In general, when data storage is performed between a terminal and a cloud platform, the terminal firstly sends a data storage service request to a base station, the base station then sends the data storage service request to a core network, and the core network forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the cloud platform receives a data storage service request sent by the terminal, executes data storage operation according to the data storage service request, sends a data storage result to the base station through the core network after finishing data storage, and feeds the data storage result back to the terminal through the base station. In this storage mode, the terminal needs to perform operations such as registration, authentication, session establishment, and the like in the core network during each storage process, which results in a complex storage process and a long time delay, and is likely to cause that data storage backup cannot be performed between the terminal and the cloud platform in time, thereby reducing the user experience. The transmission mode of the data storage service request includes a mode of transmission on a periodic basis and a mode of transmission on demand. In the on-demand sending mode, a user presets sending conditions according to actual needs, and when the sending conditions are triggered, the terminal sends a data storage service request to the cloud platform. It should be noted that, after receiving the data storage result information, the access and mobility management functional entity may further forward the data storage result information to the terminal through the mobile access network.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a cloud platform. As shown in fig. 5, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S501, receiving a data storage service request sent by a terminal and forwarded by an access and mobility management functional entity.
The data storage service request is sent to the cloud platform by the access and mobility management functional entity according to a sending strategy, wherein the sending strategy is formulated according to the type of the data storage service of the terminal; the type of the data storage service is obtained based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal.
In general, when data storage is performed between a terminal and a cloud platform, the terminal sends a data storage service request to a base station, the base station sends the data storage service request to a core network, and the core network forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the cloud platform receives a data storage service request sent by the terminal, executes data storage operation according to the data storage service request, sends a data storage result to the base station through the core network after finishing data storage, and feeds the data storage result back to the terminal through the base station. The storage mode has a complex flow and a long time delay, and data storage backup cannot be performed between the terminal and the cloud platform easily, so that the use experience of a user is reduced. In this embodiment, first, the access and mobility management functional entity determines the type of the data storage service, and obtains the authentication and authentication condition and/or the service occurrence condition of the terminal in the core network according to the type of the data storage service, and then formulates a corresponding sending policy, and sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, thereby simplifying the storage process, reducing the time delay, and ensuring that the data storage backup is performed between the terminal and the cloud platform in time. Specifically, the terminal sends the data storage service request to the access and mobility management entity through the base station. After receiving the data storage service request, the access and mobility management entity judges the type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal, formulates a sending strategy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service, and then sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending strategy.
In the first embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a completely invalid service, it indicates that the terminal has not performed the storage service in the core network, and the terminal has not performed registration and authentication in the core network, so that the terminal needs to perform registration and authentication in the core network before sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends a data storage service request to a session management functional entity, and the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration through a unified data management entity so as to register the terminal in a core network; in addition, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication so as to realize the authentication of the terminal in the core network; after the terminal completes registration and authentication/certification in the core network, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform. And the cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the user plane functional entity.
In the second embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a session invalidity service, it indicates that the terminal has performed the storage service in the core network, and the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, but the session connection of the storage service has lost validity, and therefore, the terminal needs to forward the data storage service request to the cloud platform through the user plane functional entity. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform after receiving the data storage service request. And the cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the user plane functional entity.
In the third embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a valid service, it indicates that the terminal has performed the storage service in the core network, the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, and the session connection of the storage service is still in a valid state, and the access and mobility management functional entity directly sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform. And the cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the access and mobility management functional entity.
Step S502, storing the data of the terminal according to the data storage service request.
And after receiving the data storage service request, the cloud platform stores the data of the terminal according to the period/condition required in the data storage service request.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a data storage method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a cloud platform, and is basically the same as the fifth embodiment of the present invention, except that: and after the terminal data is stored, sending data storage result information to the terminal. As shown in fig. 6, the data storage method may include the steps of:
step S601, receiving a data storage service request sent by a terminal and forwarded by an access and mobility management functional entity.

Step S602, storing the data of the terminal according to the data storage service request.

And after the cloud platform stores the terminal data, sending data storage result information to the terminal so that a user can obtain the result of the data storage. It should be noted that when the terminal sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform, the data storage service request needs to be sent according to a sending policy corresponding to the type of the data storage service, and correspondingly, when the cloud platform sends the data storage result information to the terminal, the sending operation also needs to be executed according to the type of the data storage service.
