Description
Technical Field
The application relates to quantum dot ink and a quantum dot color film.
Background
A typical quantum dot ink is cured by irradiation of ultraviolet rays. However, during the photo-curing process, the quantum dots are easily damaged by ultraviolet rays, which may cause the quantum dots to fail, thereby adversely affecting the use of the quantum dot ink.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides the quantum dot ink which does not need ultraviolet curing.
On one hand, the quantum dot ink is disclosed, and the quantum dot ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-40% of quantum dots; 5% -20% of silicon rubber; 50% -95% of organic solvent; wherein the quantum dots and the silicone rubber are dispersed in an organic solvent.
The quantum dot ink contains silicon rubber, and the silicon rubber is cured by heating, so that ultraviolet rays are not needed in the curing process, and the quantum dots are prevented from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays. And the silicon rubber has lower curing temperature, so that the damage of the temperature to the quantum dots is further reduced, and the quantum dots are not adversely affected in the curing process. In addition, the silicon rubber has better solubility in an organic solvent, so that the quantum dot ink has better stability.
In one embodiment, the silicone rubber has a cure temperature of no greater than 120 ℃.
The curing temperature of the silicone rubber means the temperature required for curing the silicone rubber. When the temperature is lower than the curing temperature, the silicone rubber is not cured. When the curing temperature of the silicon rubber is not higher than 120 ℃, the silicon rubber can be cured at 120 ℃ or below, so that the damage of the temperature to the quantum dots is reduced.
Preferably, the curing temperature of the silicone rubber may be not higher than 100 ℃ or 80 ℃ or 65 ℃.
In one embodiment, the organic solvent is selected from at least one of an alkane organic solvent or an aromatic organic solvent.
The inventor finds that the silicone rubber has good solubility and dispersibility in alkane organic solvents and aromatic organic solvents. Therefore, when the organic solvent is selected from alkane organic solvents or aromatic organic solvents, the silicone rubber can be uniformly dispersed in the organic solvents and is not easy to precipitate, so that the quantum dot ink has good stability.
Further, the alkane organic solvent includes branched and straight-chain saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon organic solvent C n H 2n+2 And a cycloalkane organic solvent C m H 2m Wherein n and m are positive integers, n is more than or equal to 10 and m is less than or equal to 18. For example, alkane organic solvents include, but are not limited to, hexane, heptane, octane, nonane, decane, undecane, dodecane, tridecane, tetradecane, pentadecane, hexadecane, heptadecane, octadecane, cyclodecane, and the like, cycloundecane, and isomers thereof.
Still further, the aromatic hydrocarbon-based organic solvent includes, but is not limited to, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene (o-), m-xylene (m-), p-xylene (p-), o-chlorotoluene, p-chlorotoluene, m-chlorotoluene, o-diethylbenzene (o-), m-diethylbenzene (m-), p-diethylbenzene (p-), o-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, p-dichlorobenzene, trimethylbenzene, tetramethylbenzene, tripentylbenzene, pentyltoluene, 1-methylnaphthalene, dihexylbenzene, butylbenzene, sec-butylbenzene, tert-butylbenzene, isobutylbenzene, dibutylbenzene, isopropylbenzene, p-methylisopropylbenzene, p-diisopropylbenzene, pentylbenzene, dipentylbenzene, dodecylbenzene, tetrahydronaphthalene, cyclohexylbenzene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene cyclohexylbenzene, 1-chloronaphthalene, 1-tetrahydronaphthalenone, 3-phenoxytoluene, 1-methoxynaphthalene, dimethylnaphthalene, 3-isopropylbiphenyl, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene biphenyl, benzyl benzoate, dibenzylether, benzyl benzoate, indane, benzyl benzene, divinylbenzene, and the like, or a mixture thereof.
In one embodiment, the quantum dot comprises a ligand selected from at least one of oleylamine, oleic acid, or dodecyl mercaptan.
The ligand of the quantum dot is selected from oleylamine, oleic acid or dodecyl mercaptan, the solubility of the quantum dot in silicone rubber and an organic solvent is improved, and the quantum dot has good dispersibility in the quantum dot ink.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the ligand to the quantum dots is in the range of 10% to 50%.
The inventors found that when the mass fraction of the ligand in the quantum dot is within this range, the quantum dot has better solubility in silicone rubber and organic solvents, so that the quantum dot has excellent dispersibility in quantum dot ink. The quantum dot ink is not easy to generate precipitation, and the stability of the quantum dot ink is improved.
In one embodiment, the viscosity of the quantum dot ink ranges from 2cP to 35cP (centipoise).
