In practical application, when the floor heating device 120 is in a low-temperature environment for a long time and is not used, the controller 110 controls to close the floor heating device 120, and then controls the water storage pipeline 130 to convey water in the floor heating device 120 into the water storage tank 170 for storage, so that the floor heating device 120 is protected from freezing. When the floor heating device 120 needs to be used, that is, the floor heating system 100 needs to be started for heating, the controller 110 controls the water return pipeline 140 to convey water stored in the water storage tank 170 to the floor heating device 120, and then controls to open the floor heating device 120, so that the normal work of the floor heating device 120 is ensured. It will be appreciated that in order to prevent the water stored in the storage tank 170 from freezing, the storage tank 170 is provided with an insulation layer.
It should be noted that the water storage pipeline 130 and the water return pipeline 140 may be the same pipeline, for example, the same pipeline provided with a bidirectional pump can pump the water in the floor heating device 120 into the water storage tank 170 in the forward direction under the control of the controller 110, and can also pump the water stored in the water storage tank 170 back to the floor heating device 120 in the reverse direction.

The automatic antifreezing conditions are as follows: the times of starting and preventing the floor heating device 120 from freezing in the standby state within the preset time period exceed the preset times, and after the preset time period, the floor heating device 120 is started and prevented from freezing at least once. That is, the controller 110 monitors the working state of the floor heating device 120 in real time, when it is detected that the floor heating device 120 is always in a standby unused state, the floor heating device is automatically started and prevented from freezing for a plurality of times within a preset time period, and after the preset time period is exceeded, the floor heating device 120 is still in a standby state and is started and prevented from freezing, and it is determined that the floor heating device 120 is in a low-temperature unused state for a long time and needs to store water and prevent freezing. In this embodiment, the preset time period is 24 hours, and the preset times are 3 times, and in other embodiments, the preset time period and the preset times may also be adjusted according to the actual application environment.

It can be understood that the first branch section 141 and the second branch section 143 are communicated through the pumping device 133, that is, the water storage pipeline 130 and the water return pipeline 140 share the pumping device 133, so as to achieve the purposes of simplifying the pipeline layout and facilitating the coordination control.
The first branch section 141 is provided with a third control valve 145, the second branch section 143 is provided with a fourth control valve 147, and the third control valve 145 and the fourth control valve 147 are electrically connected to the controller 110, respectively. and S101, controlling the floor heating device 120 to stop when a preset water storage anti-freezing condition is met.
In this embodiment, the water storage anti-freezing conditions include two conditions of active anti-freezing and automatic anti-freezing, and the active anti-freezing conditions are as follows: the controller 110 receives a water storage freeze prevention command input by a user. The automatic antifreezing conditions are as follows: the times of starting and preventing the floor heating device 120 from freezing in the standby state within the preset time period exceed the preset times, and after the preset time period, the floor heating device 120 is started and prevented from freezing at least once. In this embodiment, the preset time period is 24 hours, and the preset times are 3 times, and in other embodiments, the preset time period and the preset times may also be adjusted according to the actual application environment.
In practical application, the two conditions of active anti-freezing and automatic anti-freezing can meet one of the two conditions, and the controller 110 controls the floor heating device 120 to stop, so that the floor heating device 120 is prevented from being started for multiple times and being prevented from being too much in energy consumption. Fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a flow of sub-steps of step S102, and referring to fig. 3, step S102 may include:
in the sub-step S1021, the water storage pipeline 130 is controlled to transport the water in the floor heating device 120 to the water storage tank 170.
In the sub-step S1022, when the water pressure in the heating apparatus 120 is lower than the first preset pressure, the water storage line 130 is controlled to stop delivering the water.
The water pressure detection device 149 arranged at one end of the water return pipeline 140 connected with the floor heating device 120 feeds back the detected water pressure data in the floor heating device 120 to the controller 110, and the controller 110 compares the received water pressure data with a first preset pressure. When the water pressure data is lower than the first preset pressure, it is determined that the amount of water remaining in the floor heating device 120 meets the anti-freezing requirement, and at this time, the controller 110 controls the pumping device 133 to stop and controls the first control valve 131 and the second control valve 135 to close.
In the sub-step S1023, when the water level in the water storage tank 170 reaches the first preset water level, the water drain line 150 is controlled to drain the water in the water storage tank 170 to the outside so as to maintain the water level in the water storage tank 170 at the first preset water level.
The water level detection device 171 disposed on the water storage tank 170 feeds back the detected water level data in the water storage tank 170 to the controller 110, and the controller 110 compares the received water level data with a first preset water level. When the water level data reaches the first preset water level, it is determined that the amount of water stored in the water storage tank 170 is about to exceed the limit, and the controller 110 controls the fifth control valve 151 provided on the drain line 150 to be opened, so that the water level in the water storage tank 170 is maintained at the first preset water level.

In the sub-step S1032, when the water pressure in the heater 120 reaches the second preset pressure, the water return pipe 140 is controlled to stop the transmission.
It can be understood that the second preset pressure is greater than the first preset pressure, and when the controller 110 compares the water pressure data fed back by the water pressure detection device 149 to reach the second preset pressure, it is determined that the water amount of the floor heating device 120 meets the requirement of normal heating, at this time, the controller 110 controls the pumping device 133 to stop, and controls the third control valve 145 and the fourth control valve 147 to close.

and step S104, controlling the floor heating device 120 to be started.
After the water return process of the floor heating device 120 is completed, the controller 110 controls the floor heating device 120 to start up, so that normal heating can be realized to meet the user requirements.
Further, the anti-freezing method can also comprise the following steps:
step S105, when the water pressure in the floor heating device 120 is lower than a third preset pressure, controlling the water return pipeline 140 to input the water stored in the water storage tank 170 into the floor heating device 120 until the water pressure in the floor heating device 120 reaches the third preset pressure.
In this embodiment, the third preset pressure is equal to the second preset pressure. After the return water to the floor heating device 120 is performed through the sub-step S1032, the water pressure in the floor heating device 120 meets the normal working requirement. However, after the floor heating device 120 is used for a period of time, the air originally existing in the floor heating device 120 is discharged when passing through a gas wall-mounted boiler or a water pump, and the water pressure in the floor heating device 120 is reduced. In addition, the floor heating device 120 may also have other conditions that cause water pressure to drop, such as water leakage. The water pressure in the floor heating device 120 is lower than the second preset pressure, that is, the third preset pressure after the water pressure in the floor heating device 120 is reduced, at this time, the controller 110 controls the pumping device 133 to start, and controls the third control valve 145 and the fourth control valve 147 to open, so that instant water supplement to the floor heating device 120 is realized, and the normal work of the floor heating device 120 is ensured.
The anti-freezing method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of energy consumption saving and high automation degree, realizes energy saving and anti-freezing of the floor heating device 120 intelligently, can prolong the service life of the floor heating device 120, and can greatly improve the user experience.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
