Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the drawings are described in detail below.
The inventor finds that the conventional coin exchange machine detects the authenticity of the coin firstly when a user exchanges the coin in the conventional coin exchange machine, and returns the coin to the user without exchanging the coin if the coin is a counterfeit coin. However, the sensor for identifying the authenticity of the coin is expensive to manufacture, and the installation of the identification sensor increases the complexity of the structure of the changer. Moreover, with the continuous upgrading of the counterfeiting technology, the conventional exchange machine inevitably receives counterfeit money, so that a great deal of loss is caused.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a coin exchange method, which does not detect and identify the true and false of the coin in the user exchange process, but first obtains the identity information of the user, binds the identity information of the user and the position of the coin put into the user in a coin bank, and stores the mapping relationship between the identity information of the user and the position of the coin in the coin bank. When the staff finds that the coins have problems, the user identity information of the thrown coins can be found out based on the position information of the coins in the coin bank and the mapping relation, and therefore the target users can be traced. By the method, the exchange efficiency can be improved, the cost of the exchange machine can be reduced, and the customer consciousness can be improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the coin exchange method provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, which is a flowchart of a coin exchange method provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101: and acquiring user identity information.
In this embodiment, when the user performs coin exchange, the identity information of the user is collected first, and the identity information of the user is used to uniquely indicate the identity of the user.
In some possible implementation manners, in order to avoid the user from using the false identity card for exchange, when the user identity information is collected, the false authentication can be prevented by acquiring the biological information of the user. For example, the biometric information may be face information, fingerprint information, iris information, or the like. Specifically, firstly, the face information or fingerprint information of the user is acquired, and then the identity information of the user is determined according to the face information or fingerprint information of the user. In practical application, when the face information or the fingerprint information of the user is acquired, the face information or the fingerprint information of the user can be compared with the face information or the fingerprint information of the user stored in the public security system, so that the user identity information of the user is acquired according to a comparison result.
S102: the position of coins input by a user in the coin bank is obtained.
In this embodiment, after the user identity information of the user is acquired, the position of the coin put in by the user in the coin bank is recorded.
When coins enter the coin magazine, the coins are sequentially stored in the order of entry. For example, as shown in the schematic view of fig. 2, all the coins deposited by the users are sequentially stored in the coin bank according to the entering sequence, and the exchange system records the positions of the coins deposited by the users in the coin bank. If there are 100 coins in the current coin bank, when the user a exchanges coins, the position of the first coin inserted by the user a in the coin bank is 101, and then 101 is recorded. Of course, the exchange system may record the position of the coin in the coin bank in other forms, and this embodiment is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, in the actual exchange, the user can input coins of different denominations, and in order to facilitate counting by the staff, different coin banks are set for the coins of different denominations, so that the coins of a certain denomination are stored in the corresponding coin bank. For example, a coin with a denomination of 0.1 yuan, a coin bank with a denomination of 0.5 yuan, and a coin bank with a denomination of 1 yuan are provided. In this case, when the user inserts a coin, it is necessary to specify a coin bank into which the coin is to be inserted and acquire the coin bank identification.
In some implementations, when a user plunges a coin, the changer may detect a diameter of the coin, the denomination of the coin being determined by the diameter of the coin; and identifying the coin bank corresponding to the face value of the coin. Due to the different sizes of different coins, for example, the diameter of a 1-yuan coin is 25.00 mm, the diameter of a 0.5-yuan coin is 20.50 mm, and the diameter of a 0.1-yuan coin is 22.50 mm, the denomination of the coin is determined by the diameter of the coin, and the identifier of the coin bank into which the coin is about to enter can be obtained.
The acquired coin bank identification may indicate which coin bank when there is a coin bank for each denomination in the exchange machine. For example, the exchange machine includes 1 0.1 yuan coin bank, 1 0.5 yuan coin bank and 1 yuan 1 coin bank, and the coin bank identifier may be 0.1, 0.5 and 1, respectively, and the coin bank into which the coin enters may be known through the coin bank identifier.
When each denomination of coin in the exchange machine corresponds to a plurality of coin banks, the acquired coin bank identification not only indicates which coin bank, but also indicates which coin bank in the coin bank. That is, when a coin of one denomination corresponds to a plurality of coin banks, the coin bank identification further includes the serial number of the coin bank. If 1 yuan of coins in the exchange machine corresponds to 3 coin banks, the coin identification can be 1-1/1-2/1-3, and the coin identification can be used for acquiring the coin bank which the 1 yuan of coins enter.
S103: and establishing a mapping relation between the user identity information and the position of the coin in the coin bank, and storing the mapping relation.
In this embodiment, after the position of the coin inserted by the current user in the coin bank is obtained, a mapping relationship between the user identity information and the position of the coin in the coin bank is established, and the mapping relationship is stored.
It will be appreciated that when the exchange machine receives only coins of one denomination and the exchange machine includes only one coin bank, only the location of the coin in the coin bank needs to be obtained. When the exchange machine receives coins with only one face value and comprises a plurality of coin storehouses, or when the exchange machine receives coins with multiple face values and each coin value corresponds to one coin storehouse, the identification of the coin storehouse into which the coin enters and the position of the coin in the coin storehouse need to be acquired.
