Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
In making the description of the embodiments of the present invention, some concepts used in the following description will first be explained.
Connected state mobility profile
When there is a service sending or receiving request, the terminal initiates a connection establishment procedure in the cell where the terminal resides through the initiation connection establishment procedure. If the connection establishment is successful, the terminal enters a connected state (RRC _ CONNECTED). After the terminal enters the connected state, the terminal may move from one cell to another cell during the moving process, and the establishment/modification/deletion of the connection between the terminal and the different cell is managed by the network side issuing the configuration signaling (e.g., radio resource control reconfiguration (rrcrconfiguration) message for cell handover or connection modification, and radio resource control release (rrcreelease) message for connection release).
The invention provides a connection management method, a terminal and network side equipment, aiming at the problem that the terminal cannot be ensured to be always connected to a cell under a network which the terminal wants to access in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a connection management method, applied to a terminal, including:
step 101, according to the interest information of the terminal to the network, the connection management of the terminal is performed.
It should be noted that, by using the information of interest of the terminal to the network, the connection management of the terminal is performed, and it is ensured that the network connected to the terminal is the network in which the terminal is interested, so that the interruption of the service data of the terminal can be reduced, and the transmission delay of the service data can be reduced.
It should be noted that the network in which the terminal is interested refers to a network that the terminal needs to access or a network that the terminal wants to access, that is, which network the terminal wants to access, the network is considered as the network in which the terminal is interested. It should be further noted that whether a terminal is interested in a certain network may also change with the requirement of the terminal for performing a service, for example, at a certain time, the terminal needs to transmit a specific service, the specific service needs to be performed in the NPN network 1, and the terminal is interested in the NPN network 1 at this time; at the subsequent time, the terminal no longer needs to transmit the specific service, and at this time, the terminal no longer has an interest in the NPN network 1, and the NPN network 1 becomes a network in which the terminal does not have an interest.
Step 101 of the embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below from different implementation points.
First, the terminal reports the interest information of the network to the network side equipment
It should be noted that the interest information is used to assist the network side device in performing connection management on the terminal, and specifically, after receiving the interest information, the network side device performs connection management on the terminal according to the interest information.
It should be further noted that, after the terminal reports the interest information, the terminal may also execute an operation of starting a first timer, and during the running period of the first timer, the terminal does not report the interest information; specifically, the timing duration of the first timer is configured by the network side device or agreed by a protocol.
It should be further noted that, if the interest information sent by the terminal last time includes: when the interest information sent this time does not include the network information of the first network, the network side device determines the first network as a network which is not interested by the terminal; that is, if the terminal has reported a specific "interested network information" before, and the information reported later does not include the specific "interested network information", the network side device considers that the terminal is no longer interested in the specific "interested network information" reported before. For example, the terminal reports that the frequency point 1 and the frequency point 2 of the NPN network 1 are interested before, and the subsequent terminal does not report that the frequency point 1 of the NPN network 1 is interested any more, and the terminal is not interested any more in all the frequency points of the NPN network 1. If the interest information sent by the terminal last time comprises: when the interest information sent this time does not include the network information of the second network, the network side device determines the second network as the network in which the terminal is interested; that is, if the terminal previously reported the specific "network information not of interest" and the subsequently reported information does not include the specific "network information not of interest", the terminal is considered to be interested in the previously reported specific "network information not of interest". For example, if the terminal reports that the frequency point 1 and the frequency point 2 of the NPN network 1 are not interested before, and the subsequent terminal does not report that the frequency point 1 of the NPN network 1 is not interested any more, the terminal is interested in all the frequency points of the NPN network 1.
After receiving the interest information, the network side device needs to perform connection management on the terminal, specifically, when the network established by the terminal connection is not the network in which the terminal is interested, a connection release message is sent to the terminal, specifically, the connection release message includes: and the terminal performs connection management auxiliary information for network switching, and the terminal can perform network connection switching based on the connection management auxiliary information.
Specifically, the connection management assistance information includes:

Further, the connection management assistance information further includes:
at least one of a frequency point identification and a cell identification.
Specifically, the cell identifier includes at least one of:

Further, it should be noted that, in the case that the network in which the terminal connection is established is not the network in which the terminal is interested, the network-side device may switch the connection of the terminal to a cell belonging to a target network in the network in which the terminal is interested.
According to the implementation mode, the interest information of the network is reported by the terminal, the network side equipment performs the connection management of the terminal according to the interest information, and the terminal is ensured to be connected in the interested network, so that the interruption of the service data of the terminal is reduced, and the service delay is reduced.
And secondly, comparing the network currently connected with the terminal with the interest information of the terminal, and releasing the connection with the current network under the condition that the terminal is not connected with the network in which the terminal is interested.
In this way, if the terminal is not connected to the network of interest or the network to which the terminal is currently connected is not the network of interest, the terminal actively releases the connection with the current network.
Optionally, before the terminal releases the connection with the current network or during the terminal releases the connection with the current network, the terminal may further send connection release auxiliary information to the network side device, where the connection release auxiliary information includes: and further, the network side equipment can continue to perform subsequent connection management of the terminal according to the interest information of the terminal in the connection release auxiliary information to the network.
In the method, the connection with the uninteresting network is actively released through the terminal, so that the interaction flow between the terminal and the network side is reduced, and the power consumption of the terminal is saved.
