Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
A cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of a floor cleaner according to a first aspect of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-4, and is characterized by comprising: an inner cylinder 1, a sponge cylinder 2 and a water inlet piece 3.
Specifically, the inner tube 1 is rotatable about its central axis, and the inner tube 1 is formed with water passing holes 101 penetrating the peripheral wall. The water passing holes 101 formed in the inner tub 1 can be used for the passage of water flow. Thus, the water passing hole 101 rotates around the central axis of the inner cylinder 1 along with the rotation of the inner cylinder 1, and the possibility of water accumulation in the inner cylinder 1 is avoided, so that the clean cleaning of the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is ensured.
Alternatively, the inner barrel 1 is an injection molded part. Thus, the inner cylinder 1 is low in manufacturing cost, simple in manufacturing, and long in service life, and reduces the weight of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100.
The sponge tube 2 is sleeved outside the inner tube 1. The sponge tube 2 is made of sponge, so the sponge tube 2 has good water absorbability and air permeability.
The water inlet 3 is provided inside the inner tube 1, a water inlet passage 301 extending in the axial direction of the inner tube 1 is formed in the water inlet 3, one end of the water inlet passage 301 located at the axial end of the inner tube 1 (for example, the left end of the inner tube 1 shown in fig. 3) is formed as a water inlet 305, and the other end of the water inlet passage 301 extending into the inner tube 1 (for example, the right end of the water inlet passage 301 shown in fig. 3) is provided with a water spray hole 302. Thus, the water inlet 3 can fully moisten the inner cylinder 1 and can uniformly pass water flow through the water holes 101.
According to the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the invention, when the cleaning cartridge assembly is in operation, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 from the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet member 3 (for example, the left end of the water inlet member 3 shown in fig. 3), then the clean water flows out from the water spraying hole 302 at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), flows into the inner cartridge 1 of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100, then flows out from the water spraying hole 101 on the inner cartridge 1, the clean water gradually permeates outwards from the inside of the sponge cartridge 2, and the water amount on the outer surface of the sponge cartridge 2 is more uniform. The clean water is extruded when the sponge tube 2 is contacted with the ground, and can be completely absorbed by the sponge tube 2 when leaving the ground, so that the ground water residue is less, and the mopping effect is better.
According to the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the present invention, by disposing the water inlet member 3 inside the sponge cartridge 2, the water inlet member 3 can be detached together with the sponge cartridge 2 for cleaning or replacement. Therefore, the cleaning or replacement of the water inlet piece 3 is convenient, meanwhile, the residue of ground moisture can be reduced, the mopping effect is improved, the structure is simple, the manufacture is convenient, and the production cost is low.
In some embodiments, the water spray holes 302 are one, and one water spray hole 302 is formed at an end of the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3). As shown in fig. 3, the water inlet 305 is formed at the left end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the left end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), the water spraying hole 302 is formed at the right end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), and the right end of the water inlet channel 301 is located at the middle part inside the inner cylinder 1. Thus, the clear water can uniformly flow from the water spray holes 302 to each portion in the inner tube 1, and the inner tube 1 is sufficiently wetted.
In still other embodiments, the plurality of water spray holes 302 are provided, and the plurality of water spray holes 302 are spaced apart along the extending direction of the water inlet passage 301. That is, there are more than one water spray holes 302 on the water inlet channel 301, and a plurality of water spray holes 302 are uniformly spaced from one end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the left end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3) to the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3). Thereby, the water spraying amount of the water inlet channel 301 is increased, and meanwhile, clear water can flow to various parts in the inner cylinder 1 more uniformly, so that the sponge cylinder 2 outside the inner cylinder 1 is wetted more uniformly.
The cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: and a deflector 4. The deflector 4 is provided inside the inner tube 1 below the water jet hole 302, the deflector 4 extends in the axial direction of the inner tube 1, and the deflector 4 extends obliquely downward in the direction away from the water jet hole 302 in the direction from top to bottom. That is, the deflector 4 is located inside the inner cylinder 1, below the fresh water channel, and in the top-down direction, the deflector 4 extends obliquely downward away from the water spraying hole 302, and the deflector 4 extends from the left end of the inner cylinder 1 (e.g., the left end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) to the right end of the inner cylinder 1 (e.g., the right end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3). Thus, the flow guide plate 4 can split the clean water flowing out from the water spraying holes 302, and the fresh water is supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2 more uniformly.
