In some embodiments of the present invention, the washing cart further includes a tooth glass 24, a liquid discharge pipe 25 is disposed at the bottom of the tooth glass 24 in a communicating manner, the liquid discharge pipe 25 is connected to the waste liquid tank 8, a through hole for passing through the liquid discharge pipe 25 is disposed on the inner side wall of the carriage 1, and hooks 26 for hanging the first water pipe 12, the second water pipe 15 and the liquid discharge pipe 25 are further respectively mounted on the outer side of the carriage 1.

The tooth glass 24 in the embodiment can directly discharge and collect the washing water, the saliva and the like and store the washing water, the saliva and the like in the waste liquid tank 8, no additional storage container is needed to be provided for a patient, the cleanness in an ICU ward is ensured, and meanwhile, the infection source is reduced. In addition, a special hook 26 is arranged outside the carriage 1 so as to hang the ends of the first water pipe 12, the second water pipe 15 and the drain pipe 25, so that the used foot bath sleeve 10, the hair sleeve 13 and the tooth glass 24 are prevented from falling to cause pollution, and the new foot bath sleeve 10, the hair sleeve 13 and the tooth glass 24 are prevented from being polluted.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a locking hoop 27 is installed on the outer side of the top of the tooth glass 24, a liquid outlet is opened at the other end of the hair sleeve 13, the liquid outlet is sleeved on the outer side of the top of the tooth glass 24, and the locking hoop 27 connects the liquid outlet with the tooth glass 24 in a sealing manner.

The tooth glass 24 in the embodiment is equivalent to a transition interface and is used for discharging and collecting the liquid in the hair sleeve 13 after hair washing to the waste liquid tank 8 through the tooth glass 24, so that the hair washing of a patient in a lying state can be realized, and the hair sleeve 13 does not need to be detached to discharge the liquid in the hair sleeve 13 to the counter basin 5 independently.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the washing cart further includes a storage box 28, the storage box 28 is disposed on a side of the top of the carriage 1 away from the sprinkler head 4, disinfection articles and disposable towels are placed in the storage box 28, a top cover of the storage box 28 is rotatably opened through a hinge, a long waist hole for drawing and pulling the disposable towels is formed in the middle of the top cover, and a pull-out type garbage bin 29 is further disposed on a side surface of the washing cart.

The washing cart in the embodiment is further provided with the storage box 28 capable of storing disinfection articles or medical articles and pulling towels at one time, the storage capacity of the washing cart is improved, garbage can be placed in the compartment 1 through the pulling type garbage can 29, the ICU ward is cleaner, and the garbage in the garbage can 29 is prevented from forming an infection source outside the compartment 1.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a support seat 30 is respectively installed below the water supply tank 7 and the waste liquid tank 8, a notch is opened at the bottom of the carriage 1 at a position close to the inner side wall of the carriage 1, the support seat 30 is detachably connected with the notch at the bottom of the carriage 1, and a universal wheel 31 is installed at the bottom of the support seat 30.

The washing vehicle in the embodiment is provided with the supporting seat 30 provided with the universal wheel 31 through the bottom plates of the water supply tank 7 and the waste liquid tank 8, and the separation of the water supply tank 7 and the waste liquid tank 8 from the washing vehicle is realized through the detachable connection, so that the water supply tank 7 and the waste liquid tank 8 are convenient to replace and use, or the water supply tank 7 is convenient to move to independently pour water and the waste liquid tank 8 is convenient to move to independently discharge.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the washing cart further includes a handrail 32, a storage battery 33, a driving motor (not shown), a temperature controller 34 and a control panel 35, the handrail 32 is installed at the upper end of the outside of the compartment 1 on one side where the hook 26 is provided, a motor shaft of the driving motor is connected to the road wheel 3, the temperature controller 34 is connected to the heater 9, so that the temperature of water in the water supply tank 7 is not more than 45 ℃ after being heated, the storage battery 33 supplies power to the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump 16, the heater 9, the atomizing humidifier 11 and the atomizing humidifier 11, and the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump 16, the heater 9, the atomizing humidifier 11 and the temperature controller 34 are electrically connected to the control panel 35.

