Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a small-sized wall-mounted type mop cleaning machine, which includes a water bucket assembly coupled to a wall body, and a mop rod assembly engaged with the water bucket assembly, the mop rod assembly being caught to a hanger coupled to the wall body.
Specifically, the water barrel assembly 4 is connected with the wall body 1 through an expansion bolt 10 and fixed on the wall body. Of course, the specific implementation can also be designed to be a structure convenient to disassemble.
The hanging rack 8 is connected with the wall body 1 through an expansion bolt 11, the upper part of the mop rod component 3 containing the mop head component 14 is clamped with the hanging rack 8, the lower part of the mop rod component is clamped with the main shaft 17, it is to be noted that the clamping connection of the mop rod component 3, the hanging rack 8 and the main shaft 17 can be separated, the main shaft 17 drives the mop rod component 3 to rotate together when rotating, and the mop rod component can be easily taken away by hand after stopping.
The water inlet pipe 7 of the water bucket component 4 is connected with clean water such as tap water through a pipeline, and the water outlet pipe 6 is connected with a sewage discharge pipeline.
The power line 9 of the water barrel assembly 4 can be preassembled through the wall body, and can also be connected with the water barrel assembly 4 for power supply in an open line mode outside the wall.
The remote controller 2 is arranged on the wall body 1 in a bonding or magnetic suction mode and sends a working mode instruction to the cleaning machine in a low-power-consumption Bluetooth mode. When the 'automatic' instruction is sent, the cleaning machine automatically works to complete the whole working process of water feeding, washing and dewatering. When the instructions of water inlet, washing and dehydration are respectively sent, the appointed work is respectively completed.
The spindle 17 rotates the mop head assembly 14 including the mop rod assembly 3 to perform washing and dewatering.
The bottom of the machine water-holding barrel 18 is provided with a turbidity sensor 19 for detecting whether the water quality in the water-holding barrel 18 reaches a turbidity value preset by a system or not, further judging whether the mop needs to be washed again or not, if the system preset value is not reached, continuing washing, and if the system preset value is reached, draining water and then dehydrating to finish the working process of one-time washing.
Two liquid level sensors are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the side wall of the water tank of the machine and are connected with a control unit of the machine, and the liquid level sensors are arranged outside the water tank and cannot be contacted with water. The lower level sensor 15 is used to detect and control the water filling height during the washing function, i.e. water is continuously filled into the water containing barrel 18, and when the liquid level rises to the position of the level sensor 15, the control unit of the machine sends a command to close the solenoid valve and stop the water filling. The upper level sensor 13 is used to detect the highest water level, i.e. when the liquid level rises to the position of the level sensor 13, the control unit of the machine sends a command to close the electromagnetic valve and simultaneously opens the water drain valve to stop filling water and simultaneously drain the water in the water bucket through the water outlet pipe 6. The level sensor 13 is essentially the highest level sensor for the overflow prevention function. The realization of the functions can replace the traditional technical method that the overflow pipe is required to be additionally arranged on the water containing barrel.
The cleaning machine of the invention has the use method that:
a user holds the mop rod component 3 containing the mop head component 14 and puts the mop head component 14 into the water bucket component 4, the mop head component 14 is clamped with the main shaft 17, and the upper part of the mop rod component 3 is clamped with the hanging rack 8.
After the user touches the remote controller 2 to select the "automatic" function, the machine automatically completes the process of water injection → washing → dehydration → stopping.
After the user selects the "water injection" function, the water injection is started when the user touches (or presses) the key for the first time, and is stopped when the user touches (or presses) the key for the second time, and the process can be repeated.
After a user selects the washing function by touching the remote controller 2, the main shaft 17 is started to drive the mop head assembly 14 to rotate until the washing process is completed after the preset working time of the system, the turbidity sensor 19 does not detect whether the water quality in the water tank reaches the preset turbidity value of the system, and human eyes observe the turbidity of the water and judge whether the washing function needs to be selected again.
After the user selects the dewatering function by touching the remote controller 2, the drain valve is opened, the water in the water-containing bucket 18 is discharged completely within the preset time of the system, then the main shaft 17 is started to drive the mop head component 14 to rotate until the dewatering process is completed after the preset working time of the system, and the dewatering process is equivalent to the process of 'spin-drying'.
The above description is only a few embodiments of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes or modifications to the embodiments of the present invention according to the disclosure of the application document without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
