The invention relates to an intelligent water affair online monitoring, controlling and managing system of a thermal power plant, which comprises an integrated display module, a dynamic water balance module, a water quantity counting module, an equipment diagnosis module, a water quality analysis module, an early warning management module, an integrated benchmarking module and a chemical supervision module, can display and monitor the water affair condition of the whole plant on line in real time, master the water balance condition of the whole plant and each subsystem, the water consumption condition of a unit, the water consumption condition of each water affair system, the running condition of water using equipment, the water quality condition of plant water and the excellent condition of the water consumption condition of each unit according to the control and management system, and control and adjust the water affair system in a reasonable range. The invention realizes the intelligent diagnosis of the reverse osmosis pollution blocking degree of the chemical water treatment system, the intelligent judgment of the imbalance reason of the water using system and the intelligent and stable control of the concentration rate of circulating water.

the water quality analysis module is used for looking up the change trend of the water quality of the unit in a user-defined period;
the early warning management module is used for carrying out statistical analysis on historical data generated by the online meters to obtain the upper and lower limit values of the display reading of each meter, and carrying out online early warning of flow and water quality monitoring according to the upper and lower limit values;
the comprehensive calibration module is used for carrying out comparative analysis on concentration multiplying power, water supplement amount and sewage discharge amount of a circulating water system, comparative analysis on water supplement amount of a desulfurization water system and comparative analysis on desalted water consumption, and adjusting the water supplement amount and the sewage discharge amount of the circulating water system on line according to a concentration multiplying power value;
and the chemical supervision module is used for monitoring, checking, adjusting, evaluating and performing related analysis and management on the quality, performance and indexes of water, steam, oil, gas and fuel in the power construction and production.
Further, the dynamic water balance module judges whether the water consumption of each system is normal or not according to the real-time unbalance value, transmits the judgment result to the remote diagnosis control platform and gives a judgment instruction, so that the operation personnel can adjust the instruction in real time according to the judgment result and adjust the unbalance value of each unit to be within a reasonable numerical range.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an intelligent water affair online monitoring, control and management system for a thermal power plant, which includes an integrated display module, a dynamic water balance module, a water amount statistic module, an equipment diagnosis module, a water quality analysis module, an early warning management module, an integrated benchmarking module, and a chemical supervision module.
The comprehensive display module has the functions of displaying the water balance of the whole plant, introducing the water balance of the whole plant, displaying the water use index of the unit and displaying the water balance table of the subsystem.

The equipment diagnosis module has a real-time online monitoring function of the reverse osmosis equipment, and can judge the running state of the reverse osmosis equipment and the membrane fouling and blocking conditions according to the change curves of the water production rate and the desalting rate along with the running time in the standard state of the reverse osmosis system, so as to obtain the optimal online washing and chemical cleaning period. The service life of the reverse osmosis system is reasonably predicted by comprehensively considering the descending trends of the water production rate and the desalination rate and the water production cost under the standard state of the reverse osmosis system, and the problem that the reverse osmosis pollution and blockage condition of the existing intelligent water affair system is difficult to diagnose in time is solved.
The water quality analysis module has the function of looking up the change trend of the water quality of the unit in a user-defined period.
The early warning management system module has the function of carrying out statistical analysis on historical data generated by the on-line meters to obtain the upper and lower limit values of the display reading of each meter, so that the on-line early warning of flow and water quality monitoring is realized.
