The invention provides a data processing method and a data processing device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring customer data in a 4S store; processing the customer data to obtain preprocessing data corresponding to the customer data; transmitting the pre-processed data to a cloud server. By the data processing method and the data processing device, the obtained customer data can be processed, the preprocessed data corresponding to the customer data can be obtained and transmitted to the cloud server, the load of the cloud server is reduced, and the service data processing efficiency of the cloud server is improved.

At present, a large number of cameras and wireless access points (AP devices) are deployed in 4S stores, a large amount of data are generated every day, and the data are directly uploaded to a cloud server (which may also be referred to as a cloud server) for storage without being analyzed to remove useless data after being generated.

At present, a large number of cameras and AP (access point) equipment are deployed in a 4S store, a large amount of data are generated every day, and the data are directly uploaded to a cloud server for storage without being analyzed to remove useless data after being generated. Under the control of the front-end server, the camera identifies customers around the camera based on an opencv framework stored in the front-end server in advance, collects customer image data of the customers when the customers around the camera are determined to appear, and sends the collected customer image data to the front-end server after the customer image data are collected.

Therefore, the corresponding relation between the identification of the camera and the coordinates of the installation position of the camera can be traversed through the analyzed identification of the camera, and the position information of the camera for collecting the image data of the customer can be inquired.
In the step (4), the front-end server processes the key point data of the customer image data and the coordinate information of the camera by using an affine transformation method in an opencv architecture, and obtains the position coordinates of the customer in the 4S store corresponding to the customer image data.
The opencv architecture is used for processing the coordinate information of the camera and the key point data of the customer image data, and a process of obtaining the position coordinates of the customer in the 4S store corresponding to the customer image data is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
And 104, transmitting the preprocessed data to a cloud server.
Here, the MAC address of the mobile terminal as the preprocessed data and/or the position coordinates of the customer in the 4S store corresponding to the customer image data are uploaded to the cloud server in http + json manner and stored.

In step 202, the position coordinates of the customer in the 4S store corresponding to the customer image data may be displayed on the 4S store plan display diagram by any technology capable of obtaining a distribution thermodynamic diagram according to the coordinates in the prior art, so as to obtain a 4S in-store customer distribution thermodynamic diagram, which is not described herein again.
And if the cloud server receives the MAC address of the mobile terminal sent by the front-end server, the received MAC address of the mobile terminal is stored, the number of customers in the 4S store in the current period can be counted according to the number of the stored MAC addresses of the mobile terminal, and the counted number of the customers is sent to the front-end server to be displayed.
In summary, according to the data processing method provided in this embodiment, the position coordinates of the customer in the 4S store corresponding to the customer image data sent by the front-end server can be directly displayed on the 4S store plane display diagram, so as to obtain the 4S in-store customer distribution thermodynamic diagram, and the 4S in-store customer distribution thermodynamic diagram can be obtained without processing the customer image data of the customer, so that the load is reduced, and the business data processing efficiency is improved.