In a first embodiment, when the data storage service is a completely invalid service, the cloud platform sends data storage result information to the user plane functional entity. The data storage result information includes contents such as storage version information and update time information. After receiving the data storage result information, the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage result information to the session management functional entity; and after receiving the data storage result information, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage result information to the access and mobility management functional entity. And after receiving the data storage result information, the access and mobility management functional entity further forwards the data storage result information to the terminal through the mobile access network.
In a second embodiment, when the data storage service is a session invalidity service, the cloud platform sends data storage result information to the user plane functional entity. And after receiving the data storage result information, the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage result information to the access and mobility management functional entity. And after receiving the data storage result information, the access and mobility management functional entity further forwards the data storage result information to the terminal through the mobile access network.
In a third embodiment, when the data storage service is a validity service, the cloud platform directly sends the data storage result information to the access and mobility management functional entity. And after receiving the data storage result information, the access and mobility management functional entity further forwards the data storage result information to the terminal through the mobile access network.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a data storage device according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to an access and mobility management functional entity. As shown in fig. 7, the data storage device includes: an entity receiving module 701, a judging module 702, a formulating module 703 and an entity sending module 704.
An entity receiving module 701, configured to receive a data storage service request sent by a terminal.
The access and mobility management functional entity is a main functional unit of the 5G core network and is responsible for access and mobility management of the terminal equipment; the data storage service request comprises terminal and user information, terminal database information, terminal data storage information, cloud platform information and the like.
Generally, when data is stored between a terminal and a cloud platform, the terminal needs to perform operations such as registration, authentication, session establishment and the like in a core network in each storage process, so that the storage process is complex, further time delay is large, data storage backup cannot be performed between the terminal and the cloud platform in time, and use experience of a user is reduced. In this embodiment, the type of the data storage service is determined, the authentication and authentication condition and/or the service occurrence condition of the terminal in the core network is obtained according to the type of the data storage service, a corresponding sending strategy is formulated, and the data storage service request is sent to the cloud platform according to the sending strategy, so that the storage process can be simplified, the time delay is reduced, and the data storage backup between the terminal and the cloud platform can be ensured in time.
The transmission mode of the data storage service request includes a mode of transmission on a periodic basis and a mode of transmission on demand.
In one embodiment, the terminal sends the data storage service request to the base station, and the base station receives the data storage service request from the terminal and forwards the data storage service request to the access and mobility management functional entity. The access and mobility management functional entity receives a data storage service request forwarded by the base station through the entity receiving module 701.
A determining module 702, configured to determine a type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and an identifier of a protocol data unit session of the terminal.
The types of the data storage service comprise a complete invalidity service, a session invalidity service and an availability service. The type of the data storage service can reflect the validity state of the data storage service, and the authentication condition and/or the service occurrence condition of the terminal in the core network can be presumed according to the validity state of the data storage service.
In one embodiment, the determining module 702 determines the type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal, including:
firstly, whether cloud platform information is reserved in the access and mobility management entity is judged. When the cloud platform information is not reserved in the access and mobility management entity, determining that the data storage service is a completely invalid service; when the cloud platform information is reserved in the access and mobility management entity, whether the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in the current protocol data unit session list or not is further judged. If the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal does not exist in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is a session invalidity service; and if the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is an effective service.
The formulating module 703 is configured to formulate a sending policy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service.
The different types of the data storage services indicate that the validity states of the data storage services are different, and the authentication conditions and/or service occurrence conditions of the corresponding terminals in the core network of the data storage services in different validity states are different. The formulating module 703 can formulate a corresponding sending policy according to the authentication condition and/or the service occurrence condition of the terminal in the core network, so as to achieve the purposes of simplifying the data storage flow and reducing the time delay.
In one embodiment, the formulating module 703 formulates a sending policy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service, including:
when the data storage service is completely invalid service, the terminal is not registered and authenticated in the core network, and the storage service does not occur. Therefore, the terminal needs to perform authentication, session establishment, and the like in the core network to send the data storage service request, and accordingly the first sending policy made by the making module 703 is to send the data storage service request to the session management functional entity by the access and mobility management functional entity, the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration to the unified data management entity, and the access and mobility management functional entity invokes the authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication, and after the terminal registration and the terminal authentication are completed, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform.
When the data storage service is a session invalidity service, the terminal is registered and authenticated in the core network, but the session of the data storage service loses validity. Therefore, the terminal needs to send the data storage service request by using the user plane functional entity, and accordingly, the second sending policy made by the module 703 is to send the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity by the access and mobility management functional entity, and forward the data storage service request to the cloud platform by the user plane functional entity.
