Description

Gas double-wall pipe drainage system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drainage systems, in particular to a gas double-wall pipe drainage system.
Background
The dual-fuel container ship usually selects fuel oil and fuel gas as fuel of a host machine, a main generator set and a boiler. International regulations on the construction and equipment of bulk transport liquefied gas vessels (IGC CODE) stipulate that when gas is used as fuel, the area inside the cabin requires the use of double-walled pipes as transfer lines, otherwise the cabin is defined as a hazardous area.
The double-wall pipe is provided with an inner pipe layer and an outer pipe layer, the medium of the inner pipe is fuel gas, and the temperature of the fuel gas entering the engine room is about 0 ℃. The outer tube medium is for coming from the outside air of boats and ships, and the outer union coupling air exhauster is in order to continuously take away the air of outer tube through the air exhauster to make double-walled pipe outer tube have certain negative pressure, fresh air is constantly inhaled from the outside, thereby drives outer tube air and continuously circulates. When gas leaks from the inner pipe to the outer pipe, it is carried out of the cabin by the continuously circulating air.
Because the air on the sea contains a large amount of water vapor, after the air enters the outer pipe of the double-wall pipe, the air is cooled by the low-temperature fuel gas in the inner pipe, and most of the water vapor is cooled into condensed water. If the condensed water is not discharged in time, the condensed water can be blocked in the pipeline, so that fresh air can not enter the double-wall pipe; however, if this condensate is discharged directly into the nacelle, there is a risk that, if there is a break between the inner and outer tubes of the double-walled tube, gas will be discharged into the nacelle, thereby causing a fire.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas double-walled pipe drainage system, which can solve the technical problems in the prior art that condensed water is directly discharged to a cabin, and when there is a damage between an inner pipe and an outer pipe of a double-walled pipe, gas may be discharged to the cabin, thereby causing a fire hazard.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gas double-walled pipe drainage system, comprising:
the gas double-wall pipe comprises an outer pipe and an inner pipe, and the gas inlet of the inner pipe is connected with a gas inlet; a discharge pipe is connected to the lowest point of each bent pipe body of the outer pipe; and the connecting pipe sections of the outer pipe and each discharge pipe are provided with combustible gas detection devices;
the water outlet of the discharge pipe is connected with the water inlet of the discharge tank;
the water inlet of the discharge tank is provided with a first stop valve in a matching manner for controlling the opening or closing of the water inlet of the discharge tank; the bottom of the discharge tank is provided with a discharge port, and the discharge port is matched with a second stop valve used for controlling the opening or closing of the discharge port.
Further, a liquid level switch is arranged on the discharge tank, and the distance between the liquid level switch and the bottom of the discharge tank is larger than the distance between the liquid level switch and the top of the discharge tank.
Further, the ratio of the height of the liquid level switch from the bottom of the discharge tank to the height of the liquid level switch from the top of the discharge tank is 9: 1.
Further, the top of the discharge tank is provided with a vent hole, and the vent hole is provided with a third stop valve for controlling the vent hole to be opened or closed in a matched manner.
Further, the tank body of the discharge tank is made of seamless steel pipes, a flange assembly is welded at the upper end of the discharge tank, and a water inlet of the discharge tank is arranged on the flange assembly.
Further, the number of the discharge tanks is the same as that of the discharge pipes, and the water outlet of one discharge pipe is connected to the water inlet of one discharge tank.
Further, the number of the discharge tanks is one, and the water outlet of each discharge pipe is connected to the water inlet of the discharge tank.
Compared with the prior art, the gas double-wall pipe drainage system provided by the invention has the following technical effects:
the gas double-wall pipe comprises an outer pipe and an inner pipe, and a gas inlet of the inner pipe is connected with a gas inlet; a discharge pipe is connected to the lowest point of each bent pipe body of the outer pipe; the water outlet of the discharge pipe is connected with the water inlet of the discharge tank; a first stop valve for controlling the opening or closing of the water inlet of the discharge tank is arranged at the water inlet of the discharge tank in a matched manner; therefore, the first stop valve can be controlled to be kept in an open state, so that the condensed water in the outer pipe can be directly discharged into the discharge tank, and the condensed water is prevented from blocking the outer pipe.
Meanwhile, combustible gas detection devices are arranged on the connecting pipe sections of the outer pipe and the discharge pipes; a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the discharge tank, and a second stop valve used for controlling the opening or closing of the discharge port is arranged at the discharge port in a matched mode; therefore, before the second stop valve is opened to discharge the condensed water in the discharge tank to a cabin sewage well, whether the combustible gas detection device triggers an alarm reaction is firstly confirmed, if the alarm reaction occurs, the air inlet of the inner pipe is firstly closed, meanwhile, an exhaust fan connected with the outer pipe is controlled to extract the gas in the outer pipe, and then the gas double-wall pipe is detected and maintained until the combustible gas detection device does not trigger the alarm reaction any more; if the alarm reaction does not occur, the first stop valve is closed to cut off the passage between the discharge tank and the gas double-wall pipe, and then the second stop valve is opened to discharge the condensed water to a cabin sewage well; thereby at the tank sluicing in-process of releasing, can effectively avoid the gas to get into the cabin inside, the risk that greatly reduced conflagration took place.

The water inlet 31 of the discharge tank 3 is arranged on the blind flange.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the gas double-walled pipe 1 drainage system provided by the present invention, the number of the discharge tanks 3 is the same as the number of the discharge pipes 2, and the water outlet of one discharge pipe 2 is connected to the water inlet 31 of one discharge tank 3.
Example two
As shown in fig. 5, the drainage system of the gas double-wall pipe 1 provided in the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the number of the discharge tanks 3 is one, and the water outlet of each discharge pipe 2 is connected to the water inlet 31 of the discharge tank 3.
In summary, the drainage system of the gas double-wall pipe 1 of the present invention can keep the open state by controlling the first stop valve 32, so that the condensed water in the outer pipe 11 can be directly discharged into the discharge tank 3, and the condensed water can avoid blocking the outer pipe 11; in addition, before the second stop valve 34 is opened to discharge the condensed water in the discharge tank 3 to the cabin sump well, it is firstly determined whether the combustible gas detection device 4 triggers an alarm reaction, if the alarm reaction occurs, the air inlet of the inner pipe 12 is firstly closed, meanwhile, the exhaust fan 9 connected with the outer pipe 11 is controlled to extract the gas in the outer pipe 11, and then the gas double-wall pipe 1 is detected and maintained until the combustible gas detection device 4 does not trigger the alarm reaction any more; if no alarm reaction occurs, the first stop valve 32 is closed to cut off the passage between the discharge tank 3 and the gas double-wall pipe 1, and then the second stop valve 34 is opened to discharge the condensed water to the cabin sewage well; thereby at the 3 sluices in-process of the jar of releasing, can effectively avoid the gas to get into the cabin inside, the risk that greatly reduced conflagration took place.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
