Abstract
The invention provides a small-diameter elbow abrasive flow polishing device which comprises two parts, wherein the small-diameter elbow abrasive flow polishing device comprises a clamp clamping part and a transmission part, an I-shaped plate is arranged on an abrasive cylinder through a bolt, a connecting bolt is connected with a V-shaped limiting guide pillar through a spherical bulge, a threaded hole in the I-shaped plate is matched with the connecting bolt, and the clamping degree of the V-shaped limiting guide pillar on a small-diameter elbow can be adjusted through rotating the connecting bolt. The transmission function of transmission part realizes through the V band pulley groove on the abrasive material section of thick bamboo, utilizes the V area to connect motor pivot and abrasive material section of thick bamboo, through the rotational speed of adjusting the motor pivot, can realize the synchronous rotation of abrasive material section of thick bamboo and path return bend, lets in the abrasive material at the abrasive material entry, further realizes the interior outer wall polishing of path return bend and handles. The mechanism is convenient to install, simple and reliable to use and capable of polishing the bent pipelines with different sizes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of precision machining, in particular to a small-diameter bent pipe abrasive flow polishing device.
Background
The abrasive flow polishing technology is characterized in that in the abrasive flow processing process, a clamp is matched with a workpiece to form a processing channel, and two opposite abrasive cylinders enable abrasive to be extruded back and forth in the channel. The grinding material uniformly and progressively grinds the surface or the corners of the channel to produce polishing and chamfering effects. The small-diameter bent pipe is widely applied to the industries of aerospace, medical instruments, ship pipelines, automobile oil pipes, bathrooms, air conditioning cold pipes, lamp decorations, construction machinery and the like, and along with the continuous improvement of the requirements of the equipment manufacturing industry on the precision and the miniaturization of equipment, the quality requirements of the inner surface and the outer surface of a complex pipeline are also continuously improved.
The traditional abrasive flow polishing clamp can only polish the inner wall of a straight pipeline generally, and in order to meet the polishing treatment requirement of abrasive flow on a small-diameter elbow, the invention discloses a small-diameter elbow abrasive flow polishing device.

The invention aims to solve the problem of polishing a small-diameter bent pipe by using abrasive flow, and provides a machining device.

Further, as preferred, the I-shaped plate is connected to the grinding drum through bolts, two threaded holes are formed in the center of the I-shaped plate, and the position of the V-shaped limiting block can be controlled by adjusting the connecting bolts.

Preferably, the tail of the V-shaped limiting guide post is of a V-shaped structure, and the four V-shaped limiting guide posts are further controlled to clamp and position the small-diameter bent pipe by adjusting the connecting bolts.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a small-diameter elbow abrasive flow polishing device. The clamp clamping part comprises a connecting bolt (4), a short V-shaped limiting guide post (8), a long V-shaped limiting guide post (9) and an I-shaped plate (3), a positioning hole (3-1) and a threaded hole (3-2) are machined in the I-shaped plate (3), a cylindrical transition section (4-1) and a spherical protrusion (4-2) are machined in the connecting bolt (4), and a limiting bayonet (9-1), a cylindrical bayonet (9-2), a guide post (9-3) and a V-shaped bayonet (9-4) are machined in the V-shaped limiting guide post (9). The cylindrical transition section (4-1) and the spherical bulge (4-2) of the connecting bolt (4) are matched and connected with the limiting bayonet (9-1) and the cylindrical bayonet (9-2) of the V-shaped limiting guide post, the purpose is that when the connecting bolt (4) is rotated, the V-shaped limiting guide post (9) can do linear motion but not rotary motion, the guide post (9-3) part of the V-shaped limiting guide post (9) is in clearance fit with the guide opening (2-5) of the grinding cylinder (2), and the purpose is to ensure the single-degree-of-freedom motion of the V-shaped limiting guide post. The small-diameter bent pipe (7) is clamped by a V-shaped bayonet (9-4) on a V-shaped limiting guide post (9) through adjusting a connecting bolt (4).
The function of transmission part mainly realizes by V pulley groove (2-1) on abrasive material section of thick bamboo (2), utilizes V area to connect motor pivot and abrasive material section of thick bamboo (2), and then realizes the synchronous revolution of abrasive material section of thick bamboo and path return bend through control motor rotational speed, lets in the abrasive material at abrasive material entry (6), can realize the interior outer wall surface machining of path return bend.