When the data storage service is the validity service, the terminal is registered and authenticated in the core network, and the session of the data storage service also keeps validity. Accordingly, the third sending policy formulated by the formulating module 703 is to send the data storage service request directly to the cloud platform by the access and mobility management functional entity.
And the entity sending module 704 is configured to send the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, so that the cloud platform executes storage of the terminal data according to the data storage service request.
And the access and mobility management entity sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending strategies corresponding to the different types of data storage services. And after receiving the data storage service request, the cloud platform stores the terminal data according to the data storage service request.
In one embodiment, the sending module 704 sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, including:
when the data storage service is completely invalid service, it indicates that the terminal does not have storage service in the core network, and the terminal does not have registration and authentication in the core network, so that the terminal needs to register and authenticate in the core network before sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the session management functional entity through the entity sending module 704, and the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration through the unified data management entity to perform registration of the terminal in the core network; in addition, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication through the entity sending module 704 so as to realize the authentication of the terminal in the core network; after the terminal completes registration and authentication/certification in the core network, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform.
When the data storage service is a session invalidity service, it is indicated that the terminal has a storage service in the core network, the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, but the session connection of the storage service has lost validity, and therefore, the terminal needs to forward the data storage service request to the cloud platform through the user plane functional entity. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity through the entity sending module 704, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform after receiving the data storage service request.
When the data storage service is an effective service, it indicates that the terminal has performed the storage service in the core network, the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, and the session connection of the storage service is still in an effective state, so that the access and mobility management functional entity directly sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform through the entity sending module 704.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a data storage device according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to an access and mobility management functional entity. As shown in fig. 8, the data storage device includes: cloud platform receiving module 801 and cloud platform storage module 802.
The cloud platform receiving module 801 is configured to receive a data storage service request sent by a terminal and forwarded by an access and mobility management functional entity.
The data storage service request is sent to the cloud platform by the access and mobility management functional entity according to a sending strategy, wherein the sending strategy is formulated according to the type of the data storage service of the terminal; the type of the data storage service is obtained based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal.
In general, when data storage is performed between a terminal and a cloud platform, the terminal sends a data storage service request to a base station, the base station sends the data storage service request to a core network, and the core network forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the cloud platform receives a data storage service request sent by the terminal, executes data storage operation according to the data storage service request, sends a data storage result to the base station through the core network after finishing data storage, and feeds the data storage result back to the terminal through the base station. After receiving the data storage service request, the access and mobility management entity judges the type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal, formulates a sending strategy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service, and then sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending strategy.
In the first embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a completely invalid service, it indicates that the terminal has not performed the storage service in the core network, and the terminal has not performed registration and authentication in the core network, so that the terminal needs to perform registration and authentication in the core network before sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends a data storage service request to a session management functional entity, and the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration through a unified data management entity so as to register the terminal in a core network; in addition, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication so as to realize the authentication of the terminal in the core network; after the terminal completes registration and authentication/certification in the core network, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform. The cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the user plane functional entity through the cloud platform receiving module 801.
In the second embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a session invalidity service, it indicates that the terminal has performed the storage service in the core network, and the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, but the session connection of the storage service has lost validity, and therefore, the terminal needs to forward the data storage service request to the cloud platform through the user plane functional entity. Specifically, the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform after receiving the data storage service request. The cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the user plane functional entity through the cloud platform receiving module 801.
In the third embodiment, when the access and mobility management entity determines that the data storage service is a valid service, it indicates that the terminal has performed the storage service in the core network, the terminal has completed registration and authentication in the core network, and the session connection of the storage service is still in a valid state, and the access and mobility management functional entity directly sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform. The cloud platform receives the data storage service request forwarded by the access and mobility management functional entity through the cloud platform receiving module 801.
The cloud platform storage module 802 is configured to store data of the terminal according to the data storage service request.
After receiving the data storage service request, the cloud platform stores the data of the terminal through the cloud platform storage module 802 according to the period/condition required in the data storage service request.
It should be noted that each module referred to in this embodiment is a logical module, and in practical applications, one logical unit may be one physical unit, may be a part of one physical unit, and may be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, elements that are not so closely related to solving the technical problems proposed by the present invention are not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that other elements are not present in the present embodiment.

