The control board assembly 1 comprises a first radiator 11, an insulating heat conducting pad 12, a control board 13 and a first box shell 14, wherein a first cavity 141 is formed in the first box shell 14, the control board 13 is arranged in the first cavity 141 and is paved with the insulating heat conducting pad 12, the first radiator 11 is arranged at the top of the first box shell 14 to encapsulate the insulating heat conducting pad 12 and the control board 13, and the insulating heat conducting pad 12 is arranged between the control board 13 and the first radiator 11.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the top of the second box housing 31 is recessed with a step 311, the first box housing 14 is mounted on the step 311, and a gap 20 is formed between a step surface 3111 of the step 311 and the bottom surface 140 of the first box housing 14, so that the structure is compact, the integrity is strong, and the volume is small.
The gap 20 is filled with the insulating mat 2, and the thermal coefficient of the insulating mat 2 is larger than that of air. The thermal resistance between the power module 322 and the control board 13 is further increased, so that the high temperature is not easy to be transferred to the control board when the integrated electric module 32 works, and the working temperature of the electronic components on the control board 13 is ensured to be in a proper range, thereby prolonging the service life and the working stability of the electronic components on the control board 13.
The step 311 comprises a step surface 3111 and a step side wall 3112, the insulating heat insulation pad 2 comprises a side heat insulation plate 22 and a plane heat insulation plate 21, the plane heat insulation plate 21 is paved on the step surface 3111, the side heat insulation plate 22 is attached to the step side wall 3112, the structure is simple and reasonable, the installation is convenient, and the heat insulation effect between the control panel assembly 1 and the integrated electric module assembly 3 is further improved.

The control board 13 is connected with the integrated electrical module 32 by the connector 4 and transmits control signals, and the first box shell 14 and the second box shell 31 are respectively provided with a first through hole 142 and a second through hole 313 for the pins of the connector 4 to pass through, so that the integrated electrical module is simple and reasonable in structure and strong in integrity.
The first radiator 11 and the second radiator 323 are both made of aluminum plates, the top of the first radiator 11 extends out of the first radiating teeth 111, the bottom of the second radiator 323 extends out of the second radiating teeth 3231, and the radiator is simple in structure, good in radiating effect and independent of each other, and can effectively reduce the temperature of electronic components on the control board 13, so that the performance of the power module of the integrated BSG motor controller is fully exerted, and meanwhile, the service life of the electronic components on the control board is guaranteed.