As shown in fig. 4, the baffle 4 includes: a first plate portion 401 and a second plate portion 402. The upper end of the first plate portion 401 (e.g., the upper end of the first plate portion 401 shown in fig. 4) and the upper end of the second plate portion 402 (e.g., the upper end of the second plate portion 402 shown in fig. 4) are connected, and the lower end of the first plate portion 401 (e.g., the lower end of the first plate portion 401 shown in fig. 4) and the lower end of the second plate portion 402 (e.g., the lower end of the second plate portion 402 shown in fig. 4) extend in directions away from each other, respectively, and the water spray hole 302 is located directly above the connection position of the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402. When the clean water in the water inlet channel 301 is sprayed out through the water spraying hole 302, the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 which are located under the water spraying hole 302 and extend towards the direction away from each other uniformly split the clean water sprayed out from the water spraying hole 302, so that the fresh water is uniformly supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2.
Specifically, the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 are symmetrically arranged about a vertical plane, and an included angle between the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 is not less than 60 degrees. Thereby facilitating uniform diversion of the fresh water and thus uniform wetting of the sponge cartridge 2. For example, the angle between the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 may be 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 75 °, 80 °, 85 °, 90 °, 95 °, 100 °, 105 °, 110 °, 115 °, 120 °, or the like.
In some embodiments, a clean water tank 303 extending along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and having a downward opening is formed on the water inlet member 3, the baffle 4 is disposed in the clean water tank 303, and a predetermined gap distance is formed between the lower end of the baffle 4 and the sidewall of the clean water tank 303 to define the spray opening 304. That is, the fresh water tank 303 extends from one end of the inner cylinder 1 (e.g., the left end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) to the other end of the inner cylinder 1 (e.g., the right end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) within the inner cylinder 1, the lower end of the deflector 4 (e.g., the lower end of the deflector 4 shown in fig. 3) is spaced apart from the sidewall of the fresh water tank 303 by a predetermined gap distance, and the spout 304 is defined between the lower end of the deflector 4 (e.g., the lower end of the deflector 4 shown in fig. 3) and the sidewall of the fresh water tank 303. Thus, the fresh water can more uniformly flow into the inner cylinder 1 from the water inlet member 3, and further, the fresh water can be uniformly supplied to the sponge cylinder 2.
When the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is operated, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 through the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet member 3 (for example, the left end of the water inlet member 3 shown in fig. 3), then the clean water flows out through the water spraying holes 302 at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), flows to the first plate part 401 and the second plate part 402 of the guide plate 4 extending towards the opposite directions, uniformly divides the clean water sprayed out through the water spraying holes 302, flows out through the jet flow opening 304 defined between the lower end of the guide plate 4 (for example, the lower end of the guide plate 4 shown in fig. 3) and the side wall of the clean water tank 303, flows into the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100, flows out through the water passing holes 101 on the inner cylinder 1, the clean water gradually permeates outwards from the inside of the sponge cylinder 2, and the clean water supplied to the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform, and the water amount on the outer surface of the sponge cylinder 2 is also more uniform.
In some embodiments, the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner further comprises: a sewage collecting member 5 and a rotating roller 6. The sewage collecting member 5 is provided inside the inner cylinder 1, and the sewage collecting member 5 is located above the water inlet member 3, and a sewage tank 501 extending in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and having an opening facing upward is formed in the sewage collecting member 5. Wherein, sewage collecting piece 5 connects the sewage water pump, and the sewage water pump can be with the interior sewage of sewage groove 501 take out and retrieve, and intake piece 3 connects the clear water pump, and the clear water pump can follow the clear water tank and draw clear water back through water inlet 305 inflow intake piece 3. Therefore, the device can be used for collecting sewage, reduces the residue of ground moisture and improves the mopping effect.
