) is convenient and practical: the outgoing line of the control system of the embodiment of the invention can greatly reduce the production cost of the GPS burglar alarm system and is beneficial to each consumer.
3) The installation is simple: the control system of the embodiment of the invention only needs to be connected with the burglar alarm host through the three-way data line, is simple to install and can save cost.
4) The circuit of the original vehicle is not damaged: the control system of the embodiment of the invention has no influence on the safety of the vehicle.
In summary, the control system provided in the vehicle includes a main control processing unit. The main control processing unit acquires a first control instruction sent by the server, wherein the first control instruction is an instruction obtained by the server from the terminal. And then, the main control processing unit generates a second control instruction according to the first control instruction, so that the main control processing unit sends the second control instruction to the burglar alarm to enable the burglar alarm to execute control operation on the vehicle according to the second control instruction, wherein the burglar alarm is arranged on the vehicle.