The washing vehicle in the embodiment can also travel under the driving of electric power, so that the moving capacity of the washing vehicle is improved, and the washing vehicle is more labor-saving and convenient; the handrail 32 is arranged to facilitate the walking direction control of the washing cart, and when the washing cart is located beside a bed, the handrail 32 is convenient for a patient to grasp and support and hang objects.

The wash cart in this embodiment avoids scalding skin and scalp through temperature controller 34 with the temperature control in 45 ℃, in addition, adopts control panel 35 can realize automatic operation control, improves wash cart simple operation nature, flexibility and high efficiency.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the battery 33 is a 48V dc battery, when the washing vehicle uses 220V ac power to charge the battery 33, the control panel 35 is disconnected from the battery 33, so that the washing vehicle cannot perform electrical operation, when the 220V ac power is removed and the charging is stopped, the control panel 35 can control the operation of the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump 16, the heater 9, the atomizing humidifier 11 and the temperature controller 34 through the battery 33, and the vehicle cabin is further installed with an electric leakage alarm device.

In the embodiment, when the multifunctional washing vehicle is charged by using 220v alternating current, the multifunctional washing vehicle is automatically locked (cannot work at all), the multifunctional washing vehicle can work only by pulling out the 220v alternating current power supply, and the power supply of any driving device in the multifunctional washing vehicle comes from 48v direct current; thus avoiding the electric shock caused by the contact of water or liquid drainage with a power supply in the charging process; meanwhile, the electric leakage alarm device is arranged in the carriage 1, so that the electric shock prevention warning effect is further improved, and the life safety of a user is protected.

In conclusion, the multifunctional washing vehicle for preventing ICU patient cross infection provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, easiness in operation, automatic control and complete functions, can realize convenient movement of the washing table, helps patients to automatically wash and rinse in a lying state, realizes high-efficiency protection capability of the washing vehicle through the water supply and waste liquid treatment device and the film coating device, avoids cross infection of patients and family members in the process of living nursing such as washing and rinsing, and greatly improves convenience, flexibility and high efficiency of washing and rinsing work of the patients.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles of the invention, the essential features and advantages thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. The multifunctional washing trolley capable of preventing ICU patient cross infection comprises a carriage and a washing table, and is characterized in that walking wheels are mounted at the bottom of the carriage, the washing table is arranged at the top of the carriage, a water spray head is mounted on the washing table, a basin is mounted in the washing table, a film coating device is arranged on the basin, and a disposable plastic film is attached to the interior of the basin by the film coating device; a water supply tank and a waste liquid tank are arranged below the counter basin, the water supply tank is connected with the water spray head, a heater and a water pump are arranged on the water supply tank, and the waste water barrel is connected with a water outlet of the counter basin; the washing table further comprises a foot bath device and a hair washing device, the foot bath device comprises a foot bath sleeve and an atomization humidifier, the atomization humidifier is installed inside the carriage, one end of the atomization humidifier is connected with the water supply tank, the other end of the atomization humidifier is connected with a first water pipe, and the first water pipe is connected with the foot bath sleeve; the hair washing device comprises a telescopic corrugated hair sleeve and a liquid storage bag, wherein a second water pipe is connected between the hair sleeve and the water supply tank, the liquid storage bag is installed on the side part of the second water pipe and is communicated with the second water pipe in a single direction, the liquid storage bag is fixed on the inner side wall of the carriage, and through holes for penetrating through the first water pipe and the second water pipe are respectively formed in the inner side wall of the carriage.