When the coin bank identification corresponding to the coin is obtained, and the mapping relation is established, the mapping relation among the user identity information, the coin bank identification and the position of the coin in the coin bank is established, and the mapping relation is stored. For example, the exchange machine includes a coin bank of 0.1 yuan coins, 1 coin bank of 0.5 yuan and 1 coin bank of 1 yuan, the user inserts a 0.5 yuan coin, obtains the coin bank identifier 0.5 corresponding to the coin, and establishes the mapping relationship at the position 50 in the coin bank, that is, the 0.5 yuan coin inserted by the user is the 50 th coin in the coin bank: user a-0.5-50; the user puts in a 1 yuan coin, obtains the coin bank label 1 corresponding to the coin and the position 100 in the coin bank, and establishes the mapping relation as follows: users a-1-100.
For another example, the exchange machine includes 1 0.5-yuan coin bank and 2 1-yuan coin banks, the user inserts one 1-yuan coin, obtains the coin bank identifier 1-2 corresponding to the coin (the coin is inserted into the 2-yuan bank of the 1-yuan coin bank), and establishes the mapping relationship at the position 101 in the coin bank as follows: user a-1-2-101.
Therefore, the coin exchange method provided by the embodiment of the application can realize the binding between the coin and the user. When the vault personnel count the coins, counting the retrieved coins in sequence, and when a problem coin is encountered, positioning a target user through the position information of the problem coin and a pre-stored mapping relation, wherein the specific implementation mode is as follows:
one is that when the established mapping relation comprises user identity information and the position of a coin in a coin bank, the position information of a target coin input by a worker is received, wherein the position information refers to the position of the target coin in the coin bank, and the target coin is a counterfeit coin; obtaining target user identity information corresponding to the target coin according to the position information of the target coin and the mapping relation; and displaying the identity information of the target user to a worker. For example, if the input position information of the target coin is 100, the system determines that the corresponding target user is the user a through inquiry, acquires the user identity information of the user a, and displays the user identity information to the staff for the staff to perform subsequent processing.
Firstly, when the established mapping relation comprises user identity information, a coin bank identifier and the position of a coin in a coin bank, receiving position information of a target coin and the coin bank identifier input by a worker, wherein the position information refers to the position of the target coin in the coin bank, and the target coin is a counterfeit coin; obtaining target user identity information corresponding to the target coin according to the position information of the target coin, the coin bank identification and the mapping relation; and displaying the identity information of the target user to a worker. For example, if the identifier of the coin bank where the input target coin is located is 1-2 and the location information is 101, the system determines that the corresponding target user is the user a through inquiry, acquires the user identity information of the user a, and displays the user identity information to the staff.
Specifically, when the system acquires the user identity information, counting the counterfeit money amount corresponding to the target user identity information, judging whether the current corresponding counterfeit money amount reaches a preset condition, and if so, alarming; otherwise, the money amount of the counterfeit money appearing under the user name is increased. That is, the money amount of the counterfeit money when the user exchanges can be accumulated, and when the money amount of the counterfeit money corresponding to a certain user reaches a threshold value, the user can be determined to intentionally use the counterfeit money, and then an alarm is given. For example, when the amount of money accumulated by the user A to exchange counterfeit money reaches 50 yuan, an alarm is given, and the system can add the user to a blacklist.
As can be seen, in the exchange scheme provided in this embodiment, when the user exchanges coins, the identity information of the user is first obtained. At the same time, the position of the coins deposited by the user in the coin bank is recorded. That is, when the user deposits a coin, the positional information at which the coin entered the coin bank is acquired. And after the user identity information and the position of the coin in the coin bank are acquired, establishing a mapping relation between the user identity information and the position of the coin, and storing the mapping relation. Therefore, by the method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the user exchanges the coins, the authenticity judgment is not needed to be carried out firstly, and the exchange efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, by recording the mapping relation between the coins exchanged by each user and the user identity information, when the coins have problems, the target users can be traced through the mapping relation, and the efficiency of workers and the customer consciousness are improved.
For ease of understanding, referring to the framework diagram shown in fig. 3, a redemption system implementing the above scheme may include a redemption machine and a banking system, as shown in fig. 3. Before using the change machine, a user needs to enter fingerprint information and face information of the user through face recognition or fingerprint recognition registration. When a user exchanges coins, the identity information of the current user needs to be verified through face recognition or fingerprint recognition. After the user identity is determined, the user can put the coins into the machine inlet, the laser sensor is arranged at the machine inlet, the diameter of the coins is obtained according to the distance for shielding the laser sensor, the face value of the coins is judged according to the diameter of the coins, and therefore the coins are determined to enter different coin banks. The exchange machine records the number of coins exchanged by each user, matches the sequence (position) of the coins in the coin bank with the user identity information, and stores the matched information in the bank system. The coin bank is provided with a coin bank identification and a coin bank, wherein the coin bank identification is used for identifying the coin bank identification, and the coin bank identification is used for identifying the coin bank identification. The bank system obtains corresponding user identity information according to the coin sequence, the user identity information is displayed to staff of a bank butt-joint user, the staff processes the information according to the information provided by the system, and the problem coin tracing is guaranteed.