1. A data storage method is applied to an access and mobility management functional entity, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a data storage service request sent by a terminal;
judging the type of a data storage service based on cloud platform information and an identifier of a protocol data unit session of the terminal;
formulating a sending strategy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service;
sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending strategy so that the cloud platform can execute storage of terminal data according to the data storage service request;
the determining the type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal includes:
judging whether the cloud platform information is reserved;
when the cloud platform information is not reserved, determining that the data storage service is a completely invalid service;
when the cloud platform information is reserved, judging whether the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in a current protocol data unit session list or not;
when the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal does not exist in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is a session invalidity service;
when the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is an effective service;
wherein, the formulating a sending strategy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service comprises:
when the data storage service is the completely invalid service, a first sending strategy is formulated; the first sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to a session management functional entity, the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration to a unified data management entity, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication, and after the terminal registration and the terminal authentication are completed, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to a user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform;
when the data storage service is the session invalidity service, a second sending strategy is formulated; the second sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform;
when the data storage service is the validity service, a third sending strategy is formulated; wherein the third sending policy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform.
2. The data storage method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, the method further comprises:
when the data storage service is the completely invalid service, receiving the data storage result information forwarded by the session management functional entity; the data storage result information is information which is sent by the cloud platform and forwarded to the session management functional entity through the user plane functional entity.
3. The data storage method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, the method further comprises:
and when the data storage service is the session invalidity service, receiving the data storage result information which is sent by the cloud platform and forwarded by the user plane functional entity.
4. The data storage method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending policy, the method further comprises:
and when the data storage service is the validity service, receiving the data storage result information sent by the cloud platform.
5. A data storage method is applied to a cloud platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a data storage service request which is sent by a terminal and forwarded by an access and mobility management functional entity; the data storage service request is sent to the cloud platform by the access and mobility management functional entity according to a sending strategy, wherein the sending strategy is formulated according to the type of the data storage service of the terminal; the type of the data storage service is obtained based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal;
storing the data of the terminal according to the data storage service request;
when the access and mobility management functional entity does not reserve the cloud platform information, determining that the data storage service is a completely invalid service; when the access and mobility management functional entity retains the cloud platform information and the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal does not exist in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is a session invalidity service; when the access and mobility management functional entity retains the cloud platform information and the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is an effective service;
the completely invalid service corresponds to a first sending strategy, the first sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to a session management functional entity, the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration to a unified data management entity, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication, and after the terminal registration and the terminal authentication are completed, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to a user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the session invalidity service corresponds to a second sending strategy, the second sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the validity service corresponds to a third sending policy, and the third sending policy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform.
6. The data storage method according to claim 5, further comprising, after the storing the data of the terminal according to the data storage service request:
and sending data storage result information to the terminal.
7. A data storage device applied to an access and mobility management function entity, comprising:
the entity receiving module is used for receiving a data storage service request sent by a terminal;
the judging module is used for judging the type of the data storage service based on the cloud platform information and the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal;
the formulating module is used for formulating a sending strategy of the data storage service request according to the type of the data storage service;
the entity sending module is used for sending the data storage service request to the cloud platform according to the sending strategy so that the cloud platform can execute storage of terminal data according to the data storage service request;
the judging module is specifically configured to judge whether the cloud platform information is reserved; when the cloud platform information is not reserved, determining that the data storage service is a completely invalid service; when the cloud platform information is reserved, judging whether the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in a current protocol data unit session list or not; when the identification of the protocol data unit session of the terminal does not exist in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is a session invalidity service; when the identifier of the protocol data unit session of the terminal exists in the current protocol data unit session list, determining that the data storage service is an effective service;
the formulating module is specifically configured to formulate a first sending policy when the data storage service is the completely invalid service; when the data storage service is the session invalidity service, a second sending strategy is formulated; when the data storage service is the validity service, a third sending strategy is formulated; the first sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to a session management functional entity, the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration to a unified data management entity, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication, and after the terminal registration and the terminal authentication are completed, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to a user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the second sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the third sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform.

the completely invalid service corresponds to a first sending strategy, the first sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to a session management functional entity, the session management functional entity initiates terminal registration to a unified data management entity, the access and mobility management functional entity calls an authentication service functional entity to initiate terminal authentication, and after the terminal registration and the terminal authentication are completed, the session management functional entity forwards the data storage service request to a user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the session invalidity service corresponds to a second sending strategy, the second sending strategy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the user plane functional entity, and the user plane functional entity forwards the data storage service request to the cloud platform; the validity service corresponds to a third sending policy, and the third sending policy is that the access and mobility management functional entity sends the data storage service request to the cloud platform.