The rotating roller 6 is abutted with the sponge barrel 2 to extrude the sponge barrel 2, the rotating roller 6 is arranged on the outer side of the sponge barrel 2, and the rotating roller 6 is positioned above the sewage tank 501. In this way, the rotating roller 6 rotates along with the rotation of the sponge barrel 2, and simultaneously the sponge barrel 2 is extruded, and after the sewage in the sponge barrel 2 is extruded, the sewage flows into the sewage tank 501 through the water passing holes 101 on the surface of the inner barrel 1. Thus, sewage enters the sewage tank 501 after being filtered by the sponge cartridge 2, thereby avoiding blockage of the sewage waterway and reducing the failure rate of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100.
In addition, the rotating roller 6 may be replaced with a blade, which has the same effect as the rotating roller 6.
In some embodiments, the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner further comprises: a central connecting cylinder 7. The central connecting cylinder 7 is coaxially arranged with the inner cylinder 1, the sewage collecting member 5 is connected with the upper side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7, and the water inlet member 3 is connected with the lower side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7. In this way, disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 is facilitated.
Specifically, a first avoidance hole is formed in the upper peripheral wall of the center connection tube 7, the lower end of the sewage collecting member 5 (for example, the lower end of the sewage collecting member 5 shown in fig. 4) extends into the center connection tube 7 through the first avoidance hole, a second avoidance hole is formed in the lower peripheral wall of the center connection tube 7, and the upper end of the water inlet member 3 (for example, the upper end of the water inlet member 3 shown in fig. 4) extends into the center connection tube 7 through the second avoidance hole. Thus, the connection of the sewage collecting member 5 and the water inlet member 3 is more compact, and the structure is firm, not easy to damage, and the service life of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 is prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the sewage collecting member 5, the water inlet member 3 and the center connection cylinder 7 are integrally formed. Thus, the water inlet piece 3 and the sewage collecting piece 5 are integrally designed, the structure is compact, the waterway is concentrated,
in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the water passing holes 101 include a plurality of water passing holes 101 that are uniformly spaced in the circumferential direction and/or the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1. That is, the plurality of water passing holes 101 may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the inner tube 1, the plurality of water passing holes 101 may be uniformly spaced along the axial direction of the inner tube 1, and the plurality of water passing holes 101 may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the inner tube 1. Thereby, the sponge tube 2 is more favorably and evenly supplemented with clean water.
Referring to fig. 1, the inner cylinder 1 is open at both axial ends, and the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 further includes: left and right end caps 8 and 9, and left and right bearings 10 and 11. The left end cover 8 and the right end cover 9 are respectively covered at two axial ends of the inner cylinder 1, one of the left end cover 8 and the right end cover 9 is connected with a driving gear, a left bearing 10 is connected with the left end cover 8 for supporting the left end cover 8, and a right bearing 11 is connected with the right end cover 9 for supporting the right end cover 9. Thus, the driving force drives the inner cylinder 1 to rotate through the driving gear, and the sewage collecting member 5, the water inlet member 3 and the central connecting cylinder 7 can rotate relative to the inner cylinder 1.
Alternatively, the power input may be a gear drive or a belt drive.
The operation of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner according to the first aspect of the present invention will be described in detail as follows:
when the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is operated, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 through the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet member 3 (for example, the left end of the water inlet member 3 shown in fig. 3), then the clean water flows out through the water spraying port at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), flows to the first plate part 401 and the second plate part 402 extending towards the opposite directions of the guide plate 4, uniformly divides the clean water sprayed by the water spraying holes 302, flows out through the jet flow port 304 defined between the lower end edge of the guide plate 4 (for example, the lower end edge of the guide plate 4 shown in fig. 4) and the side wall of the clean water tank 303, flows into the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100, flows out through the water passing hole 101 on the inner cylinder 1, gradually permeates outwards from the inside of the sponge cylinder 2, and the clean water supplied to the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform, and the water amount on the outer surface of the sponge cylinder 2 is also more uniform.
The clean water is extruded when the sponge tube 2 is contacted with the ground, and can be completely absorbed by the sponge tube 2 when leaving the ground, so that the ground water residue is less, and the mopping effect is better. The rotating roller 6 is abutted against the sponge cylinder 2.