The multifunctional washing cart of claim 1, wherein the film covering device comprises an air pump, an air pipe and a sealing cover, the air pump is located below the counter basin, a sealing convex strip is arranged around the upper opening of the counter basin, a sealing groove matched with the sealing convex strip in size is formed in the bottom of the sealing cover, the sealing cover is detachably connected with the sealing convex strip, the plastic film is fixed in the sealing groove, a water outlet hole is formed in the middle of the plastic film, the water outlet hole of the plastic film is inserted below a water outlet of the counter basin, a plurality of air exhaust holes are uniformly formed in the periphery of the upper half of the counter basin, the air exhaust holes are connected with the air pipe, and the air pipe is connected with the air pump.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the foot bath sleeve is provided with a first sealing ring around the opening at the upper end, the first sealing ring is wrapped around the outer side of the lower leg of the patient, and the foot bath sleeve is detachably connected with the first water pipe.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 3, wherein the interior of the reservoir is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber and the second chamber are connected to the side of the second water pipe, respectively, the first chamber contains 5% -10% sodium bicarbonate solution, the second chamber contains white vinegar, buttons for squeezing the first chamber and the second chamber are arranged on the exterior of the inner side wall of the carriage, respectively, a check valve is arranged on the second water pipe and located between the reservoir and the water supply tank, the button for squeezing the second chamber is an electrical switch, the check valve and the water pump are connected to the electrical switch, and the electrical switch correspondingly opens the check valve and the water pump while squeezing the second chamber.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second sealing ring is disposed around the opening at one end of the hair cover, the second sealing ring is wrapped around the outside of the head of the patient, a plurality of massage convex balls are uniformly arranged on the inside of the hair cover, and the hair cover is detachably connected with the second water pipe.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 1 or 5, further comprising a tooth glass, wherein a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the tooth glass in a communicating manner, the drain pipe is connected with the waste liquid tank, a through hole for the drain pipe to pass through is arranged on the inner side wall of the carriage, and hooks for hanging the first water pipe, the second water pipe and the drain pipe are respectively arranged on the outer side of the carriage.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 6, wherein a locking hoop is installed on the outer side of the top of the tooth glass, a liquid outlet is arranged at the other end of the hair sleeve, the liquid outlet is sleeved on the outer side of the top of the tooth glass, and the locking hoop connects the liquid outlet with the tooth glass in a sealing manner.

The multifunctional washing cart of claim 1 or 7, further comprising a storage box, wherein the storage box is arranged at one side of the top of the compartment, which is far away from the water spray head, disinfection articles and disposable towels are placed in the storage box, a top cover of the storage box can be rotatably opened through a hinge, a long waist hole for drawing and pulling the disposable towels is formed in the middle of the top cover, and a drawing type garbage box is further arranged on the side surface of the washing cart.

The multi-function washing cart as claimed in claim 8, wherein a support seat is installed below the water supply tank and the waste liquid tank, respectively, a notch is opened at the bottom of the carriage in the vicinity of the inner side wall of the carriage, the support seat is detachably connected to the notch at the bottom of the carriage, and universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the support seat.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 1 or 9, further comprising a handrail, a storage battery, a driving motor, a temperature controller and a control panel, wherein the handrail is installed at an upper end of an outer portion of the compartment on one side where the hook is provided, a motor shaft of the driving motor is connected to the traveling wheel, the temperature controller is connected to the heater, so that the temperature of water in the water supply tank is not more than 45 ℃ after being heated, the storage battery provides power for the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump, the heater, the atomizing humidifier, the temperature controller and the control panel, and the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump, the heater, the atomizing humidifier and the temperature controller are electrically connected.

The multifunctional washing cart as claimed in claim 10, wherein the battery is a 48V dc battery, when the washing cart charges the battery with 220V ac power, the control panel is disconnected from the battery, so that the washing cart cannot be electrically operated, when the 220V ac power is removed, the control panel can control the operation of the driving motor, the water pump, the air pump, the heater, the atomizing humidifier and the temperature controller through the battery, and the electric leakage alarm device is further installed in the vehicle compartment.
