本发明涉及家电技术领域,名称是一种高效除湿器,包括壳体,在壳体上设置有上面的进气口和下面的出气口,在进气口或出气口处安装有气泵,所述的壳体里面具有空腔,在空腔内的侧面安装有连接电源的半导体致冷件;所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔左侧和右侧,它是第一组半导体致冷件,所述的半导体致冷件里面具有热传导座,所述的热传导座右面是弧面形结构,还有清理辊安装在两个热传导座之间,所述的清理辊上具有一个条形的清理刷,所述清理辊连接电机,所述的清理辊转动时,清理刷接触弧面形结构。这样的除湿器具有可以及时除去凝结在半导体致冷件侧面的水珠、除湿效果更好的优点。

一种高效除湿器
技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,特别是涉及除湿器。
背景技术
所述的除湿器具有壳体,在壳体上设置有上面的进气口和下面的出气口,在进气口或出气口处安装有气泵,所述的壳体里面具有空腔,在空腔内的侧面安装有连接电源的半导体致冷件,所述的半导体致冷件具有两个瓷板,在瓷板之间安装有半导体晶粒,所述的半导体致冷件通过直流电时其一侧降温,另一侧升温;当含水量较大的空气经过半导体致冷件降温的侧面时,饱和的水分就会凝结,达到除湿的效果。
现有技术中,除湿器内没有刮除半导体致冷件上凝结的水珠的设置,水珠就会较多的凝结在半导体致冷件侧面上,影响半导体致冷件上继续凝结水珠,影响了除湿器的除湿效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种可以及时除去凝结在半导体致冷件侧面的水珠、除湿效果更好的除湿器——一种高效除湿器。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种高效除湿器,包括壳体,在壳体上设置有上面的进气口和下面的出气口,在进气口或出气口处安装有气泵,所述的壳体里面具有空腔,在空腔内的侧面安装有连接电源的半导体致冷件;其特征是:所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔左侧和右侧,它是第一组半导体致冷件,所述的半导体致冷件里面具有热传导座,所述的热传导座右面是弧面形结构,还有清理辊安装在两个热传导座之间,所述的清理辊上具有一个条形的清理刷,所述清理辊连接电机,所述的清理辊转动时,清理刷接触弧面形结构。
进一步地讲,所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔前侧和后侧,它是第二组半导体致冷件,第一组半导体致冷件和第二组半导体致冷件上下设置。
进一步地讲,所述的壳体还安装有凝结液槽,所述的凝结液槽连接软管,所述的清理刷后面的清理辊上还有条状的涂抹擦,所述的涂抹擦和清理刷平行设置,清理辊转动,所述的涂抹擦和弧面型结构接触,所述的软管通向涂抹擦里面并具有多个小孔。
进一步地讲,所述的热传导座的弧面形结构下面设置有接水槽,所述的接水槽具有上面的开口,所述的开口平行于弧面形结构下边设置,所述的接水槽连接水管,所述的水管连通到水槽。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的除湿器具有可以及时除去凝结在半导体致冷件侧面的水珠、除湿效果更好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2、3所示,一种高效除湿器,包括壳体1,在壳体上设置有上面的进气口2和下面的出气口3,在进气口或出气口处安装有气泵4,所述的壳体里面具有空腔,在空腔内的侧面安装有连接电源的半导体致冷件;其特征是:所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔左侧和右侧,它是第一组半导体致冷件5,所述的半导体致冷件里面具有热传导座6,所述的热传导座右面是弧面形结构7,还有清理辊8安装在两个热传导座之间,所述的清理辊上具有一个条形的清理刷9,所述清理辊连接电机,所述的清理辊转动时,清理刷接触弧面形结构。
本除湿器这样设置,所要干燥的空气水分凝结在弧面形结构上,清理辊在电机的带动下旋转,清理刷可以将凝结的水珠刷掉,并流下,保证了弧面形结构上可以继续、效果更好的凝结水珠,可以达到本发明的目的。
进一步地讲,所述的半导体致冷件5设置在空腔前侧和后侧,它是第二组半导体致冷件10,第一组半导体致冷件和第二组半导体致冷件上下设置。
当然,这第二组半导体致冷件具有热传导座6,所述的热传导座右面是弧面形结构7,还有清理辊安装在两个热传导座之间,它是第一清理辊8,所述的清理辊上具有一个条形的清理刷9,所述清理辊连接电机,所述的清理辊转动时,清理刷接触弧面形结构,即和第一组半导体致冷件上相同的结构。
本除湿器这样设置,不仅增加了一套除湿***,而且两组半导体致冷件方向相互垂直,具有更好的除湿效果。
进一步地讲,所述的壳体还安装有凝结液槽11,所述的凝结液槽连接软管12,所述的清理刷后面的清理辊上还有条状的涂抹擦13,所述的涂抹擦和清理刷平行设置,清理辊转动,所述的涂抹擦和弧面型结构接触,所述的软管通向涂抹擦里面并具有多个小孔14。
本除湿器这样设置,使用时可以在凝结液槽盛放凝结液,所述的凝结液可以使用现有技术中的凝结液,市面有售,也可以使用还有50%酒精、5%氯化钠的溶液,凝结液从软管流下并通过小孔流进涂抹擦上,清理辊转动,所述的涂抹擦和弧面型结构接触,并将凝结液涂抹在弧面结构上,更有利于水珠的凝结,从而达到更好的除湿效果。
并且,本发明发现,所用的除湿液是50%酒精、5%氯化钠的溶液时具有较好的凝结水珠的效果。
进一步地讲,所述的热传导座的弧面形结构下面设置有接水槽15,所述的接水槽具有上面的开口16,所述的开口平行于弧面形结构下边设置,所述的接水槽连接水管17,所述的水管连通到水槽18。
本除湿器这样设置,可以将清理刷刷下的水19流到水槽中便于收集
为了达到更好的除湿效果,在清理刷后面还安装有一道第二清理刷20;当然,所述的第二清理刷具有和前述清理刷相同的技术特征。
本发明的壳体上还具有抽屉空位,所述的水槽可以抽拉地安装在这个抽屉空位上,这样便于清理承接的水,图1中箭头分的方向是抽拉水槽的方向。
为了便于移动,本发明的壳体下面设置有轮子21。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语 “上”、“下”、 “左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“ 外”、 “ 第一” 、“ 第二”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位 以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.一种高效除湿器,包括壳体,在壳体上设置有上面的进气口和下面的出气口,在进气口或出气口处安装有气泵,所述的壳体里面具有空腔,在空腔内的侧面安装有连接电源的半导体致冷件;其特征是:所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔左侧和右侧,它是第一组半导体致冷件,所述的半导体致冷件里面具有热传导座,所述的热传导座右面是弧面形结构,还有清理辊安装在两个热传导座之间,所述的清理辊上具有一个条形的清理刷,所述清理辊连接电机,所述的清理辊转动时,清理刷接触弧面形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿器,其特征是:所述的半导体致冷件设置在空腔前侧和后侧,它是第二组半导体致冷件,第一组半导体致冷件和第二组半导体致冷件上下设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除湿器,其特征是:所述的壳体还安装有凝结液槽,所述的凝结液槽连接软管,所述的清理刷后面的清理辊上还有条状的涂抹擦,所述的涂抹擦和清理刷平行设置,清理辊转动,所述的涂抹擦和弧面型结构接触,所述的软管通向涂抹擦里面并具有多个小孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除湿器,其特征是:所述的热传导座的弧面形结构下面设置有接水槽,所述的接水槽具有上面的开口,所述的开口平行于弧面形结构下边设置,所述的接水槽连接水管,所述的水管连通到水槽。
