Because of the existing money transfer schemes, money transfers must be initiated by the transferor, there is a lack of a scheme for initiating money transfers by the transferee. In practice, the recipient may have a greater incentive to initiate the money transfer than the transferor, thus, by providing the recipient to initiate the money transfer, the transferor may be prevented from intentionally delaying the money transfer.
The present specification provides a money transfer execution method, which may be described below with reference to the example shown in fig. 1, and which may be applied to a money transfer system including a client of a transferee, a server providing money transfer service, and a client of a transferor. The method may comprise the steps of:
step 110: the client of the receiver responds to the remittance amount and the remittance information input by the receiver and generates a remittance application request containing the remittance amount and the remittance information.
Step 120: and the client of the payee sends the remittance application request to the server.
The client of the recipient may be an APP (application) on software corresponding to the service providing the remittance service, such as an APP of a mobile phone bank or an APP of an electronic wallet.
The server may be a server providing remittance services, a cluster of servers, or a cloud platform built from a cluster of servers.
A schematic diagram of a money transfer execution system as shown in fig. 2, using APP as an example. The system in fig. 2 includes a server, an application APP of a receiver, and an application APP of a sender.
The transferee may fill out the money transfer amount and the money transfer information on the APP. The money transfer information includes transferee information and transferor information. The account of the transferee and the account of the transferor can be uniquely determined by the money transfer information.
The money transfer information may also be different for different money transfer approaches.
For example, in the case of money transfer using a bank card, the transferee information and the transferor information may refer to a bank card number and a card holder name.
For example, when an electronic wallet is used for transferring money, the payee information and the transferor information may refer to an electronic wallet account (e.g., an electronic mailbox, a mobile phone number, etc.).
The APP responds to the remittance amount and the remittance information filled by the payee to generate a remittance application request containing the remittance amount and the remittance information; and sending to the server.
Step 130: the server side responds to a remittance application request initiated by a payee side and generates a remittance order corresponding to the remittance application request.
Step 140: and the service end sends the remittance order to a designated remittance party according to the remittance information.
The server side responds to the request for remittance application after receiving the request for remittance application sent by the client side of the payee. And generating a corresponding remittance order according to the remittance amount and the remittance information contained in the remittance application request.
Wherein the remittance order declares a remittance amount, remitter information and recipient information.
The remittance amount, the remitter information and the recipient information are data in a remittance application request initiated by the recipient.
After the service generates the money transfer order, the service sends the money transfer order to the money transfer party according to the money transfer information.
In one embodiment, the service end can also perform security check on the remitter information and the payee information specified in the remittance information;
and then, when the remitter information and the payee information both pass the security check, generating a remittance order corresponding to the remittance application request.
The security check as shown in fig. 2 may include KYC check (Know your customer, fully aware of your customers) and AML check (Anti-Money laudering). The account of the sender and the receiver is subjected to various examinations through KYC check, and the legality of the fund sources of the sender and the receiver is known. Whether the money transfer activity is a money laundering activity is determined by AML review.
Step 150: the client of the remitter receives a remittance order generated by the server based on the remittance application request initiated by the remitter.
Step 160: the client of the remitter sends the remittance confirmation request to the server in response to the remittance confirmation request for the remittance order initiated by the remitter.
The client of the remitter may be an APP (application) on software corresponding to a service providing remittance service, such as an APP of a mobile banking or an electronic wallet. The client of the transferor is essentially the same as the client of the transferee.
As shown in fig. 2, the APP receives and displays the remittance order issued by the server. After the remitter checks that there is no problem with the contents of the remittance order in the application APP, the remittance can confirm and pay on the application APP. The application APP generates a money transfer confirmation request in response to the remitter confirming the money transfer order and sends the money transfer confirmation request to the service.
Step 170: and the service end responds to a remittance confirmation request for the remittance order initiated by the remittance party, and transfers funds from the account of the remittance party to the account of the remittance party according to the remittance amount.
After receiving the remittance confirmation request sent by the client of the remitter, the server can transfer funds from the account of the remitter corresponding to the remitter information to the account of the receiver corresponding to the receiver information according to the remittance amount, the remitter information and the receiver information declared by the remittance order.
In one embodiment, the transferor may re-edit and modify the money transfer amount, money transfer information in the money transfer order. For example, if the remittance amount and the remittance information input by the remitter are wrong, the remitter may correct the remittance amount and the remitter information; thereby avoiding the need to initiate a remittance again after the termination of the remittance.
Accordingly, since the transferor modified the money transfer amount, money transfer information; therefore, the remittance confirmation request to be initiated needs to include the remittance confirmation amount (modified remittance amount) and remittance confirmation information (modified transferee information) confirmed by the transferor. It is worth mentioning that if the remittance amount is not modified, the remittance confirmation amount remains the original remittance amount; likewise, if the money transfer information is not modified, the money transfer confirmation information is also the original money transfer information.
After receiving the remittance confirmation request, the service end responds to the remittance confirmation request and carries out security check on remitter information and payee information appointed in the remittance confirmation information;
and after the sender information and the receiver information pass the security check, transferring funds from the account of the sender to the account of the receiver according to the remittance confirmation amount.
Similarly, since the remittance amount and the remitter information related to the remittance of the current time are changed, the result of the security check on the remittance application request is invalid before, and the service end may perform the security check on the remitter information and the remittance confirmation information confirmed by the remitter included in the remittance confirmation request again. Wherein the security check may comprise a KYC check and/or an AML check. With the above embodiments, the money transfer may be initiated by the transferee and performed after confirmation by the transferor. This may avoid the problem of the transferor intentionally delaying the money transfer.

After receiving the remittance confirmation request, the service end responds to the remittance confirmation request and carries out security check on remitter information and payee information appointed in the remittance confirmation information;
and after the sender information and the receiver information pass the security check, transferring funds from the account of the sender to the account of the receiver according to the remittance confirmation amount.
