Background
Photovoltaic cells are a net energy device that can convert sunlight into electrical energy, however, their service life is only 20-25 years. Photovoltaic panels that have reached the end of their life to be discarded are about 450 million tons. However, even if the photovoltaic panel is discarded, the photovoltaic panel itself contains silicon cells, precious metal wires, tempered glass and other recyclable materials, so that the recycling of the photovoltaic panel is of great significance in recycling the photovoltaic material and saving the cost.
At present, when the photovoltaic panel is recycled, in order to ensure the integrity of parts such as tempered glass, silicon cells and the like, the frame structure of the photovoltaic panel is generally removed firstly. The process of removing the photovoltaic panel frame generally adopts a manual dismantling method. However, after the border of the photovoltaic panel is removed, the glue remains on the edge of the photovoltaic panel. The manual removal of such colloidal substances is labor intensive, and the hazardous gases that volatilize from the colloidal substances can harm the health of the workers.
